Abstract

This research is intended to see the effect of economic growth, provincial minimum wage, and human development index in Indonesia. The data used in this study are secondary data with the type of time series data for the period 2019-2022 and cross section of 34 provinces in Indonesia. This research is quantitative research using linear regression analysis method with fixed Effect Model approach. From this research, it is found that Economic Growth and Human Development Index have a negative and significant effect on Educated Unemployment in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the Provincial Minimum Wage has a negative and significant effect on Educated Unemployment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, Economic Growth, Provincial Minimum Wage, and Human Development Index have a contribution of 99.06% to Educated Unemployment in Indonesia while the remaining 0.94% is explained by other factors that are not in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM)/ASN within the East Aceh District in 2022. IKM/ASN is used as an indicator to evaluate the quality of services provided by public service organization units to the community/ASN. The research method applies qualitative methods and has been tested and shows a confidence level of 95%, which indicates objectivity in measuring perceptions/respondents to public services. The results of the study provide answers that represent the perceptions of ASN/respondents in the East Aceh District Government on the quality of public services applied to the Personnel and Human Resources Development Board. In addition, the results of this study are also used as a benchmark in assessing the success of the one-door administration service program (integrated services) in an effort to accelerate the bureaucracy in the East Aceh District Government by obtaining a 2022 Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) value of 80.16, with a service quality category of "Good" (B).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of education level, GRDP, and school enrollment rates on the Human Development Index (IPM) in six provinces on the island of Java. Secondary data for two years were used in this study, covering the provinces of DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, DIY, East Java and Banten, which were obtained from BPS. The technique in this study is the method of panel data regression analysis. The research findings reveal that simultaneously, education level, GRDP, and school enrollment rates have no significant effect on the Human Development Index in Java. Partially, education level, GRDP, and school enrollment rates also do not have a large or significant impact on the Human Development Index in Java.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of fiscal policy and inflation on national income and exchange rates in Indonesia. This research uses path analysis method (path analysis). Path analysis is a technique to analyze causal relationships that occur in multiple linear regression if the independent variables affect the dependent variable not only directly but also indirectly. Quantitative data analysis was conducted to determine whether the independent variables had an effect on the related variables using the path analysis research method. The results of this study indicate that fiscal policy has a positive and significant effect, inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on national income, fiscal policy and inflation has a positive and significant effect on the exchange rate, national income has a negative and insignificant effect on the exchange rate in Indonesia. The results of the path analysis show that fiscal policy indirectly has a negative effect on the exchange rate with national income as the intervening variable, inflation indirectly has a negative effect on the exchange rate with national income as the intervening variable.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the exchange rate on exports of ASEAN countries. The data used is secondary data sourced from the website of the World Bank. The research population is ASEAN member countries and the samples are from 6 countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, and Cambodia. This is because only these countries have complete data for research. Time series data used is from 2004-2021 and cross sections from 6 countries. The data analysis technique used panel data regression. The results showed that Gross Domestic Product (GDP) had a positive and significant effect on exports of ASEAN countries, while the exchange rate had a negative and significant effect on exports of ASEAN countries

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of advertising and brand trust on purchasing interest in Lazada e-commerce. This research used a sample of 112 respondents with the criteria that the respondents were students at the Faculty of Economics, Samudra University and had seen advertisements or had used Lazada at least once. The basic analysis method uses multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2). The results of this research show Y = 6.005+0.094 X1 + 0.739X2. The results of the t test state that the advertising variable has no significant effect on purchase interest in Lazada e-commerce and the brand trust variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase interest in Lazada e-commerce. The results of the F test state that advertising and brand trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest in Lazada e-commerce. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) is 0.325 or 39.6%
