Abstract

Cimahi City Population Service is one of the government agencies implementing population administration and is part of the public service. By implementing a good information system at the City of Population Office of Cimahi, it will improve the quality of services at the agency. The Population Administration Information System (SIAK) that has been implemented at the City Population Service in Cimahi has problems when the database cannot be accessed, the SIAK application cannot be run properly. Use that exceeds memory capacity can also cause SIAK errors such as too many electronic certificate requests that can overload the server, and SIAK cannot run due to errors in the attached network cable. It will cause risks that can disrupt public administration services so it needs to be measured and evaluated to find out whether the information technology implemented is appropriate and able to facilitate business processes. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct an information technology audit. The DSS domain used in this information system audit such as DSS01 Managing Operations. The audit framework used is COBIT 5 DSS domain (Deliver, Service, and Support) which is suitable for evaluating the risks that exist in SIAK. The DSS domain is considered to be following the existing information technology conditions in the current Population Office of Cimahi City. With the current state of information technology in the Population Service and the need to deliver services, serve and support information technology services.

Abstract

Bandung, as a creative city, has made many event organizers that want to hold an event in Bandung. More event organizers are popping up, and there will be many events in Bandung. However, the lack of media that can promote and informs events makes people less aware of information about any events due to lack of thorough event reporting in Bandung. People who want to attend an event are required to buy a ticket which is usually done directly on the spot, which sometimes makes them lazy because of long queues, so they need a system to assist event organizers in promoting events and selling event tickets online, which can simplify the process of booking event tickets to make it easier and more precise. Also, it can provide detailed information from an event in Bandung. In this research, the author tries to design an android-based application called “BEVENTS!” to make it easier for event organizers to promote and sell event tickets. Besides, this application also responds to problems that occur in the ticket booking process manually, which will make it easier for event enthusiasts to order tickets online through smartphones. With “BEVENTS!”, the author hopes that help event organizers to spread quickly of event information, so that it makes it very easy for the public to know about available events in Bandung. From the results of this research, the applications can run well, and the current system does not display an error. This application can connect the event organizers with people who interest the event in one platform.

Abstract

Population growth are one of the core information of a nation to make a decision of economics strategy in the future. This study aims to see what infrastructure or education factors affect population growth in Germany using Spatial Regression method through SAR model. Creation of spatial regression model using GeoDa software. The results of this study indicate that education and road infrastructure has a significant effect on population growth in Germany in 2018, the result of modelling proccess can be explained as the following equation: Population = 482443 + (-0.10695 ((11,293) (Education) + (113,8) (Road))) with R2=99,6%.

Abstract

A system called Incident Ticket System (ITS) uses in an organization to identify issue about service failure of IT system. The IT support personnel or team is responsible to resolve an incident associated with the ticket. The ticket has different kind of complexity which takes different time to solve and different level of expertise to close it. Therefore, allocating the optimum quantity of tickets to the right team members is vital in order to close all ticket at minimum time. Balancing the amount of ticket that each team member should get respectively with the ticket severity is important. To make even-handed workload for each team member, an approach of Integer Programming (IP) was applied in allocating the IT incident ticket. The IP model was implemented in Microsoft Excel software by using SOLVER. The computational results show that the proposed IP model was capable on solving allocation of ticket-severity problem.
