Abstract

Competition in the banking sector requires every bank to compete to make types of credit products that are able to attract customers to want to transact with banks. Marketing with a product centric strategy needs to be combined with a customer centric to keep Customer Relationship Management in good order with customers. Customer identity can be used to realize the concept of a customer centric marketing strategy. This study describes the role of Data Mining on customer data accompanied by the application of Decision Tree techniques with the C4.5 algorithm to identify the most influential fields in predicting loan products. The customer data fields used in this study include total balance, date of birth, occupation, and status. Selection of fields based on the terms and conditions that apply to each type of loan. The results of applying the C4.5 algorithm to customer data in the formation of loan product prediction decision trees show that the work attribute is the dominant attribute (highest Gain value) among the other attributes. Prediction results are validated with Confusion Matrix with an accuracy value for loan product prediction of 82%. The results of this study concluded that the customer database is a source of data in the prediction process of loan products to be offered to customers, which can be used to support the marketing of bank loan products with a customer centric orientation.

Abstract

Ahass Aries Sentosa Motor Kediri is one of the leading motorcycle dealers and workshops in Kediri. One of the key factors in getting a well-known predicate from consumers is the mechanical quality factor, especially in motorcycle service in the workshop Ahass Aries Sentosa Motor Kediri. The use of a decision support system is very helpful in determining the best mechanics, and is accompanied by the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), this method can complete the research by looking for weight values for each attribute, then ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, namely the entitled mechanics got the title as the best mechanic. With the decision support system with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method applied to this problem because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. In this case it will be easier to monitor, select and determine the mechanics who are entitled to the title as the best mechanic.

Abstract

Web ¬E-commerce system is an application or software that is developed to promote Kediri’s original souvenirs, here we choose Toko Oleh Oleh Tahu Shinta Kediri as a subject. The problem that the store face now is from promoting way, they still use the conventional one, there have not been any online platform yet, and the information about Kediri’s souvenirs is limited as well. The goals of developing this E-commerce platform are to promotote Kediri’s original souvenirs without looking out the place, so that we make the ordering proccess easier to people from outside of Kediri. Besside that, this program could be one of the information system and publication, so everyone knows that Kediri has their own product. The method that we use in this developing is observatuin, literature review, and interview. This program is developed by using PHP programming language, with MySQL as the database. The design is builded with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap framework. The result that is expected from these proccess is there will be a system that contaion information about Kediri’s original souvenirs and we can promote it widely, so more and more people will know that Kediri has their own souvernis which are a must to try.

Abstract

Drying clothes is one of the daily activities of people who use solar energy. With these conditions, people are very dependent on weather conditions that are sometimes erratic. One of the right ways is by utilizing technology, namely using an automatic clothesline using a Wemos D1Mini microcontroller, equipped with an LDR sensor that will read light intensity and the DHT11 sensor will read humidity and temperature around the environment. This tool is also based on the Internet of Things which can be accessed from anywhere as long as it is connected to the internet.
