Telegram Development in Dokeos-Based E-Learning as a Learning Media to Increase Students' Learning Motivation in Physics Subjects. The purpose of this study are to: (1) Determine the development of telegram in Dokeos-based e-learning as a learning media to increase students' motivation in physics subjects. (2) Analyse the effect of Telegram development learning media on dokeos-based e-learning to students' motivation. (3) Know the practicality of telegram learning media on dokeos-based e-learning according to the students. (4) Know the practicality of telegram learning media on dokeos-based e-learning according to the teacher. The type of this research is Research and Development (R&D). The results showed that: (1) Telegram learning media on dokeos-based e-learning were developed through seven stages, namely: needs and literature analysis, product design, product development, small-scale trials, product revisions, large-scale trials, and the final product. The learning media developed at the "AKPELNI" Semarang Sailing Vocational School presents physics material in Class X Nautika. (2) The learning media is feasible to be used in the Semarang "AKPELNI" Sailing Vocational School on Class X Nautika students. The feasibility of instructional media based on material experts included in the category strongly agreed with an average score of 87.5, while based on the media experts included the category strongly agreed with the average score of each indicator 85.71, based on the practicality of the media by students included in the high category that was a mean score of 3.36 out of 27 students, while based on the practicality of the media by teachers also a high category of 3.47 out of 2 physics teachers. (3) The use of telegram learning media on Dokeos-based e-learning is considered effective for increasing student motivation. This is proved by the increase of the average score in the N-Gain about 0.8, which includes in the high category.

Independence is the ability to stand alone, work and carry out activities well, the students' independence often appears including cheating, copying their friends work and much more. Motivation is a basic impulse that moves students to do something, this motivation is related to student involvement in activities in the classroom, such as the urge to do something based on certain goals. This research is an effort to improve student independence and motivation through the use of youtube videos. The result of data analysis shows that the use of youtube videos can increase independence, motivation to learn, physics learning outcomes and the ability to use measuring instruments in tenth grade of mechanical engineering, SMK Nusantara 1 Comal. The use of learning models with the help of Youtube videos can enable students to work on assigments which further can ultimately improve their learning outcomes.

This study has purpose to determine the comparison of the scientific communication ability of students between groups using the think talk write learning based inquiry approach to groups using the experimental learning, and determine the relationship between students' initial ability and students' scientific communication ability. The study was conducted with an experimental approach carried out in grade XI Persiapan Grafika SMK Islam Al Bisyri Semarang, by comparing the Think Talk Write learning groups based inquiry approach to the experimental learning. The variables studied were scientific communication ability obtained through observation during the learning process. The data were analyzed using Mann Whitney U and Spearman Rank. The results showed that the scientific communication ability of the think talk write based inquiry approach learning group based on the inquiry approach reviewd from four components, the Think Talk Write based inquiry approach learning group had the ability to access and utilize the latest library resources, the ability to contribute ideas in group work, the ability to prepare reports in accordance with the guidelines for scientific paper reports, it is better than the experimental learning, however, in the component of communicating products or reports verbally (presentations) did not show a significant difference between the think talk write based inquiry approach learning group and the experimental learning group. The initial ability of students does not affect the scientific communication ability of students in the think talk write learning group based inquiry approach and experimental learning groups.

21st Century society not only masters conceptual knowledge, but is also required to be able to apply concepts and have a variety of life skills commonly referred to as 21st century skills. Education plays an important role in preparing students for life. One important factor in the education curriculum is textbooks. This study aims to obtain information about the level of content of 21st century skills textbooks in Physics grade X. 21st Century skills that are the focus of this research are creativity and innovation; critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making; communication; collaboration. The results showed that the Physics textbook analyzed presents critical thinking skills, problem solving, and decision making at 61.86%; communication by 15.81%; creativity and innovation by 14.88%, and collaboration by 7.44%. The data illustrates that the physics textbook analyzed more dominantly exercises critical thinking skills, problem solving, and decision making.

Semarang is the capital of Central Java Province and is the most developed city in Java island. This city is one of the most important cities in the north coast of Java. Most of Semarang’s landscape consists of lowland areas that become floodplain of the large rivers that flow through the city. Water is not only used for drinking but also for other necessities such as bathing, washing, agricultural and industrial needs, electricity generation, etc. The objective of this study was to determine the conductivity value of groundwater from several locations in Semarang as the conductor of electricity. This study used groundwater samples from seven locations in Semarang. The tests conducted including TDS (Total Dissolved Solid) test by inserting TDS meter into the water and recorded the value after 3 seconds of observation. The conductivity test was done by water electrolysis using a buzzer circuit. The test was conducted by inserting the electrode into the water for 3 seconds, then observed the buzzer sounding (soft or loud). Afterward, the water temperature was recorded using the thermometer. Results of this study showed the different water conductivity of groundwater collected from different locations. The lowest conductivity was obtained from S-1 sample with TDS value of 50 ppm, while the highest conductivity was obtained from S-7 sample with TDS value of 549 ppm. The higher the TDS and temperature value, the higher the electrical conductivity.ÂÂ
