Abstract

This study aims to increase student learning activity in online science learning with the help of quiziz educational media. This research is classroom action research with 32 students as the subject of class IXA UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Merawang. This research was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle having 2 meetings. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The implementation of the research stages is adjusted to the online learning mode. The data collection instrument was an observation sheet on the implementation of the online learning process assisted by the quiziz educational media, while the data analysis technique used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques using achievement criteria. The benchmark for the success of this research is that 80% of the 32 students have reached the criteria for activeness. Based on the results of the study, in the first cycle of the 1st meeting, 43.8% of active students were found in the low category. The second meeting of students who have been active as much as 65% (enough category). Meanwhile, in the second cycle of the 1st meeting, 65.6% of active students were found in the sufficient category. At the 2nd meeting, it increased to 81.3% (high category). So from cycle I and cycle II there was an increase in student activity of 19.5%. The research can be concluded that quiziz educational media can increase student activity in online science learning in class IXA UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Merawang.

Abstract

The Khilafah is one of the contradictory concepts not only among Muslim intellectuals but also among scholars. One party is of the opinion that the concept of khilafah is a patent concept that must be implemented by every Muslim if it is not implemented or does not care about the caliphate then it is sinful. On the other hand, there are scholars who argue that the caliphate only exists and can be implemented during the time of the Prophet alone because the only person who deserves to be amiirul mu'miniin is only the messenger of Allah because he is ma'shum. This contradiction is also felt in the area of ​​the Bangka Belitung archipelago, the majority of scholars in Babel (from MUI, NU and Muhammadiyah) they say that if the caliphate is forced into a system of government in Indonesia it cannot because it will result in a split, which has implications for ukhuwah Islamiyah and ukhuwah basyariyah. This is because the Indonesian nation already has its own philosophy, namely Pancasila and already has its own law, namely the 1945 Constitution. In fact, the unity of the Indonesian nation has been bound by the motto Unity in Diversity. Therefore, if the concept of khilafah is enforced as a system of government, especially if you want to replace Pancasila, the majority of the Babylonian Ulama will disagree because it can cause divisions between religious communities, nationals and people of all countries.

Abstract

Transactions carried out by both the party we connect between fellow one human _ with other no will miss from something agreement together so we know with law Muamalah , deal together could cause rights and obligations if second split party do something counter or agreement , contract that is maliyah or ghair maliyah . something activities that will arrange how connection between second party or more will be done agreement , then on the contract that alone there is agreement agreement / contract carried out by those who have or the parties who make deal. Difference the views of scholars also occur in the application of condition as well as pillars of contract law , opinions expert fiqh that is according to The school of Imam Hanafiah in question sighat Contract is something get along contract , while expert scholars fiqh put second split the transacting party is target Contract then Sighat is get along must - have contract realized , related can carry out multiple contracts Then there are scholars who are different opinion .
