Abstract

Burns are tissue damage caused by contact with high temperatures such as fire, hot water, electricity, chemicals, and radiation. Image edge detection is an important part of radiotherapy because this process is the first step in separating objects in images that have different characteristics and characteristics. The boundary between one object and another object in an image with different characteristics is clear, then the medical image can be further analyzed and also the patient's disease condition diagnosis is seen by interpreting the medical image without having to perform surgery. Edge detection is performed using Laplacian of Gaussian, this operator will capture edges from all directions and produce sharper edges.

Abstract

Image processing is a system where the process is carried out with the input in the form of an image and the result is also an image. Initially, image processing was carried out to improve image quality, but with the development of the world of technology, which was marked by the increasing capacity and speed of computer processing, as well as the emergence of computational science that allowed humans to extract information from an image, image processing could not be separated by computer field. In this research, image processing is applied to detect corneas based on color model segmentation using the Template Matching Method. Template matching is a technique in digital image processing that functions to match each part of an image with the image that becomes the template (reference). The problem in detecting the cornea of ​​the eye is how to detect the cornea based on color model segmentation by matching the corneal image with the eye template image. Therefore, it is very important research that aims so that computers can have the function of detecting the cornea of ​​the eye. If computers can be designed to have intelligence closer to that of humans, of course this can facilitate human work.

Abstract

Performance is basically the responsibility of every individual who works in an institution or an organization. Good performance is the optimal result of work and in accordance with organizational standards and supports the achievement of organizational goals. Improved employee performance will bring progress to the agency (organization). Improved performance can be supported by motivation, one of which is compensation. Compensation provided within the scope of the Raja Ampat Regency Government is compensation for employee performance referred to as the Income Improvement Allowance (TPP). Where the purpose of providing Income Improvement Allowances (TPP) is expected to be a work motivation for government employees. In this study using a kuliatatif research method by using steps of data collection and through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are jasydgygwey (1) The design for the provision of income repair allowances (TPP) to the Raja Ampat District Government Civil Servant (ASN) Equipment Section is based on pre-existing allowances, namely the Regional Performance Allowance (TKD); (2) The process of granting Income Repair Allowances (TPP) based on rank and class has been running well and smoothly, namely given every month to all State Civil Servants (ASN) and honorary staff in Raja Ampat Regency, the Equipment Section by giving the amount or amount based on class , attendance / attendance and performance and loyalty. and (3) The quality of work of the State Civil Service Apparatus (ASN) of the Raja Ampat Regency Equipment Section, in general, has experienced a very significant change, namely experiencing an increase in the quality of work, in this case it can be seen from the increasing attendance of employees and an impact on the Raja Ampat economy which is getting better

Abstract

The exam is one way to evaluate the learning process. In the world of exam education is intended to measure the level of achievement of a teaching goal and a learning process so that students or students and related institutions can know the level of ability in understanding the field of study that has been taken. In this study the author will try to build an online examination system in which the Fisher-Yates algorithm is applied for randomization of the questions. Abstract

Securing text data is one of the activities carried out so that the text of an information is kept confidential so that it cannot be known by others except those who are entitled to it. One technique that can be done to optimize the security of text data is to combine cryptographic techniques with the steganography technique. Cryptographic techniques function to encode text data that is kept secret through the encryption process. While the steganography technique serves to hide (embedding) encrypted text data into a media such as image, video, audio. This study describes the process of combining cryptographic techniques and steganography techniques in securing sent text. Cryptographic techniques are used to encode secret messages based on the GOST (Government Standard) method and the steganography technique is used to hide encrypted text into a digital image based on the LSB-1 (Least significant bit-1) algorithm. In order to make the process easier, a secret text security application was built using Visual Basic 2008 programming language
