Abstract

Performance is basically the responsibility of every individual who works in an institution or an organization. Good performance is the optimal result of work and in accordance with organizational standards and supports the achievement of organizational goals. Improved employee performance will bring progress to the agency (organization). Improved performance can be supported by motivation, one of which is compensation. Compensation provided within the scope of the Raja Ampat Regency Government is compensation for employee performance referred to as the Income Improvement Allowance (TPP). Where the purpose of providing Income Improvement Allowances (TPP) is expected to be a work motivation for government employees. In this study using a kuliatatif research method by using steps of data collection and through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are jasydgygwey (1) The design for the provision of income repair allowances (TPP) to the Raja Ampat District Government Civil Servant (ASN) Equipment Section is based on pre-existing allowances, namely the Regional Performance Allowance (TKD); (2) The process of granting Income Repair Allowances (TPP) based on rank and class has been running well and smoothly, namely given every month to all State Civil Servants (ASN) and honorary staff in Raja Ampat Regency, the Equipment Section by giving the amount or amount based on class , attendance / attendance and performance and loyalty. and (3) The quality of work of the State Civil Service Apparatus (ASN) of the Raja Ampat Regency Equipment Section, in general, has experienced a very significant change, namely experiencing an increase in the quality of work, in this case it can be seen from the increasing attendance of employees and an impact on the Raja Ampat economy which is getting better

Abstract

 Regency General Election Commission's strategy so far has been to use a communication approach and has not yet made people understand who they are voting for and what the importance of using their right to vote is, considering that many people still put aside general elections, because they consider them to be less important to them. So the problem in the research is the General Election Commission's strategy in an effort to increase community participation in  Regency? The type of approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The research data used includes primary and secondary data obtained through interviews and document studies. Data was analyzed qualitatively. The location of the research was on Sorong City. The research results show that the strategy that needs to be carried out by the Sorong City KPU is an agenda setting strategy, which has 2 levels, namely; (1) The first level of agenda setting is an effort to develop general issues that are considered important. (2) The second level of agenda setting is determining the parts or aspects of the general issue that are considered important. So there is a need for a media agenda by socializing through the media to influence the public agenda.

Abstract

The Regional Education and Training Personnel Agency (BKDD) is a government agency which has the task of carrying out the preparation and implementation of regional policies in the field of personnel and can be assigned to carry out the implementation of authority. The Sorong Regency Regional Education and Training Personnel Agency (BKDD) has four areas, namely the Performance Sector; Procurement Sector; Mutation Field and Training Field. However, in carrying out the duties and authority of the Sorong Regency Regional Education and Training Personnel Agency (BKDD), there are obstacles in providing public services. This research uses qualitative research methods using data collection steps and through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are 1.) analysis of the performance of civil servants at the Sorong Regency Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency (BKDD) in terms of Quality, Quantity, Implementation of Duties, Responsibility and Motivation, in general it has gone well. 2.) Analysis of Public Service for Civil Servants at the Sorong Regency Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency (BKDD) seen from the principles of public service, namely: a. Public interest; b. Legal certainty; c. Equal Rights; d. Balance of Rights and Obligations and e. Professionalism; f. Participative; g. Non-Discriminatory; h. Openness; i. Accountability; j. Timeliness and k. Fast, easy and affordable, in general it has worked well.
