Abstract

Finding a model that explains and separates data classes is the process of classification in data mining, which is used to guess the class of an item with an unknown class. Numerous strategies have been developed since categorization can be applied in a wide range of applications. But a common issue with classification is class imbalance. Data predictability suffers as a result of the issue of unbalanced classes. There are typically not an equal number of examples in each class in real-world categorization datasets. Class imbalance is not a problem when there are not significant differences in how the classes are distributed. Due to class imbalance, prediction models may skew in favor of the majority class, with the minority class contributing little to the model. One often used strategy for addressing class imbalance is the resampling technique. This study's objective is to put the Resampling Algorithm into practice. Neighborhood Cleaning Rule Random Forest K-Fold Tune Grid Search was carried out on a dataset that includes cases of Low Birth Weight Infants (BBLR) in Majene Regency and breast cancer diagnoses, which was posted on the UCI website. The Neighborhood Cleaning Rule (NCL), a data processing method, eliminates noise or other disturbances from datasets used for modeling or analysis. The F1-Score, G-Mean, Accuracy, and Sensitivity values from the model are good.

Abstract

Powder is a makeup product that is owned by every woman who wants to look beautiful. This powder is easy to find in the market and the price varies, from cheap to expensive. Powder has a very important function, which is to make facial skin look healthier, prettier, fresher, even to hide imperfections such as acne scars or black spots which often reduce the perfection of the face. In choosing powder, consumers are often confused about choosing and determining which powder is good and suitable for use. Because of these problems, it is necessary to design a decision support system that can help make a decision in obtaining information in recommending powder. There are several methods provided by SPK including MOORA, WASPAS, MOOSRA, SAW, TOPSIS, WP, SMART, OCRA, ROC, AHP, PSI and others. The method used in this study is the MOORA method. The selection of the best powder is based on the use of criteria which will become predetermined rules for evaluating powder which will be used as an alternative research. Based on the calculation of the MOORA method for 6 alternatives, A2 was obtained as the first rank, followed by A3 and A4

Abstract

Diseases pose a major challenge in the medical world. Accurate and precise diagnosis is a crucial key in disease management, including the case of mastocytosis. Mastocytosis is a disorder characterized by the proliferation of mast cells that can affect various organ systems in the human body. There are various variations of mastocytosis, but they can generally be categorized into two main types: cutaneous mastocytosis, which primarily affects the skin and is the most common form, and systemic mastocytosis, which is a more severe form involving the accumulation of mast cells in organs and tissues throughout the body, not just the skin. Planning a successful course of therapy and providing a positive outlook for patients heavily relies on an accurate and timely diagnosis of mastocytosis. This study utilizes an exponential comparison strategy to compare and contrast the Dempster-Shafer (DS) and Case Based Reasoning (CBR) techniques in detecting mastocytosis. The Dempster-Shafer technique is employed in this study to gather and evaluate data from various ambiguous and inadequate sources. This method utilizes the theory of mass variability to represent uncertainty in disease diagnosis. On the other hand, Case Based Reasoning is an approach that relies on past experiences and utilizes existing knowledge in the form of previously encountered cases to make diagnoses. In this study, exponential comparison is used to assign greater weight to certain attributes considered more important in the diagnosis process. This exponential comparison method allows for more flexible attribute weighting, enabling more accurate modeling of symptoms and related factors in mastocytosis. The aim of this research is to use the exponential comparison approach to develop, analyze, and compare both strategies in detecting mastocytosis. With the lowest rate for cutaneous mastocytosis and the highest percentage for systemic mastocytosis, the research findings indicate that both approaches yield comparable results. The Dempster-Shafer approach has proven to be more accurate in mastocytosis diagnosis when comparing the calculations of these two methods with the exponential comparison method

Abstract

The Head of HIMATIKA is a student who has a leadership position in the HIMATIKA organizational structure and is also one of the students who has been entrusted to lecturers to carry out their duties and develop every activity held by the Budi Darma University campus. Students who serve as chairmen of HIMATIKA must have great responsibility in organizing, directing, and managing every activity on the Budi Darma University Medan campus. So with that the Medan Budi Darma University campus really hopes that in the election of the HIMATIKA chairman it can provide the best results and those who are elected to become the HIMATIKA chairman can be more committed and have great responsibility so that the Budi Darma University campus will be more advanced, quality and become the best campus. The election of the HIMATIKA chairman at Budi Darma University often results in injustice in the mechanism used to elect the HIMATIKA chairman, and there is also a lack of member participation in the election of the HIMATIKA chairman. This will have an impact on the results of the election for the chairman of HIMATIKA and will also affect the development of HIMATIKA. in the election of the chairman of HIMATIKA if the results are not objective or significant, of course it will cause other problems. So with that the process of solving a problem that occurs in the election of a HIMATIKA chairman requires some criteria data including GPA, discipline, vision and mission, organizational experience, and broad insight. From these criteria data, accurate and clear results will be obtained, and the assistance of a system that can solve each of these problems is needed. Where this system is a system that has a very important role in decision making. The system is DSS, where DSS is one of the systems that can assist in solving each problem by requiring data and methods contained in the DSS in order to obtain more relevant information and support in making each decision. In completing this research, the writer has to find the weight value of the criterion data where the writer uses the ROC method to produce the weight value and after that the writer also searches for the ranking value using the WASPAS method. And where to produce ranking values ​​in the WASPAS method, the author must work according to predetermined steps in order to obtain precise and accurate preference values. The ROC and WASPAS methods really help the writer in generating values ​​accurately.

Abstract

Employees are part of the company's core assets to maintain its ability to survive and compete. In this case, employees need to have skills, even skills, to improve jobs in the company. In order for employees to be better protectors, there must be a system in place to help select the best employees who need decision support. Decision support is a computer system that is used to solve problems, generate information used to make decisions. The MOORA method is a multi-purpose optimization method. If the MOORA method is compared to the MOORA method, negative performance scores in the MOORA method do not appear and the MOORA method is less sensitive to large variations in criterion values.
