Abstract

This study examines the effect of market orientation on logic-oriented marketing performance concerning the mediating role of knowledge management. This research is descriptive-exploratory and a type of applied research. The statistical population in this research is managers, employees, and workers of the Manufacturing and industrial firms of agricultural machinery, The size of the statistical sample using Cochran's formula, 196 people were selected as a sample. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Experts' opinions were used to determine the validity of the questionnaire. The structural equation model method and SPSS and Smart PLS 4 software were used for data analysis. All the assumptions of this research were confirmed and the results of this research showed that the most positive impact is related to market orientation on knowledge management. Also, knowledge management has the lowest impact on logic-oriented marketing performance. According to the results, knowledge management has been able to play a positive and meaningful role in mediation. As far as we know, such this research has not been done so far This paper paves the way for further research on the impact of market orientation and knowledge management on logic-oriented marketing performance and can help senior managers in this field.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of perceived risk and perceived benefits on the continuance intention to adopt fintech P2P lending platforms in Indonesia, considering trust as a mediating factor. With the fintech sector experiencing rapid expansion, understanding the determinants of user retention is crucial for sustaining growth and ensuring consumer protection under the oversight of regulatory bodies like Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). A total of 105 participants were recruited for the survey, ensuring a diverse demoghparic representation in terms of age, gender, job, origin, and job occupation. The data were analyzed using Structrual Equation Modeling (SEM). The anaylis of the data revealed that perceived risk significantly gives negative influenced to continuance intention to adopt fintech p2p lending. In contrast, perceived benefit had a robust positive effect on continuance intention to adopt fintech p2p lending. Trust was found to partially mediate the relationship between perceived risk, perceived benefits, and continuance intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the variables of opportunity for non-compliance, costs of compliance, perceptions, and tax information on non-compliance by SMEs individual taxpayers. In this study, the SMEs individual taxpayer objects in the Surakarta area are used. This study analyzes the non-compliance factors of SMEs individual taxpayers in Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data obtained from the results of the questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 17,965 SMEs. This study uses data from 100 respondents who meet the sample criteria. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of opportunity for non-compliance can increase tax non compliance behavior, cost of compliance and tax information reduce tax non-compliance behavior of SMES taxpayers in Surakarta.

Abstract

It takes a measuring tool that has been adjusted to the concept and practice of Islamic banking a measurement tool that has been adapted to the concept and practice of Islamic banking, namely by assessing the sharia complience side of Islamic banking without ignoring the profitability side. So that the Sharia Conformity and Profitability (SCnP) Model needed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of commercial banks using SCnP in 2017-2021. The method used is descriptive quantitative with the data source of the Annual Report of Islamic Commercial Banks downloaded from the official website of each bank. The population in this study were all BUS financial reports registered in OJK. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with criteria that Islamic commercial banks has the highest level of profitability in 2021 (6 most). The result of this study indicate that measuring the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks using the Sharia Conformity and Profitability (SCnP) method at Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia from 2017 to 2021 shows different result. 2017, 2020, and 2021 are spread across for quadrants. While in 2018 to 2019 it was spread in three quadrants, namlely Upper Left Quadrant (ULQ), Lower Right Quadrant (LRQ), and Lower Left Quadrant (LLQ).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the partial significance of the effect of cash flow, tax avoidance, growth opportunity, and net working capital on cash holding in financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2021. The population in this study were 99 financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 61 companies. The analytical tool used in this research is panel data regression with the help of Eviews 10 statistics. The results showed that the effect of cash flow and growth opportunity had a positive and significant effect. While tax avoidance and net working capital have a negative and significant effect. The implication of this research is that to increase optimal cash holding, companies must pay attention to cash flow and growth opportunities because the results of the study show that they have a positive and significant effect on cash holding. This research contributes to the development of further research related to cash holding. The limited number of samples with limited research objects as well
