Abstract

In accordance to its essence, the creator of technology is done to facilitate and assist human life activities, such as in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of video learning media in digital simulation subjects. This research resulted in a learning video produk developed with videoscribe software that features hand animation writing or drawing something on the screen, such as the hand of the maker doing it himself, and can help students focus more and not get bored during the teaching and learning process so that the presentation of material can be conveyed to students. The research method applied uses R&D using a 4-D or four D model. The development of this learning video has been validated by media experts with a validity percentage of 80% in the “Eligible” category and from material experts with a 90% validity percentage with the “Very Appropriate” category. “,it is known that the product is in the category of” Appropriate “and can be used by students for learning as well as teachers in the learning process in class.”

Abstract

The pain due to the episiotomy is not the same, the intensity of the pain is different. This pain is due to the active peripheral nociceptors, which are receptors in particular, which are responsible for delivering to noxious stimuli. This midwifery care is aimed at dealing with complints to Mrs.P history of episiotomy at BPM Ernyadi Sidoarjo with the method of collecting initial data to evaluation the results obtained by Mrs.P a history of episiotomy. Did not find any difficulties at the time the care was given this study was carried out at 2 hours of the puerperium the mother gave birth on January 12, 2020 at 19.15 spontaneously an episiotomy was carried out on the indication of a stiff perineum according to the theory the conclusion from the case study with the initial data collection method to the eva;uation of the problem Mrs.P all the findings and all the actions that have been implemented, Mrs there was no difference between the theory and no signs of infection in the episiotomy suture scars.

Abstract

The background in this study is the phenomenon of vocational students who are found to have problems with sexual behavior deviations, the purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between self-control and sexual behavior in vocational students. The variable included in this study is self-control as an independent variable and as a dependent variable for sexual behavior. This study was conducted in vocational training “X” Mojosari, with a sample of 84 students, using Probability Sampling, Proportional Strict Random Sampling. The data collection technique in this study uses the first two psychological scales of the Likert model, i.e., the thurstone scale for the self-control scale and the sexual behavior scale. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between self-control and sexual behavior in high school vocational training students. Data analysis was performed using the Pearson product moment correlation statistical technique using the Windows SPSS program. The results of the data analysis of this study indicate a correlation coefficient of 0.856 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a positively relationship between self-control and significant and unidirectional sexual behavior. So that the higher the self control, the more also high sexual behavior in students at vocational high school "X" Mojosari, as well otherwise. The contribution effective of self-control to sexual behavior was 73.2%.

Abstract

Academic stress is an individual response that arises because of their inability to complete or complete academic demands. This study aims to determine the relationship between adversity quotient and academic stress in students of SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin. This research is a correlational quantitative study. The population in this study were all students of SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin, with a sample of 114 subjects. Data collection techniques in this study used the adversity quotient scale (ɑ = 0.949) and the academic stress scale (ɑ = 0.945). The data analysis technique used Pearson's product-moment correlation with the help of SPSS 18.0. The results of the research data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient (rxy) was -0.247 with a significance of 0.004 <0.05, meaning that there was a significant negative relationship between adversity quotient and academic stress in students of SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin. In this study, the influence of the adversity quotient variable with academic stress was 6.1%.

Abstract

This research is presented by the problem of hardiness related to the unbalancing between the rights and obligations of early childhood teachers in HIMPAUDI Candi. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The variable in this study is hardiness. The sampling technique used probability sampling with simple random sampling technique of 100 early childhood teachers in HIMPAUDI Candi. The data collection technique used the DRS (Dispositional Resilience Scale) II scale to measure hardiness and the Multiple Choice Single Response scale to measure the hardiness factors scale. Analysis of the data in this study used statistical tests with the help of the SPSS 20.0 and MS Excel 2019 programs. The reliability was 0.844 and the validity was> 0.30. The results of hardiness data on early childhood teachers in Candi with a moderate level of 89% and low level of 11%. The most influential factor is the dispositional factor (58%). The hardiness of early childhood teachers in Candi is also influenced by factors of age, years of service, education and salary.

Abstract

This study has a background problem of the number of students who are stressed from college to the point of committing suicide and failing to graduate from college. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, and the learning environment on student lecture stress in accounting with self efficacy as an intervening variable at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, either directly or indirectly. The sample used in this study were accounting students at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used is the Partial Least Square analysis with validity and reliability tests of both the outer model and the inner model using the Smart PLS program. Primary data is obtained from questionnaires whose measurements use a Likert scale. The results showed that emotional intelligence has an effect on the self-efficacy of accounting students at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The learning environment affects the self-efficacy of accounting students at the Muhammadiyah University Sidoarjo. Emotional intelligence affects college stress in accounting students at Muhammadiyah University Sidoarjo. The learning environment has an effect on college stress in accounting students at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. Self-efficacy has an effect on college stress in accounting students at Muhammadiyah University Sidoarjo. Emotional intelligence affects college stress mediated by self-efficacy of accounting students at Muhammadiyah University Sidoarjo. Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of understanding Accounting Information Systems, Leadership Style, Employees Motivation, and Work Discipline in Employees Performance at KC BRI Sidoarjo. The instrument is in the form of google forms to get research data. This research data collection is validity test and reliability test. The hypothesis is that there is an the influence of understanding accounting information systems, leadership style, employees motivation, and work discipline in employees performance. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is SPSS version 18. The test results based on the validity test show that all questions on Google Forms are declared valid. While the test results based on the reliability test of all variables, the value of cronbach's alpha > 0,6 means that it is declared reliable and for the results of the Hypothesis Test in the form of T-Statistic and R-Square, it states that there is an influence between understanding accounting information systems, leadership style, employees motivation, and work discipline in employees performance. This is shown from the results of tcount for the variable understanding of the accounting information system (X1) of 2.113, the variable of leadership style (X2) of 2.101, the variable of employees motivation (X3) of 2.114, and the variable of work discipline (X4) of 2.189.

Abstract

This quantitative descriptive research investigates correlation between English learning motivation among Pesantren students and their English language proficiency. Pesantren community is a unique environment to learn foreign language combining the process of nurturing Islamic values and discipline. 25 students of X grade from IPS (Social) major are involved in this study. A questionnaire measuring type of motivation and its value is used to collect data related to the motivation, while the English proficiency is measured through School based examination score and independent English language proficiency designed by the researcher. Analysis on the collected data is done through SPSS version 26. The finding revealed that there are four types of motivation among Pesantren students in learning English, those are: [1] Instrumental; [2] Integrative; [3] Extrinsic; and [4] Intrinsic. Each of these type has been proven to have a significance correlation with students English language proficiency. Thus it strengthen the previous theory stating that motivation plays significant role in learning. The most dominant type of motivation among Pesantren students is instrumental motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of Government Accounting Standards,Apparatus Competence, the Role of Internal Audit and the Internal Control System on the Quality of Information on Local Government Financial Statements. The object of this research is all Auditor Functional Officials in the Inspectorate of East Java Province. The research sample was 55 respondents. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression which is then obtained using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study prove that the application of government accounting standards, apparatus competence, the role of internal audit and the internal control system partially has a significant effect on the quality of information on local government financial statements. The conclusion of this study found that to be able to improve the quality of financial report information in the Provincial Government of East Java, it can be done through the effectiveness of review activities on financial statements before the report is submitted to the Republic of Indonesia Audit Board.

Abstract

Instagram can be used as a mass communication medium that can reach a wide audience in the digital world, and Instagram users can be categorized as active audiences to play a role in giving meaning to various accounts, especially official accounts at an organization / company / university. No exception the official account from UMSIDA (Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo). This account is expected to be a medium of communication between UMSIDA and UMSIDA students. The purpose of this study was to see Umsida Student Reception on "1912 Umsida Instagram" as an Information Media for Umsida Student Activities.This type of research is descriptive qualitative and focuses on the meaning of UMSIDA students (Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo). The object of this research is Instagram Umsida 1912 and the subjects of this research are students who are followers / followers of the 1912 Umsida Instagram account. The informants are students who are members of UKM (Student Activity Unit) members of HIMA (Student Association) and students who are active in Other organizations outside, the technique of determining informants using purposive sampling, with data obtained from in-depth interviews. The method used in this research is the encoding-decoding reception analysis method by Stuart Hall, where the reception includes perception, thought, preference, and interpretation.The results obtained from this study indicate that the different receptions / meanings by the informants based on the experience and background of each informant are influenced by internal and external factors of the informants that Umsida Instagram is considered to be still lacking in providing information on student activities medically however, Instagram Umsida has advantages in providing information about PMB (New Student Admissions).
