Abstract

According to recent news sources and journals, the growth of start-ups in today's world is on the rise. The pandemic has played a significant role in this growth, with many people starting their own businesses after being laid off from their jobs (Casselman, 2021). In 2023, experts predict that there will be increased investment in social media, user-generated content, and entertainment for small businesses (Halperin, 2023). Alternative funding sources are also becoming more common for small businesses as interest rates rise (Halperin, 2023). The design acts as the research project's "blueprint," connecting the design, data collecting, and analytic activities to the research questions and guaranteeing that the entire study agenda will be covered. Based on the tentative coding analysis that has been done above to answer the question "what encourages you to pivot?", that have been analyzed into selective coding, it can be seen that their reason is because their own ability to build a business is still not that enhanced. This conclusion could be argued because there are severals variable that are supporting the conclusion. For example the informant said that the lack of proper planning, difficult process to execute, and the customer is not interested in the idea offered are the reason that prompting the pivoting phenomenon. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that as many as 17 out of 20 student startups in the SBM ITB entrepreneurship department experienced pivoting. The majority of these student startups experience pivoting in their business model and business ideas, where the pivoting they experience is included in the types of pivoting discussed in the previous chapter such as technology, customer need, customer segment, channel, complete, and side project types.

Abstract

JIRFAN DAWANTO (4517035005). The Effect of Giving Amino Acid Solutions Based on BSF Maggots (Hermetia Illucians) with Different Concentrations into the Feed on the Percentage of Breast and Back of KUB Chickens. (Under the guidance of Asmawati Mudarsep as the main guide and Muhammad Idrus as the aggota guide). KUB chickens are widely kept by farmers because they have fast growth. The current constraint on native chicken farming is the high price of feed raw materials. Therefore, Maggot from the Black Soldier Fly fly (Hermetia Illucens) is one of the best alternatives as a mixture of chicken feed because it has a nutrient composition that is almost the same as fish meal. Based on this, this study aims to determine the Effect of Giving Amino Acid Solutions Based on BSF Maggot (Hermetia Illucians) with Different Concentrations into Feed on the Percentage of Breast and Back of KUB Chickens. This study used the DOC of 96 KUB chickens and was kept for 60 days with a cage map of 16 plots and each plot consisted of 6 KUB chickens. Feed used at the age of 1-30 days is given BP-11 granules, then at the age of 31-60 days using mixed feed by adding a fermented Maggot-based amino acid solution arranged according to treatment. The treatment used is the administration of BSF maggot-based amino acid solutions , namely: P0, P1 (15 ml), P2 (30 ml), P3 (45 ml) The results of the analysis of various doses of Maggot amino acid solution as an additive to mixed feed showed results that had no real effect (P>0.05) on the percentage of breast and back of KUB chickens. However, the administration of Maggot amino acid solution as an additive to mixed feed did not reduce the weight of KUB chicken breasts and buttocks and showed good performance

A problem often faced by people in urban areas is flooding in residential areas during the rainy season. The causes of flood inundation include land conversion, which was originally an open area turned into a built-up area for settlements, industry or trade and offices. Land use that is not orderly causes the issue of drainage channel capacity in urban areas to be very complex. This study aims to assess the capacity of drainage channels located on Jalan Masangan Kulon so as not to hamper traffic flow and harm the activities of the surrounding community and the handling carried out to overcome flooding in the existing. The method of calculating the flood plan for this drainage case study uses the Rational Method with a 2-year return period. Data collection is done by observation, taking measurements and channel normalization. Evaluation of channel capacity is carried out to assess the ability of drainage channels to plan discharge. The results obtained in this study Flood discharge in the upstream river with a return period of 2 years amounted to 1.54 m³/second. Areas that experience flooding occur in Segments 10-17 and 18-19. In segment 10-17 the block discharge is 3.98 m³/second and the existing discharge is 3.389 m³/second. After normalizing the existing discharge is 4.34 m³ / second. In segments 18-19 the block discharge is 5.228 m³/second and the existing discharge is 4.647 m³/second. After normalizing the existing discharge is 5.760m³/second.

Abstract: Finance Company is a non-banking financial services company engaged in financing and is registered and supervised by OJK. The current challenge is the decline in the number of receivables and is inversely proportional to Financial Technology companies. Restrictive policies during the Covid-19 pandemic have made people change their purchasing behavior of goods and services, including credit transactions. The decline in the number of consumers in finance companies must be anticipated so that the company can maintain its market. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of consumers who choose Finance Companies as an alternative to obtaining loans. The research was conducted in an area with the largest population of Finance Company users, namely Jabodetabek . Data collection using the Cluster Random Sampling method using G-Form with a total of 200 respondents.
