Abstract

To support aviation safety, equipment facilities are needed that are able to provide information, guidance, and signs so that aircraft are safe from the time they take off until they land. So that the risk of landing failure can be minimized, equipment is needed that can guide aircraft to land correctly and safely (Supriyadi, 2012). One of the navigation aids is the Instrument Landing System (ILS). An instrument Landing System (ILS) is an instrument landing tool (non-visual) that assists pilots in carrying out aircraft approach and landing procedures at an airport. ILS provides information that is accurate enough so that pilots can make landings in all weather conditions. This really helps airports in carrying out their services, so that air traffic activities can run safely and smoothly. There are three information components of the ILS system, namely: Localizer Transmitter as a guide to the right/left of the runway axis/axle, Glide Slope Transmitter as a guide to the landing angle on the runway axis. Marker Beacon (Inner, Middle, Outer Marker Beacon) which is located at a certain distance from the threshold as a horizontal distance guide to the runway threshold. In aviation navigation services, Localizer equipment must be ready to operate and maintained, so maintenance and reporting procedures are required which have been stipulated in the Guidelines for Maintenance and Reporting of Aviation Electronics and Electrical Facilities Equipment. Apart from maintenance, navigation aids require calibration to ensure that the performance of the Localizer navigation aids is in good condition and can provide a good angle for landing in accordance with the provisions of the Instructions and Procedures for Carrying Out Calibration of Flight Facilities and Procedures. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Based on the results of the F test, all independent variables, namely maintenance, and calibration, simultaneously or together influence the performance of the localizer equipment. This is proven by the calculated F result of 24.403 > F table 3.18 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The crime of trafficking in persons is considered a new crime in the legal system in Indonesia even though the act of trafficking in persons has been occurring in Indonesia for a long time. This research uses empirical juridical legal research methods, namely legal research regarding the enactment or implementation of normative legal provisions in action at each specific legal event that occurs in society. This research aims to determine criminal sanctions to prevent criminal acts of human trafficking (TTPO), current efforts to prevent and handle criminal acts of human trafficking (TTPO) as well as the implementation of criminal sanctions policies in efforts to prevent criminal acts of human trafficking (TTPO). The results of this research state that Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning the Crime of Human Trafficking is the legal umbrella in this case. In this case, it is known that the formulation of the criminal sanction policy for the crime of trafficking in persons which will be included in the National Criminal Code Bill must be much better than the formulation of the crime of trafficking in persons in positive law. The application of criminal sanctions in efforts to prevent criminal acts of human trafficking (TTPO) is based on the theory of justice stated thar justice can change but the essence of justice always exists in human life and social life.

Abstract

This research shows that contagious violence is playing important role in spreading violence against women in Afghanistan. This research argues that it is important to pay attention on how violence expose a subject, when it happened and who ie exposed by violence at that time. It is important also to produce immunity amidst society in Afghanistan. It is important to prevent wider transmission of violence in Afghanistan. Contagious violence and immunity theory shows that Taliban is the Host of violence that needs to overcome. Taliban massively spreading violence to disrupt immune system of anti violence in Afghanistan. Hiding the prove and preventing report activity will causes horrible silent spreading of violence. This research also shows that tracing and immediate response to any violence act is needed to cut off chain of contagious violence. Finding violence cluster and directly intervene is needed to prevent the subject who already exposed becoming more violent than perpetrator. Produce immunity system and direct intervention into all cluster of violence amidst society is more effective than urging Taliban to stop violence itself.
