Abstract

This article aims to explore the roles of metacognitive strategies training in teaching English, especially as a foreign language as it is learnt in Indonesia. Teacher should teach the students in order to help the students to understand the materials in both form of concepts and methods. In order to teach the students well, the teacher must construct and teach an appropriate learning strategies, choose appropriate media, and develop positive atmosphere of teaching and learning process. Thus, it is important to develop students learning strategies to be independent in their learning. The students must improve themselves in learning. They have to be creative manage their learning to control what they are learn and what they are going to learn. Therefore, it is necessary to find out effective learning strategies to overcome those problems. The solution is by providing the effective strategies for teaching Learning Process that is metacognitive strategy. Based on Oxford (1990), metacognitive strategy is the strategy which can help learner to manage their own learning. O’Malley et al (1995) emphasize that learners without metacognitive approaches have no direction or ability to monitor their progress, accomplishments, and future learning directions. Related to students’ problem, the advantages of this strategy can overcome students’ problems because from the beginning of learning activity the students have been asked to analyze the requirement, then to monitor their learning so they know what they should achieve or their purpose. So, this metacognitive strategy can solve students’ learning EFL problem, especially the high school students in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Surabaya City Government has closed several localization sites which have become places for prostitutes (commercial sex workers) to fulfill their daily lives. This is done as an effort to solve social problems. The Surabaya City Government through the KSPPS MUI Mitra Usaha Ideal Jatim institution in the Bangunsari area is felt to have a role in restoring the economic condition of the affected community after the closure of the localization. Therefore, we examined the Role of KSPPS Ideal Business Partners on the Community Economy after the Closing of Bangunsari Localization using qualitative research methods through secondary data sources. The results of our financial research show that there are 2 KSPPS products of MUI Ideal Business Partners in East Java which are for profit which can support the recovery of the Bangunsari economy, especially in terms of products with profit sharing patterns and buying and selling patterns with mark ups. In general, the KSPPS MUI Mitra Usaha Jatim also has 3 roles in the financial sector, the real sector and the religious sector.

Abstract

Language is a means of communication. Through human language, it can convey ideas, thoughts, thoughts and feelings to others. Language is closely related to culture, because language is a part of culture that must be preserved and maintained. Regional languages ​​need special attention, because at present there are so many things that can influence the development of regional languages. One of the regional languages ​​developed in the Indonesian region is Kerinci language. Kerinci language is used as the first language by the Kerinci community in communication using variations according to the cultural context. This type of research is qualitative using descriptive methods. The data in this study are in the form of sentences or words or phrases that contain the greeting words of the Siulak community. Sources of data were obtained from native speakers of the Siulak community in the form of kinship greeting words in the Kerinci language in Siulak sub-district, Kerinci district, Jambi province. The research instrument is the researcher herself. The research location was conducted in Siulak Panjang village, Siulak District. The data analysis phase, namely: (a) transcription or copying, (b) classifying data, (c) data analysis, (d) drawing conclusions. The results of the research found were the form of kinship greeting words based on lineage in Siulak District, Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province are Piyut, Tino, Nyantan, Nduk, Nduk Wo, Nduk cik, Mamak Wo, Mamak ngah, Mamak ndak, Mamak Nek, Mamak Tih, Mamak Tam, Mamak Nsu, Wo, Ngah, Ndak, Nek, Tam, Tih, Nsu. Sebut Nama, Adik, M’pun, Awak, Ka’u, Anak, Nakan, Cucung and Kayo. The words for kinship based on the marriage line in Siulak District, Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province are: Tino, Munyang, Nyantan, Pak, Latung, Pak Wo, Pak Ngah, Pak Ndak, Pak Nek, Pak Tam, Pak Tih, Pak, Mamak Wo, Mamak Ngah, Mamak Ndak, Mamak Nek, Mamak Tam, Mamak Tih,Mamak Nsu, Mamak, Kakak, Nduk Cik, Wo, Ngah, Ndak, Nek, Tam, Putih, Nsu. Sebut Nama, and Kayo.

Abstract

Rencana Anggaran Dan Pendapatan sangat urgensi dalam dunia menejemen pendidikan, maka dari itu sangat penting untuk mengkonsep RAPB agar berjalan dengan baik, pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi penyusunan RAPB Pendidikan berdasarkan prinsip RAPB dan prosedur RAPB yang benar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu studi dokumentasi dan menggunakan sumber primer dan sekunder yang berkaitan dengan RAPB Pendidikan. Prinsip-prinsip dalam RAPB Pendidikan: (a) Terdapat pembagian kewenangan serta pertanggungjawaban yang jelas dalam system manajemen dan organisasi (b) Terdapat system akuntansi yang tepat pada pelaksanaan anggaran (c) Terdapat kajian serta analisa dalam mengevaluasi kinerja organisasi (d) Terdapat dukungan. Sedangkan prosedur RAPB Pendidikan:(a) menentukan program kegiatan yang akan didanai oleh pendanaan anggaran, (b) mnentukan sumber perolehan dana anggaran, (c) memproses sumber dana dalam bentuk finansial fisik (d) menyusun laporan anggaran sesuai dengan aturan kelembagaan, (e) membuat laporan anggaran untuk disetujui oleh pihak-pihak berwenang (f) merevisi anggaran jika ada, (g) pmenyetujui adanya revisi anggaran (h) mengesahkan anggaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of the use simulation method and video media on learning outcome partograf in normal childbirth care in AKBID Nusantara Indonesia Lubuklinggau 2020. It was based on problems of data obtained from the study program D III Midwifery AKBID Nusantara Lubuklinggauabout value of midwifery care II childbirth since 2018 until 2019 have decrease. This research is quasi experiment study using research method two group pretest posttest design type. The sampling in this research about 30 students.This research process have been done at 22 April-7 July 2020 at AKBID Nusantara Indonesia Lubuklinggau. Data analysis use univariat and bivariat with Willcoxon test. Based on the research concludes that there was a difference outcome partograf there was show from average value pretest (66,35) and happen increase average value posttest (76,09). Nexts used Willcoxon test available value of sig (2 tailed) was 0,002 with α 0,05. So it can be show that sig (0,002) < α (0,05) so there is a positive and significant influence of the use simulation method and video media on learning outcome partograf in normal childbirth. Thus it is expected that educational institutions particulary study program D III Midwifery AKBID Nusantara Lubuklinggaucan do variations method and media partograf in learning so that students can easily understand the material given by lecturer, will thus be able to improve the quality of human resources midwife candidates until they’re able to compete in the era of globalization.

Abstract

The development of the food industry is rapidly increasing marked by the increasing number of ready-to-eat foods in all of the world, including Indonesia. Ready-to-eat food has an impact on the emergence of people's needs for fast and instant food. The presence of fast food is immediately favored by the community because of its fast presentation, making it easy to eat anywhere, even while standing or walking. One fast food is Burger King. Burger King Corporation is a series of international fast food restaurants that sell burgers, fries and soft drinks. Burger King is one type of fast food restaurant that serves hamburgers as its main menu. Burger King already has several branches in Indonesia such as in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Bali and Lombok. The type of research used is associative research. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaires, literature studies and interviews. The population in this study were all consumers who bought products at Burger King. The sampling technique is purposive sampling using the formula from Roscoe obtained a sample of 50 respondents. While for processing data analyzed to test the validity and reliability using SPSS. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression, the results of this study indicate that product variables, prices, and promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Burger King City of Mataram.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komponen standar kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. Tokai Rika, Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 210 responden PT. Tokai Rika Indonesia, untuk menambah informasi tambahan dengan memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi pendataan yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan analisis yang telah dilakukan maka dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan untuk menjawab pertanyaan yang telah diajukan yaitu terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel independen (kualitas layanan) dengan variabel dependen (kepuasan pelanggan), dengan koefisien korelasinya sebesar 0,703. Berdasarkan analisis regresi, koefisien determinasi adalah 0,494 atau 49,4%. Artinya proporsi variable Kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Tokai Rika Indonesia terhadap kualitas pelayanan logistik sebesar 49,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 50,6% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain di luar kualitas pelayanan seperti pelatihan, motivasi, dan lain-lain.Berdasarkan analisis regresi diketahui.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk (1) Mengidentifikasi faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal dalam melakukan strategi pengembangan usaha kopi bubuk di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. (2) Merumuskan strategi yang dapat dijalankan usaha kopi bubuk di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuisioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara judgment sampling di Desa Air Meles Atas. Analisis yang digunakan adalah IFE, EFE, QSPM. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Faktor internal yang menjadi kekuatan utama yang dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha kopi bubuk adalah tingkat kualitas kopi bubuk, kuantitas bahan baku kopi, pengalaman dan penguasaan olahan kopi bubuk. Faktor kelemahan adalah perlakuan penyimpanan produk seadanya, kapasitas produksi yang terbatas, kurangnya promosi kopi bubuk. Faktor eksternal yang menjadi peluang terbesar yang dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha adalah resiko produk kopi bubuk cukup rendah, potensi peningkatan skala usaha, prospek pasar dan harga kopi bubuk. Faktor ancaman adalah adanya persaingan penjualan produk lokal dengan produk wilayah lain, tingkat inovasi produk kopi bubuk, serta produk sejenis. Strategi terpilih yang tepat dilakukan oleh Ud. Cap Gentong Mas di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong untuk mengembangkan agroindustri kopi bubuk yakni pengembangan produk kopi bubuk nilai TAS 7,451.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen PT. Hawaii Holiday Hotel. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memprioritaskan kepuasan konsumen adalah Metode SERVQUAL (Service Quality) dengan menggunakan lima dimensi yaitu tangible, realibility, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) yang didalamnnya menggunakan Diagram Kartesius untuk mengetahui peringkat kepentingan dan kinerja. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang menggunakan rumus Slovin, pengambilan sampel dengan metode simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelanggan hotel merasa puas terhadap kinerja pelayanan yang diberikan PT. Hawaii Holiday Hotel. Dengan metode IPA bahwa tidak terdapat atribut yang harus diperbaiki oleh PT. Hawai Holiday Hotel Pekanbaru. Kemudian ada 8 atribut yang kualitas pelayanannya telah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan konsumen, terdapat 9 atribut yang tidak memiliki pengaruh apa-apa oleh konsumen, dan ada 3 atribut kualitas pelayanan yang ada atau tidaknya pelayanan tersebut konsumen merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan PT. Hawaii Holiday Hotel Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the phenomena that occur related to the role and problematic of women in development, especially in Maluku province. This research is a qualitatively descripted study using observation and interview methods supported by secondary data to support of research data. The informants in this study were women who belonged to women's organizations namely IWAPI Maluku province, organizations among ordinary housewives (PKK) and merchant women who had their own businesses (women enterpreuner) in Ambon city. This research proves that gender inequality still exist in development process thus,women can give positive contribution to a local and central governments in order to succeed an economic development programs particularly in gender minded and become a consideration for local and central governments in drafting policies and strategic decision-making related to the role of women in gender-minded development in the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution.
