Abstract

Penetapan harga jual suatu produk merupakan keputusan yang penting karena dapat mempengaruhi keuntungan perusahaan dan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi penetapan harga jual produk pupuk organik yang merupakan produk sampingan dari hasil pengolahan limbah industri cincau hitam UD RSA Kediri Jawa Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literatur dan dokumentasi perusahaan. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer dan sekunder yang memberikan informasi tentang strategi perusahaan tentang penetapan harga produk. Metode penghitungan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) yang digunakan adalah metode full costing dan variable costing. Tahapan kegiatan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi biaya produksi, memilih metode harga pokok produksi, menentukan harga jual, analisis harga jual, membuat keputusan penetapan harga jual. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan HPP menggunakan full costing yaitu Rp 97.260.000, harga jual Rp 4.863 dan laba Rp 3.740. untuk perhitungan hpp menggunakan variable costing yaitu Rp 56.400.000, untuk harga jual Rp 2.820 dan laba Rp 2.170. Dari hasil penghitungan HPP menggunakan full costing sudah tepat karena mendapatkan harga jual dan laba yang sesuai dengan harapan perusahaan

Abstract

This research is motivated by the principles of transparent and accountable financial management so that it is a description of the transactions that occur from the use of economic resources in one period. The problem of this research is that the presentation of the financial statements of the Cibugel Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in Sumedang Regency in 2018 - 2020 is less than optimal. In 2018 the percentage was only 78%. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation, obstacles, and efforts in the presentation of financial statements based on PSAP. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources related to the analysis of the application of PSAP Number 13 in the Cibugel Health Center Financial Report. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the research have shown that the application of PSAP Number 13 to the Financial Statements of the Cibugel Health Center, Sumedang Regency has been implemented, but not fully because there are still several components of the financial statements that are not in accordance with the rules contained in PSAP Number 13.

Abstract

Negara Persemakmuran Australia, memiliki Ibukota Negara di Canberra, yang berada di Australian Capital Territorial. Ketegangan di Laut China Selatan terus melonjak. Tensi ini terjadi karena aksi asertif Cina yang terus berlanjut ditambah dengan memburuknya hubungan Amerika Serikat (AS)-China atas berbagai masalah termasuk Laut China Selatan. Domestic Source atau sumber lingkungan internal suatu negara akan mempengaruhi sifat dan jalannya kebijakan politik luar negeri (Foreign Policy) suatu negara. Salah satu sumber dalam negeri yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan kebijakan politik luar negeri (Foreign Policy Analisys) suatu negara adalah kekuatan militer. Australia memiliki tujuan (Ends) dan kepentingan untuk menjaga kawasan Laut China Selatan agar memiliki stabilitas keamanan yang tinggi, sehingga kepentingan nasional Australia menjadi tidak terganggu. Hal ini diikuti dengan penguatan sarana-prasarana militer Australia bersama aliansi di kawasan dan beberpa cara untuk mencapai kepentingan nasionalnya. Beberapa kepentingan nasional Australia dan strategi pencapainnya mempengaruhi kebijakan politik luar negeri Australia.Tujuan dan tindakan Negara Australia ini, kemudian mendapat respon negara kawasan. Dan demikian seterusnya mewarnai politik internasional.

Abstract

Teachers are an important role in the world of education, the teaching profession is a noble profession because it is often referred to as heroes without honors. Talking about teachers, there are several statuses ranging from civil servants or PNS of the Ministry of Education and Culture and Ministry of Religion, honorary public school teachers, permanent foundation teachers, nonpermanent foundation teachers, civil servant teachers seconded to private schools, SM3T teachers (scholars educate in frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged areas ), and others. Regarding the many statuses of the teaching profession, it is inseparable from various problems such as the problem of honorary teachers that never ends and with minimal solutions, coupled with the recent policy on stopping the recruitment of PNS teachers in 2021, the purpose of terminating this recruitment is to change the system. recruitment of civil servants to government employees with employment agreements. This policy analysis examines the main points of employment in Law Number 43 of 1999 article 2 paragraph 3 and Law Number 8 of 1974 concerning careers and achievement systems, with this policy it is hoped that the problem of honorary teachers will decrease.

Abstract

Background : Every time our body is always exposed to microorganisms that can cause infection. Usually we are immune to infection because of the immune system that protects us, but when the body is exposed to antigens while the immune system activity decreases, then we need immunostimulants. One of traditional plant always get to use as the traditional drug is mango plant, Previous research it have effect as antioxidant, antidiabetes type II, antiinflammatory, anticancer, antihypertensive, and antimicrobial. It contains the flavonoid, alkaloid, phenolic,and steroid compounds. This study aims to determine the effect of mango leaves extract var arum manis against the activity and phagocytosis capacity of macrophage cells, and the percentage of leukocyte cell types, as well as the effect of dose variations on the administration of var arum manis mango leaves extract. Methods :Twenty mice were divided into 4 groups. Consisting of group I getting 0.5% Na.CMC, groups II, III and IV getting mango leaves extract var arum manis with consecutive doses of 30 mg / kgBW, 60 mg / kgBW, and 120 mg / kgBW which were given respectively. orally once a day for 7 days. On the eighth day, Staphylococcus aureus bacteria were injected intraperitoneally and after one hour, the activity and capacity of macrophage cell phagocytosis and the percentage of leukocyte cell types were calculated. Result and Discussion: The activity and phagocytosis capacity of macrophage cell was determined by calculating the phagocytosis index where the results obtained were the higher the dose, the increased activity and phagocytosis capacity of macrophage cell which affected the percentage of leukocyte cell types. The data were then processed by statistical analysis of one-way ANOVA. Conclusion of research showed that the mango leaves extract var arum manis at a dose of 30 mg / KgBW, 60 mg / KgBW, 120 mg / KgBW was significant (p ≤ 0.05) and affected activity and phagocytosis capacity of macrophage cells and the percentage of leukocyte cell types significantly (p ≤ 0.05), where the most effective result was a dose of 120 mg / KgBW

Abstract

Lansia adalah seorang laki-laki atau perempuan yang berusia 45 tahun atau lebih. Menurut WHO proporsi penduduk lansia di dunia pada tahun 2019 mencapai 13,4% pada tahun 2050 diperkirakan meningkat menjadi 25,3% dari total penduduk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan fungsi kognitif dengan kualitas hidup lansia. Rancangan penelitian ini dalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional study . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh lansia yang ada di BKN 1 Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sitiung sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah 50 orang. Data diolah secara komputerisasi dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan uji statistic chi-square. Hasil penelitian didapat sebagian besar dari responden yaitu 35 orang (70%) yang mengalami fungsi kognitif berat, dan sebagian besar yaitu 33 (66%) mengalami kualitas hidup yang buruk. Hasil uji statistic chi-square dengan taraf signifikan 5% (0,05) didapatkan p value sebesar (0,000<0,05) dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan adanya hubungan fungsi kognitif dengan kualitas hidup lansia. Kesimpulannya adalah kualitas hidup pada lansia dapat dipengaruhi oleh fungsi kognitif, dengan demikian perlu adanya bimbingan dan perawatan yang baik dari keluarga dan orang disekitarnya supaya bisa memeliki fungsi kognitif yang baik agar tidak terjadi kualitas hidup yang buruk.

Abstract

Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Java Province in 2020, the HDI of Cianjur Regency is in the last place. One of the efforts to overcome this inequality is to make programs as a human development strategy as carried out by Pakuon Village, Sukaresmi District, Cianjur Regency. The research problem encountered is the low quality of human resources in Pakuon Village seen from the 3 main indicators of the Human Development Index (HDI), namely based on health indicators, education level indicators and economic indicators. This study aims to identify and describe the strategy of the Human Development Index Program (IPM) in Pakuon Village. The method in this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the HDI program in Pakuon Village has been running, but has not been optimal because it is constrained by internal and external problems.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan solusi persamaan diferensial Cauchy Euler homogen dari akar persamaan karakteristiknya. Kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan persoalan analisa dan aljabar mengakibatkan kelambatan dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran.Dengan menemukan persamaan karakteristik dalam bentuk persamaan polinomial berderajat n, maka persamaan diferensial Cauchy Euler dapat diselesaikan dengan mudah. Kemampuan berfikir kritis sangat diperlukan dalam menganalisa dan mengkonsep proses pembelajaran teori ini, oleh karena itu model pembelajaran discovery diperlukan dalam pengembangan teori tersebut. Dengan demikian hasil yang diperoleh dapat membangkitkan penelitian lain tentang Persamaan Cauchy Euler secara abstraksi matematika dan aplikasinya.

Abstract

Media sosial saat ini telah berkembang dengan pesat, salah satu aplikasi sosial media yang populer dan sering digunakan adalah Instagram. Hampir semua pengguna media sosial memiliki aplikasi Instagram pada smartphone yang dimiliki. Instagram menyediakan berbagai jenis fitur, salah satunya yaitu fitur multiple account. Fitur Multiple Account memiliki kegunaan untuk dapat memiliki akun Instagram lebih dari satu akun. Saat ini banyak pengguna Instagram yang memanfaatkan fitur Multiple Account. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan data dikumpulkan melalui survei online dengan google form. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menemukan alasan-alasan yang menjadi alasan utama pengguna Instagram untuk membuat Second Account. Alasan-alasan tersebut yang nantinya akan diakumulasikan sehingga menjadi master data. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat 15 data alasan yang menjadi alasan utama pengguna Instagram membuat Second Account pada sosial medianya. 15 data alasan tersebut diantaranya yaitu, memposting konten secara bebas denga jumlah yang lebih banyak, memantau akun Instagram seseorang, membuat akun Instagram yang lebih tertutup (privacy), membagikan kegiatan yang hanya dapat dilihat oleh teman terdekat dan orang tertentu, mengikuti akun Instagram online shop, memisahkan postingan pribadi dengan postingan professional, supaya memiliki lebih dari satu akun Instagram, menyembunyikan identitas asli sehingga dapat dengan bebas memposting suatu konten, akun uji coba posting feed sebelum memposting pada akun utama,lebih leluasa mengekspresikan diri pada akun kedua,mempromosikan produk atau jasa yang dijual, menemukan teman baru diluar akun utama, memiliki jumlah pengikut yang lebih sedikit sehingga mampu memperkecil circle pertemanan, menambah jumlah likes pada postingan dan menambah jumlah pengikut pada akun utama, menjadikan akun kedua sebagai akun cadangan jika akun pertama mengalami gangguan atau bermasalah.

Abstract

Population problems in Indonesia have entered a fairly serious stage and if not overcome immediately will cause a disaster, especially for adolescent age groups where their problems are so complex. The purpose of this research is to know the role of youth information and counseling center in addressing demographic bonuses in urban areas. This research was conducted with qualitative approach, as field research to understand the phenomenon about role, behavior, perception and action natural by adolescent. Given the age group of adolescents greatly determines the direction of future development in achieving the desired demographic bonus. With the provision of adolescent knowledge gained through the active Youth Information and Counseling Center has attitudes, future behavior and perspective have aspirations for continuing education, finding employment, planning family life and become a member of society and practice healthy life. Seen the board of the Center for Information and Counseling Teenagers do education and counseling related dangers Triad Reproductive Health Teenagers outside and inside the school, Teenagers are also actively developing self potential and continue to hone as an added value, youth Information Center And Counseling can be a role model in school as models and examples that have attitudes, healthy behaviors, they also get a mandate from teachers Counseling Guidance to counsel to friends who have problems. They actively participate in educational exhibitions, wall magazine discussions and educational motivation to peers and have annual career preparation training activities that must be followed by the board. the Youth Information and Counselors Information Center can be a source of information for peers in overcoming the problems that appear to them.
