<![CDATA[Hutan Desa adalah hutan negara yang belum di bebani izin/hak, yang dikelola oleh desa dan dimanfaatkan untuk kesejahteraan desa (P.49/Menhut-II/2008). Masyarakat yang tinggal di dalam dan di sekitar hutan mendapat akses legal untuk mengelola hutan negara dimana mereka hidup dan bersosialisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur dan komposisi vegetasi yang terdapat di Hutan Desa Qahabanga Kecamatan Ternate Barat. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode sampling berupa petak dalam jalur, dengan jumlah plot pengamatan 31 di kawasan HPK (Hutan Produksi yang dapat dikonversi) dan 9 plot pengamatan di kawasan HL (Hutan Lindung) dari total luas Hutan desa 159 ha. Data yang diperoleh di analisis menggunakan rumus Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) untuk mengetahui struktur dan komposisi jenis vegetasi dan rumus Shannon – Wiener untuk mengetahui tingkat keanekaragaman jenis vegetasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Struktur dan komposisi jenis vegetasi di kawasan HPK terdiri dari 29 jenis vegetasi sebanyak 771 individu. Pada tingkat semai (589 individu) terdiri dari 9 jenis, pancang (55 individu) terdiri dari 10 jenis, tiang (69 individu) terdiri dari 10 jenis, dan pohon (57 individu) terdiri dari 8 jenis. Sedangkan di kawasan HLterdiri dari 183 individu dari 13 jenis vegetasi. semai 139 individu dari 4 jenis, 11 individu dari 3 jenis vegetasi tingkat pancang, 17 individu dari 6 jenis vegetasi tingkat tiang, dan 16 individu dari 5 jenis vegetasi tingkat pohon. Tingkat Keanekaragaman Jenis Vegetasi HPK untuk semai di kategorikan sedang (nilai H´ 1,57). Untuk pancang, tiang dan pohon di kategorikan rendah (H´ ˂1). Kawasan Hutan Lindung memiliki Keanekaragaman Jenis Vegetasi sedang pada tingkat semai, dengan nilai H´ 1,09. Sedangkan tingkat pancang, tiang dan pohon di kategorikan dengan tingkat Keanekaragaman Jenis rendah dengan nilai H´ ˂1.]]>

<![CDATA[Pada perusahaan CV. Pilar Perkasa Mandiri selalu ditemui kendala dalam hal proses pencapaian kinerja. Perlu dipahami bahwa kinerja yang diharapkan dari seorang karyawan tidak mudah karena dipengaruhi oleh berbagaifaktor kompensasi, kepuasan, motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan masih banyak lagi faktor lainnya. Berdasarkan faktor-faktor tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Pilar Perkasa Mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Pilar Perkasa Mandiri. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik regresi linier sederhana dan menggunakan uji t untuk menganalisis keeratan hubungan variabel secara individual, sedangkan pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitadas dan reliabilitas. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa hubungan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan positif (searah). Berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh nilai signifikan 5% maka H1 diterima atau H0 ditolak. Hal ini berarti bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Pilar Perkasa Mandiri.]]>

<![CDATA[Tulisan ini membahas tentang bagaimana Pelaksanaan Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling di SMP Negeri 1 Siak Hulu. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan dengan wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh secara langsung maka secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling di SMP Negeri 1 Siak Hulu sudah berjalan dengan baik walaupun ada dua kekurangan yaitu kurangnya personil guru bimbingan dan konseling, dan kurangnya jam pelajaran bimbingan dan konseling.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini berjudul Implementasi Program Bantuan Stimulan Rumah Swadaya (BSRS) di Kota Sukabumi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Program BSRS di Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena Program BSRS belum mencapai target sasaran dan masyarakat yang menerima bantuan menggunakan uang tersebut untuk kepentingan lain. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan informan penelitian yaitu Dinas PUTR Kota Sukabumi. Teknik mengumpulkan data yang dipakai yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Validasi data yang dipakai triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan memberchecking. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa implementasi Program BSRS di Kota Sukabumi sudah dapat dikatakan efektif dan efisien dilihat dari para pelaksana sudah mengetahui kebijakan, sikap yang diberikan pada saat proses pembangunan dan masyarakat yang mendukung dalam Program BSRS. Namun perlunya peningkatan tenaga fasilitator dilapangan karena masih kurang, lalu menunjukan dukungan terhadap Program BSRS di Kota Sukabumi secara nyata melalui peningkatan kualitas kinerja dan meningkatkan komunikasi dengan seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan Program BSRS di Kota Sukabumi dengan mengadakan sosialisasi.]]>

<![CDATA[The title of this research is "The Influence of Learning Organization and Competence on Employee Performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Deli Serdang Regency". The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of learning organization and competence on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Deli Serdang Regency. This research is an associative type of research that looks at the effect of learning organization and competence on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Deli Serdang Regency and testing the hypothesis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis at =5%. The population in this study were all employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Deli Serdang Regency. The sample used in this study were employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Deli Serdang Regency as many as 39 people using the slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between learning organization and competence variables on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Deli Serdang Regency. In the F test, it is known that the learning organization and competence variables together affect the employee performance variable at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Deli Serdang Regency positively and significantly. In the t-test, it is known that learning organization has a more dominant effect on employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency, Deli Serdang Regency. The results obtained in this study indicate that partially positive and significant effect. R Square value = 0.733, meaning that 73.3% of the factors that influence performance can be explained by independent variables (Learning Organization and Competence) while the remaining 26.7% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[Study aims to find out whether there is a significant difference between student banking learning outcomes using the Word Square learning model and the Talking Stick learning model in class X Social Sciences SMA Swasta YPK Medan. This type of research is an experimental study with the entire population of class X Social Sciences SMA Private YPK Medan FY 2021-2022 which consists of 2 classes totaling 62 people. The samples taken in this study were 2 classes totaling 32 students and 30 students, namely class X IPS 1 as an experimental class using the Word Square learning model and class X IPS 2 as a control class using the Talking Stick learning model. as many as 62 people. The instrument used to measure students' banking learning outcomes was in the form of 30 multiple choice questions. The technique used is hypothesis testing using t-test. The results showed that the average value of student learning outcomes using the Word Square learning model was 87.18 which was classified as good. while the average score of students who use the Talking Stick model is 80.93 which is quite good. From the results of hypothesis testing with a significant level of = 0.05, the price = 3.004, while from the student's t distribution table, the price = 1.67. Because it means it is accepted, it can be concluded that there are differences in learning outcomes in Banking which are taught with the Word Square learning model and those taught with the Talking Stick learning model in class X Social Studies at YPK Private High School Medan FY 2021-2022.]]>

<![CDATA[The type of research used is quantitative research. The data collection instrument was a multiple choice test with 30 items. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique. Where the entire total population is 60 people while the set sample is 28 people as the research sample. From the results of the study, the average learning outcomes using the Blended learning learning model were 87.6. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test formula obtained tcount of 1.82 while ttable was obtained for N=28 at a significant level of 0.23. By comparing tcount and ttable, it was obtained tcount ttable 1.82 0.23, which means the research hypothesis is accepted. the truth. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Blended Learning learning model on archival learning outcomes in class X students of the Ar-Rahman Private Vocational School in Medan in 2021-2022. The conclusion of this study is that using the blended learning model can improve student learning outcomes.]]>

This research wish to know the use of instagram social media at mus’ab bin umair student council in Surakarta in 2022 ; wish to know the effectiveness of dakwah message at the student mulazamah council of mus’ab bin umair in Surakarta in 2022 ; and wish to know correlation between the using of instagram social media and the effectiveness of dakwah message at the student mulazamah council of Mus’ab bin Umair in Surakarta in 2022. This research is a type of correlational quantitative research that correlates two variables. Subjects in this study are followers of the Instagram account @mulazamahmushab which is the official Instagram account belonging to the Mush'ab bin Umair Student Student Council with a population of 12,176. The data analysis technique to test the hypothesis in this study is to use the Product Moment correlation analysis technique. The results showed that the use of instagram social media at the mush'ab bin umair mulazamah council in Surakarta in 2022, was in the good category; the effectiveness of dakwah messages is in the effective category ; the results of correlation are r xy = 0.672 or the category is questionable.]]>
