Abstract

Faurina Nurhanifa and Arif Effendi, thesis, The effect of self disclosure on interpersonal communication skills for the nature-loving student management of Surakarta Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Islamic Institute in 2022, Surakarta Mamba’ul ‘Ulum of Islamic Instutute. This research wish to know the self disclosure of the student management for nature lovers of Surakarta Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Islamic Institute ; wish to know the interpersonal communication skills of the student management for nature lovers of Surakarta Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Islamic Institute ; and wish to know the correlation between self-disclosure and interpersonal communication skills on the management for nature lovers of Surakarta Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Islamic Institute. This research is a type of correlational quantitative research that correlates two variables, Subject in this study are the student management for nature lovers of Surakarta Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Islamic Institute with a population of 32 peopples with no sample. The data analysis technique to test the hypothesis in this study is to use the Product Moment correlation analysis technique. The results showed that the self-disclosure of the student management for nature lovers of Surakarta Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Islamic Institute was in the enough category ; the interpersonal communication skills of the student management for nature lovers of Surakarta Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Islamic Institute was in the enough category ; The results of correlation are r xy = 0,73 or the category is acceptable

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Dividend Per Share (DPS), Price Earnings Ratio (PER) on stock prices in infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020. This type of quantitative research uses panel data with classical assumption analysis techniques multicollinearity test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear test, T test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are Earnings Per Share (EPS) Dividend Per Share (DPS), Price Earnings Ratio (PER) has an influence on stock prices with T test results with a significance value of Earning Per Share variable significant probability value of 0.00 which is smaller 0,05. Price Earning Ratio significant probability value of 0.00 which is smaller than 0.05. and Dividends per Share a significant probability value of 0.020 which is smaller than 0.05. And for the F (simultaneous) test, the significance probability value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

Parents have a responsibility towards their children in terms of education. Parents' attention both in terms of morals and material is one of the factors that foster children's enthusiasm for learning. Darul Ilmi Academic Year 2021-2022. The method in this research is quantitative with a correlation approach. The population in this study were Class VIII MTs students. Darul Ilmi Academic Year 2021-2022, totaling 118 students, and the sampling technique in this study was the purposive sampling technique. Researchers use this technique because researchers want to determine students who get authoritarian parenting from their parents. Researchers can determine the sample that gets authoritarian parenting from their parents is by distributing a valid authoritarian parenting questionnaire. The data collection instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability, with the results of 36 valid questionnaires on authoritarian parenting questionnaires and 35 valid questionnaires on learning interest questionnaires. The correlation test technique using the product moment correlation formula, from the calculation results obtained a correlation coefficient between authoritarian parenting (X) and learning interest (Y) of rcount = 0.721 > rtable = 0.250. In accordance with the interpretation of the product moment correlation index, this number indicates a relationship between the two variables. The results of this test state that there is a significant relationship between authoritarian parenting and learning interest of Class VIII MTs students. Darul Ilmi Academic Year 2021-2022.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out the effectiveness of Ice Breaking for students’ speaking skills at the eighth-grade s of SMP IT Al Ikhwan Tanjung Morawa Academic Year 2021/2022. The type of research was quantitative research, and it was conducted by using experimental design with two classes, in experimental class consisted of 22 students and control class consisted of 21 students. In technique of collecting data, the researcher conducted pre-test, treatment and post-test by speaking test. The data were analyzed by using t-test formula. The result of the data showed that tobserve (5,80) value was higher than the ttable in which tobserve>ttable (5,80>1,68). The finding showed that the hypothesis was accepted. It can be concluded that there was significant difference score in speaking skill for the students who were taught by ice breaking technique and who were not taught by ice breaking technique. Based on the explanation above, the researcher concluded that ice breaking technique is effective for teaching speaking of the eighth-grade students at SMP IT Al Ikhwan Tanjung Morawa Academic Year 2021/2022.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant effect of using mobile legend media on procedure text to improve student's writing ability. This type of research is quantitative research and is carried out with an experimental design with two classes, namely the experimental class with 20 students and the control class with 20 students. In the data collection technique, the researcher conducted a pre-test, treatment and post-test by giving an essay test consisting of 10 questions. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of using mobile legend media on procedure text. This can be seen from the difference in the average pre-test and post-test scores of students in the experimental class which increased from 61.5 to 79.5. The average pre-test score in the control class was 60.25 while the post-test average in the control class was 66.75. This means that mobile legend media in procedure text can be applied to improve students' writing skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Comparison of Correspondence Learning Outcomes of Students who were given Multiple Choice Evaluation with Essay Tests in Class X Office Administration at SMK Eria Medan T.A 2021/2022. This research is experimental, namely research that is intended to determine whether or not there is a result of something caused by the subject, namely students. The population in this study were all students of class X OTKP 1 and OTKP 2 totaling 37 students at SMK Eria Medan. The research sample that will be used in this study is class X OTKP1 and OTKP 2 totaling 37 students. The sampling technique in this study is a purposive sample or a purposive sample. The purpose of the sample is to take the subject, not based on strata, random, or area but based on a specific purpose. In this study, the sample came from class X OTKP-1 which consisted of 17 students and class X OTKP-2 which consisted of 20 students. The analytical technique used is a conformity test using a hypothesis test (t test) to test the comparison of student correspondence learning outcomes who are given a multiple-choice evaluation with an essay test in class X OTKP at SMK Eria Medan T.A 2021/2022. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in student learning outcomes in correspondence subjects using multiple choice and essay tests of 5,389 then these results are compared with ttable at a significant level of 5%, namely 1,666. Then tcount > ttable (5,389 > 1,666). From the results of the comparison, it can also be concluded that there are differences in student learning outcomes in correspondence subjects using multiple choice and class X essay tests at SMK Eria Medan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Program PUSPAGA (Pusat Pembelajaran Keluarga) dalam upaya pencegahan kekerasan pada anak di Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan permasalahan masih tingginya kasus kekerasan pada anak di Kota Sukabumi dan jumlah masyarakat yang berkonsultasi melalui PUSPAGA yang relatif masih minim. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori implementasi menurut Van Meter dan Van Horn yang mengemukakan terdapat 6 indikator dalam implementasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan catatan arsip. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui 2 teknik analisis data. Validasi data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mentriangulasi dan menerapkan member checking. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam implementasi Program PUSPAGA (Pusat Pembelajaran Keluarga) dalam upaya pencegahan kekerasan pada anak di Kota Sukabumi, dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat hambatan yaitu pelaksanaan sosialisasi yang belum menyeluruh akibat dari adanya pandemi Covid-19 serta kurangnya partisipasi dari masyarakat. Untuk itu, pelaksanaan sosialisasi dilakukan melalui pemanfaatan media informasi seperti melalui podcast di YouTube, akun Instagram PUSPAGA Kota Sukabumi, kegiatan ceramah/pengajian ibu-ibu, melalui organisasi-organisasi dalam masyarakat, penyampaian informasi melalui individu ke individu lainnya, serta menyediakan layanan konsultasi terkait keluarga dan remaja. Abstract

Research title: Differences in student learning outcomes using the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model with the Inquiry learning model at AR Rahman Private Vocational School, Medan TA. 2021/2022. The purpose of the study was to determine the difference between the use of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model and the inquiry model on economic learning outcomes. The research method uses Post-test Only Control Design. The population in this study were all students of class X OTKP Private Vocational School AR Rahman Medan. The sample of this research is class X totaling 30 students. The research instrument used was interviews, tests, and documentation. The results showed that the value of tcount is smaller than ttable, where tcount = 0.39 < ttable = 1.671. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted = rhyme. Conclusion: there are differences in the use of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model with the Inquiry learning model. Against student business economics learning outcomes.

Abstract

The type of research used is quantitative research. The data collection instrument was a multiple choice test with 30 items. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique. Where the entire total population is 60 people while the set sample is 20 people as the research sample. From the results of the study, it was obtained that the average learning outcomes using the learning model Student facilitator and explaining was 84.3 and role playing was 83.5. Based on the results of the calculation of the hypothesis test above, the results obtained are significant with a = 0.05 and dk = ( n1-2) = ( 27-2) = 25. Then it is obtained, the results of tcount = 2.51 and ttable = 1.69 are obtained from the t distribution list, with tcount > ttable, thus the hypothesis formulated in this study is that there are differences in student learning outcomes between learning using the student facilitator learning model and explaining to the students of class x private SMK Ar Rahman Medan. Its existence can be accepted because tcount > ttable, which means that the results of students using the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model are higher than student learning outcomes using the Role Playing learning model in class x students of Ar Rahman Private Vocational School Medan. Learning year 2021/2022.
