Jurnal Ilmiah Al-Tsarwah merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah Pascasarjana Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Bone, dan sebagai sarana publikasi hasil penelitian serta sharing perkembangan ilmu Ekonomi Syariah. Jurnal ini memuat artikel yang belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya yang berupa artikel hasil penelitian ataupun penelitian terapan, artikel telaah yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan Ilmu Ekonomi dan Keuangan (Konvensional dan Syariah) Informasi mengenai pedoman penulisan artikel dan prosedur pengiriman artikel terdapat pada setiap penerbitan. Semua artikel yang masuk akan melalui ‘peer-review process’ setelah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai pedoman penulisan artikel. Penerbitan jurnal ini dilakukan sebanyak enam bulan sekali yaitu pada bulan Juni dan Desember.

Abstract

This study discusses the estimation of district parking payments for regional income in Bone Regency in 2012-2016. This research is intended to find out (1) the average level of regional income from allowance funds in Bone District 2012-2016, (2) the marginal level of regional original income from parking fees on the side of the public road Bone District 2012-2016. The results showed that parking fees at the edge of public roads contributed significantly to local revenue only in 2013 because of APAD MPAD, while parking fees at the edge of public roads did not contribute significantly to local revenues in 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016 due to APAD MPAD.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of Agribusiness Microfinance Institutions on Increasing Income of Combined Farmer Group Members (Study in Barebbo Village, Barebbo Subdistrict). This study aims to find out (1) whether the Micro Agribusiness Financial Institution influences the increase in income of members of the Joint Farmer Group in the village of Barebbo. The results of the study showed that parking retribution on the side of public roads contributed significantly to local revenues only in 2013 because of the APAD MPAD, while parking fees on the side of public roads did not contribute significantly to local revenues in 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016 due to APAD MPAD.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how brokers practice in buying and selling motorbikes in bone district, how the contract forms in the practice of buying and selling motorbikes in bone district, to find out the views of academics and scholars about the practice of brokers in buying and selling motorbikes in Bone Regency. The results showed that the realtor practice in buying and selling motorbikes in bone district is that the seller gives full authority to the broker to sell motorbikes because the seller does not want to bother with everything, usually the seller only wants to get a clean sale price without deducting costs. In such cases, the seller does not need to meet the buyer because everything will be dealt with by an intermediary trader. An intermediary trader (broker) is not only an intermediary and the seller can also buy and sell motorbikes. Brokers are not just intermediaries in buying and selling activities but can also be buyers because they are interested in the condition of the motorcycle, and will then be sold again so that the intermediary trader will no longer take wages from the sale transaction but will profit from motorcycle sales.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Islamic business ethics values and the impact felt by school uniform entrepreneurs when implementing Islamic business ethics in their business. There are several principles in Islamic business ethics which consist of the principles of Tawheed, the Principles of Siddiq (Honesty), the principles of Amanah (Trust), the Principles of Tablig, and the principle of Fathanah (Intelligence). The result of this study is that Business Ethics in the Butung Wholesale Market Center environment is not fully in accordance with Islamic Sharia. Traders still give blank notes to customers who ask for harm to others, but out of that, the principles applied by businessmen at Butung Wholesale Center have fulfilled the nature that God and His Messenger implanted. As for what is included in Islamic Business Ethics include the Tauhid Principle which is channeled through zakat expenditure and trade sincerity, the Shiddiq Principle is reflected in the attitude of traders who do not multiply prices in buying and selling, and provide freedom for buyers to choose. The principle of Amanah, in the form of achieving optimal service as a form of gratitude to consumers. The Tabligh principle applied by traders includes communicating with friendliness, and establishing friendship with business partners and consumers. The Fathanah principle is reflected in its intelligence in acquiring and retaining customers.

Abstract

This study discusses the Impact of Grain Types and Quality Affecting Grain Levels in a Sharia Economic Perspective in Talungeng Village, Barebbo District, Kab. Bone, with the aim of research is to know the impact of grain type and quality affecting the level of grain prices and know the Islamic economic review of the impact of grain type and quality. The results showed that the impact of grain type and quality was very dependent on the selection of rice seeds / seeds to be planted in the fields, because of the variety of species favored by farmers, some were short-term and resistant to paddy disease. The names of seeds are: 66, Impari, Cengelis, and Celiung. While the quality depends on the way of maintenance in terms of providing fertilizer, poisons and water supply. Whereas in sharia economics the type and quality of grain is discipline and honesty of farmers in managing rice fields so that they are able to produce rice that fits the needs of the community and has a blessing value in it.

Abstract

This study discusses the Effect of Islamic Values in Bank Syariah Mandiri Mandiri Insurance on Customer Welfare Levels (Study at Bank Syariah Mandiri Watampone). This study aims to determine how the effect of Islamic Values Implementation on Bank Syariah Mandiri Mandiri Insurance on Customer Welfare Levels. The results of the analysis show that the application of Islamic values to Mandiri Insurance simultaneously has a significant effect (0.054 0.1) and the level of welfare of customers (0.393). Six other variables can encourage Mandiri Insurance to improve customer welfare. The six variables are Al-Hurriyah / Freedom (t = 1,713), Al-Musawah / Equation (t = 0,304), Al-'Adalah / Justice (t = 0,839), As-Sidqh / Honesty (t = 1,083), Al -Ridha / Willingness (t = 0.345), and Al-Kitabah / Written (t = 1.244) with the level of welfare of the customer. The result can be used as a reference to improve the welfare of Bank Mandiri Syariah customers in the Bone branch.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) What is the description of the implementation of performancebased Budget management accountability at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of the Regency. Bone. (2) Constraints in implementing performance-based Budget Management accountability at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, Kab. Bone. (3) What is the solution to the obstacles to the implementation of performance-based Budget Management accountability at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of the Regency. Bone. The results of this study indicate that in the budget management accountability activities at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in Kabupaten Bone, it has implemented 4 (four) accountability principles, namely budget planning, budgeting, budget execution, and budget accountability. However, there are still obstacles from the application of budget management accountability principles, namely weaknesses in Human Resources and Coordination in budgeting. As for the solutions to these constraints, as long as they are adapted to existing activities, follow the schedule and need more maximal socialization to the parties. party responsible for caramusyawaramufakat Regional Government Budget Team.
