The research was conducted using descriptive method Primary data was collected by distributing 68 questionnaires in 6 (six) villages and villages in Deli Tua sub-district, Deli Serdang district, namely Deli Tua sub-district, Deli Tua Barat and Deli Tua Timur and Mekar Sari village, Kedai Durian and Suka Makmur.

Abstract

This article historicizes ethno-religious and political conflicts in West Africa with Mali as a case in point. It looks at how foreign and donors' conditioned aid can pose a threat to peaceful existence and survival of West African States. In fact, Mali has since its independence been beset by an extraordinary heavy burden of conflicts. It is either suffering from rebellions or political instability. Added to this, are the current religous problems which are undermining its territorial unity as a result of rising questions and distrust between northern and southern communities. This paper analyzes the reasons for the central authorities' opposition to the northern population, namely the Tuareg and Arabs, on the one hand, and the States to the military, on the other hand. It also brings to light the politically, religiously, and militarily 'divisive' roles of external stakeholder such as the naighboring and Gulf countries, France and the international community as it examines the couses and impacts of the political, social, and religious fragmentations, using a historical perspective, and provides for endogenous and exogenous solutions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability of syllogism, both categorical syllogism, syllogism of hypotheses, alternative syllogisms and the entimem of Indonesian Language Education students in the Teacher Training and Education Faculty of North Sumatra Muhammadiyah academic year 2017-2018. The research method used is descriptive exploratory method or Description Exploration Development Research (DEDR). The population of this study amounted to 311 students with details of 160 5th semester students and 151 7th semester students. This research sample consisted of 74 students with details of 40 5th semester students and 34 semester 7 students. The results of the study were through pretest or before applying the cooperative learning model obtained mean = 60 for semester 5 students and mean = 59.53 for semester 7 students. The results of the study through posttest or after the cooperative learning model was applied, mean = 83.70 for semester 5 students and mean = 8 8.70 for 7th semester students. Thus, it can be concluded that the 5th semester of Indonesian Language Education is less capable in syllogism or does not reach the standard of success because the mean is <85, while 7th semester students of Indonesian Language Education are capable in syllogism because it reaches the mean> 85. the two meanings are combined or 74 students become samples, then reach a mean of 83.70 + 88.70 = 86.20> 85 with a success rate of> 85 as many as 48 students of Indonesian Language Education Teacher Training and Education Sciences University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra (64.86%) 2017-2018 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to predict the educational choice (EC) of children in Bangladesh based on the capital factors of socioeconomic status (CAPSES). For collecting data, the study conducted a survey among the parents selected purposively both from urban and rural areas of Bangladesh. After collecting data, the study used SmartPLS software (Windows Version-3) to analyze both the measurement and structural models. The study findings lead to this proposition that the higher the magnitude of socioeconomic status the parents hold to, the higher the likelihood ratio that they will choose the English medium education for their children and the vice-versa. On the contrary, the lower the magnitude of socioeconomic status the parents hold to, the higher the likelihood ratio that they will choose the madrasa or vocational track of education for their children and vice-versa. Overall, the models have predictive power and relevance (R2=0.684 for EED model, R2= 0.625 for GED model, R2= 0.347 for MED model and R2= 0.298 for VED model).

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the factors that influence customer value and their impact on customer loyalty. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches using explanatory surveys. The analysis technique uses SEM analysis. From the results of the study obtained data that the factor of consumer psychology moves from the point of not good to good while the customer value factors and customer loyalty moves from good enough to well. Verification results show both partially and simultaneously these factors have a positive and significant effect. Customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with the magnitude of its influence stronger when compared to consumer psychology and the marketing mix towards customer value. This proves empirically that customer value factors are intervening between consumer psychology and marketing mix with customer loyalty.

Abstract

It is significant to find a more rigorous and satisfactory proof of the crystallographic restriction theorem. The inexistence of C5 axis of symmetry is equivalent of that pentagons are impossible to fill all the space with a connected array of pentagons, on the basis of this viewpoint, using a purely mathematical approach the paper rigorously proves that C5 and Cn (n ≥7 ) axes of symmetry cannot exist , and one –, two –, three –, four – and six – fold axes of rotational symmetry are allowable. Therefore, the axes of symmetry of the crystal can merely exist C1, C2, C3, C4 and C6 .
