<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of investment knowledge and investment motivation on investment interests of students Economic Education, Economics Faculty, Padang State University. This type of research is descriptive and associative. The population of this study were 411 students from the Economics Faculty, Padang State University, 2016-1018. The sampling technique is Propositional Random Sampling with a sample of 80 students. The analysis technique used is path analysis "Path Analysis". The results showed that: 1) Investment knowledge has a significant effect on investment motivation of students of Economic Education Faculty of Economics, State University of Padang 2) Knowledge of investment has a significant effect on investment interests of students Economics Faculty of Economics, State University of Padang 4) Investment knowledge and investment motivation have a significant effect on the investment interests of students of Economic Education at State University of Padang. <![CDATA[This study aims to reveal the effect of price and service on consumer satisfaction of Sibinuang railroad transportation in Padang-Pariaman. This study departs from the phenomena associated with passenger dissatisfaction with Sibinuang train services. This research is a type of causative. Causative research aims to analyze the relationship between one variable with another variable or how a variable affects other variables. In this case the effect of price and service on the satisfaction of the passengers of the Sibinuang Train PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatera. The population in this study are people who have used the Sibinuang train service majoring in Padang-Pariaman, PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatera. The data used are primary data obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires distributed at several stations / shelters that are passed by the train and secondary data obtained from the company. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling technique .. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21. For hypothesis testing using the F test and the statistical test t with a level of α = 0.05 . The results of this study indicate that 1) the price does not significantly influence the satisfaction of Sibinuang Train passengers PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatera. 2) Service has a significant effect on the satisfaction of Sibinuang Railroad passengers of PT. <![CDATA[The research aims to determine the effect of learning intensity and social capital to result of learning of students at state vocational high school 2 of Pariaman in academic year 2019/2020. The population in this research was all students of class XI until XII. The sample use are 107 with proportional random sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 20 program. This research use asosiatif method with deskriptive analysis. The data is analyted by using multiple regression. The result show that 1) There were a learning intensity and social capital to results of learning of students (F sig = 0,000 < dari 0,05). 2) There was a effect between learning intensity to result of learning (sig = 0,001< 0,05). 3) There was a effect between social capital to result of learning (sig = 0,000< 0,05). <![CDATA[This study aims to: 1) To see the effect of physiological factors on students 'economic learning motivation, 2) To see the influence of the school environment on students' economic learning motivation, 3) To see the effect of physiological factors on student economic learning outcomes, 4) To see the effect school environment on student economic outcomes, 5) To see the effect of student learning motivation on student economic learning outcomes. This type of research is associative descriptive research. The sample used as many as 90 people using Nonprobability Sampling. Data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaire / questionnaire. The collected data were analysis with the help of SPSS 21.0 program. This research uses path analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) physiological factors significantly influence students' economic learning motivation, 2) School environment has a significant effect on students' economic learning motivation, 3) Physiological factors significantly influence students' economic learning outcomes, 4) School environment has a significant effect on student economic learning outcomes, 5) learning motivation has a significant effect on economic learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS SMAN 2 PainanKeyword: physiological, school environment, learning motivation, learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the demand and supply of labor in West Sumatra. This study used secondary data using a total of 19 objects by district / city in West Sumatra (2013-2017). Data analysis technique used was panel data analysis using eviews 9. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the internet in learning, reading interest and time management on economic learning outcomes of students of class X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung both silmutanously and partially. This type of research uses causal associative with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 62 students, the research sample was taken using probability random sampling technique using Slovin formula. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of the internet in learning, reading interest and time management simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the economic learning outcomes of students of class X IPS of SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung as evidenced by a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 0.389 or 38 9% ,. In the t test the use of the internet in learning partially has a positive and significant effect on economic learning outcomes of students of class X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung as evidenced by the significance value of 0.043 < 0.05, and the interest in reading partially has a positive and significant effect on student economic learning outcomes IPS class X of SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung is proven with a significance value of 0.008 < 0.05, while time management partially has a positive and not significant effect on economic learning outcomes of students of class X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung as evidenced by the significance value of 0.127> 0.05. <![CDATA[The research aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and creativity on entrepreneurial intentions of students at state vocational high school 1 of Padang Panjang in academic year 2019/2020. The population in this research was all students of class XII SMKN 1 of Padang Panjang in academic year 2019/2020. The samples use are 75 with proportional random sampling technique. The data is analyzed by using multiple regression with SPSS version 20 program. This research use asosiatif quantitative analysis. The results show that the entrepreneurial knowledge has positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions (sig 0,001 < 0,05), and creativity also has positif and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention ( sig 0,000 < 0,05). <![CDATA[Media is an important thing in supporting learning. Media is an intermediary/introduction of learning messages to children so that there is a common perception given by the teacher and received by the child. Provision of media facilities requires the ability of creative teachers to create learning medium so that the material is distributed or delivered to children. Consider in designing the media not only in terms of children's interests but also the compatibility between the media and the material that will be conveyed so that it can be delivered fundamentally accepted by the child. In fact there are still many teachers who do not yet have the ability of creativity in designing educational learning media in learning in kindergarten. Most teachers only use mediocre and monotonous media so that children are not motivated in learning. This greatly affects the success of children's learning. The teacher's ability to design instructional media greatly influences the outcome of learning. Therefore we need special training for teachers to develop and hone the ability of teacher creativity to design educational learning media that are able to support learning in early childhood. The training is carried out in the form of educational learning media design activities that begin from giving examples of educational media, the teacher tries to design media for all themes, determines the message and information to be conveyed, selects tools and materials from various sources that will be used until the teacher makes the media and how to use the media. <![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, sales growth, and firm size on dividend policy in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This type of research is associative research. The population in this study is the manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector registered on IDX for the period 2012-2017 with sampling using a purposive sampling technique. Samples were obtained by 16 companies from 42 study populations. Data was obtained from ICMD companies and financial statements of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector through the IDX website. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. To test the hypothesis using the t test. The results showed that profitability had a positive and significant effect on dividend policy in the consumer goods industry sector companies on the IDX, while sales growth had a negative and not significant effect on dividend policies in the consumer goods industry sector companies on the IDX. Meanwhile, firm size has a positive and significant influence on dividend policy on consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the IDX.Keywords: profitability, sales growth, firm size, and dividend policy]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the direct effect of teacher teaching variations and student interest in learning outcomes of class X IS students of SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang on economic subjects in the 2018/2019 school year. The population in this study were all students of class X IS in SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. The sample used is the total sample. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Test analysis conducted is a test of normality, homogeneity and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is no effect of teacher teaching variations on student learning outcomes, (2) there is no effect of student learning interest on student learning outcomes, (3) there is an influence between variations in teacher teaching methods on student learning interests. the suggestions of the researchers in this study are (1) to the principal to provide training to teachers in an effort to improve teaching skills to all teachers in the field of study in SMA Pertiwi 1 padang especially the ability to implement varied, effective and efficient learning methods. (2) to teachers to attend training held by schools to be able to hold teaching methods that are not only varied but also effective and efficient. And pay attention to the development of student learning outcomes, so that they can be evaluated so that students can obtain satisfying learning outcomes and strive to pay attention to other factors beyond which the researcher is careful to improve student learning outcomes that are more dominant.(3) students are advised to be serious in following the learning process, increase interest in reading more books or articles on economics and repeat lessons when at home so they do not forget and have difficulty answering exam questions.(4) to researchers to conduct deeper research regarding the factors that influence student learning outcomes, especially those outside of the current research researchers.
