<![CDATA[The main purpose from this study is to investigates (1) the effect of cooperative education and the quality of cooperative services on member involvement. (2) to ascertain the influence of cooperative education. (3) to ascertain the influence of cooperative service quality on KSP membership at KPN Depdikbudcam South Padang. This is known as ex-post facto research. The population of this study were all 39 members. The sampling technique employed in this study was census sampling or total sampling, which meant that the complete population was used as the research sample, resulting in a total sample size of 39 persons. Techniques for data collecting include questionnaires and documentation. (1) Cooperative education is critical for member engagement in KSP at KPN Depdikbudcam South Padang, according to the findings of this study. (2) concurrently, the cooperative service quality influences member involvement, and partially (t-test), the cooperative service quality does not affect member participation significantly. <![CDATA[This study objective to analyze the feasibility of laying hens "Clever Chicken" located in Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. The method used is qualitative and quantitative methods known as mixed methods. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations and literature. The results showed that (1) based on the legal aspects of the laying hens business "Clever Chicken" had fulfilled the business license and obtained permission from the surrounding community so that it was feasible to run, (2) based on the market aspect seeing market conditions with increasing demand and the existence of strategy in selling eggs so that this business is feasible to run, (3) based on the financial aspect, which consist of NPV, IRR, Net B/C, Gross B/C, BEP and PBP analysis, the laying hens business "Clever Chicken" in Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency is feasible to run.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to see 1) The Effect of Palm oil Commodity Exports on Economic Growth on the Island of Sumatra, 2) The Effect of Rubber Commodity Exports on Economic Growth on the Island of Sumatra, 3) The influence of palm oil and rubber commodity exports on economic growth on the island of Sumatra. This is a quantitative research. The data used is secondary data with the type of panel data from 2011-2019, obtained from the relevant agencies. This study uses panel data analysis techniques using the Common Effect Model, Fixed Effect Model, and Random Effect Model with the estimation method of Chow test, Hausman test, and Langrange Multiplier test. While testing the hypothesis using t-test and f-test. The data collection technique used is literature study and documentation. The results of the study show 1) The export of palm oil commodities has a negative and significant effect on economic growth on the island of Sumatra from 2011-2019, 2) Palm oil exports have a positive and significant impact on economic growth on the island of Sumatra from 2011-2019, 3) Overall together, palm oil exports and rubber exports have an effect on economic growth on the island of Sumatra from 2011-2019. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is too see if the Covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact on the company’s performance. This study was included in a quantitative study using comparative analysis an data processing using the SPSS 25 program. The data used are secondary data from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) data released during the periode before the Covid-19 pandemic (2019) and during the Covid-19 (2020), tourism, restaurant, and hotel sub-sectors companies are seeing this happen. This study used a paired sample t-test, and the result of this study showed that net profit margin (NPM), return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), and economic value added (EVA) show that there is great significance. As for gross profit margin (GPM), it shows no significant difference in financial performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. <![CDATA[Abstract: The goal of this study was to ascertain how the work environment and workload affected the employees of Lima Puluh Kota's Guguak Sub-District Office's motivation to work. Descriptive quantitative research is the method employed, and the sample size is 35 employees from the Guguak District Office in Lima Puluh Kota. Additionally, the entire population is sampled using the saturated sample sampling technique. evaluating the instrument's reliability and validity. Analysis of data with descriptive and inductive methods using the F test and t test for hypothesis testing as well as the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and multiple linear regression. The findings of this study show that (1) work environments and workload have a favorable and significant impact on employee motivation (sig 0.000 0.05). (2) The results show that work amenities have a favorable and substantial impact on employee job motivation (sig 0.004 0.05). (3) The results show that employee work motivation is negatively and significantly impacted by workload (sig 0.002 0.05). Keyword : work facilities , workload , work motivation]]>

<![CDATA[COVID-19 has had an impact on health and education crises. One of the perceived impacts is in learning economics on international trade material which contains a lot of material which makes learning boring. Efforts are made to carry out interesting learning by utilizing lesson plans and teaching materials using android-based learning media. The research method is Research & Development, with the ADDIE model, this research is limited to the Development stage. The research objective is to analyze the level of validity and practicality of lesson plans and teaching materials using Android-based media. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire given to 10 validator lecturers consisting of 3 Lesson plan experts with an average score of 90.36%, 3 material experts with an average score of 86.86%, 1 evaluation expert lecturer with an average score 97.5% and 3 media experts with an average score of 95.29%, from the overall assessment of the validators categorized as very valid. Practicality tests were conducted on 3 economics teachers with an average score of 90.24% including the very valid category and students with an average score of 86.08% including the very valid category. <![CDATA[High employee performance is the hope of the organization, and for that more attention is needed from the management through the provision of remuneration, discipline creation, and increased motivation that is carried out. We developed and tested a model in which dicipline and remuneration affects performance indirectly, through the mediating effects of work motivation Explanatory research was conducted on 83 employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province using PLS 3.0. This research provides evidence that the provision of remuneration and increased discipline in work is proven to have a real effect in increasing work motivation. Remuneration and work motivation make a significant contribution to improving employee performance to a higher level, except for work discipline. <![CDATA[The objectives of this study are to determine the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on work readiness of students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University, the impact of self-efficacy on work readiness of students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Padang, and the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics and self-efficacy on work readiness of students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Padang. The method used in this research is quantitative with the post facto research type. The population in this study were undergraduate students of the economics faculty of the Padang State University in 2017-2019 as many as 1708 samples. The study was measured using the Slovin formula, while the sampling technique was carried out by Proportional Stratified Random Sampling and obtained a total sample of 324 students. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis. The hypothesis testing used is the F test and T-test using the SPSS 20 application. The results revealed that (1) entrepreneurial characteristics affect student work readiness, (2) self-efficacy affects student work readiness, (3) entrepreneurial characteristics and self-efficacy affect student work readiness. <![CDATA[This study aims to explain how the value of independent character and integrity of class XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Tanjung Jabung Barat in distance learning. Which is seen from the observations of all class XI subject teachers, totaling 25 subject teachers. This type of research is descriptive research with a survey approach that uses primary data as research data. Obtained from a questionnaire filled out by all class XI subject teachers and in-depth interviews with economics teachers who teach the subject of national income. Sampling by purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and TCR (Respondent Achievement Level). The findings of this study indicate that distance learning for class XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Tanjung Jabung Barat has given birth to attitudes that reflect the values of independent character and integrity. Therefore, these character values can be realized in the form, namely (1) significant school rules and regulations for the implementation of character education (2) optimizing the role of school organizations that support student character education (3) teachers using models and methods that more varied and innovative in the learning process.Keywords : character building, independent and integrity character, online learning]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine what factors influence corporate bond underpricing in companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. This research is a quantitative study, using secondary data collected through the official website of the IDX and the company's website. The population used in this study is all companies issuing bonds in 2017-2021 using a purposive sampling technique for the sample selection method. This study uses multiple linear analysis, which in this study shows that underwriter reputation has a significant effect on corporate bond underpricing. Meanwhile, Accrual Quality Family Involvement, firm age and profitability have no significant effect on corporate bond underpricing.]]>
