Abstract

The operation of BUS and BPRS cannot be separated from the risks experienced, one of which is capital risk. The capital stress test used to calculate the capital adequacy of BUS and BPRS is the calculation of Expected Credit Loss (expected loan loss). ECL is the result of multiplying PD, LGD, and EAD. This study aims to determine the assessment and differences in capital stress tests using the ECL approach in BUS and BPRS. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The method used is purposive sampling. The samples of this study were 12 BUS and 3 BPRS. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports taken from the official websites of BUS and BPRS for 2014-2022. The results of this study indicate that the assessment of the capital stress test using the ECL approach on BUS is classified as stage 1 (performing), and BPRS is classified as stage 2 (under-performing). A significant difference was found between BUS and BPRS.

Abstract

The focus of this research is centered on providing high-quality customer service and Customer Relationship Management to customers, as well as the satisfaction generated by this strategy. Primary data from this research was collected through the use of research tools in the form of questionnaires filled in by previously selected samples. The study's demographic comprises customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) located in the city of Malang. In order to determine the sample size for this study, Malhotra's (2009) method was implemented due to the unpredictability of the population size. Consequently, 225 samples were acquired in order to conduct this research. Utilizing Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), this study was investigated. The results of this research demonstrate that customer loyalty and satisfaction are significantly influenced by the quality of service provided. Additionally, service quality can impact customer loyalty via the intermediary mechanism of customer satisfaction. Customer relationship management does not have a substantial impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction and customer relationship management are both ineffective mediators of consumer loyalty. Customer loyalty is substantially impacted by variables pertaining to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Food and beverage companies are considered attractive investment opportunities due to their extensive use across various societal sectors and their potential to generate substantial returns on invested capital. This study aims to investigate the impact of return on assets (ROA), debt-to-equity ratio (DER), and current ratio (CR) on the stock returns of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. Additionally, it examines how interest rates might moderate the relationship between these financial ratios and stock returns. The research relies on secondary data from the financial statements of these companies during the specified period. A purposive sampling method was employed to select 26 companies from an initial population of 29. The data analysis techniques include panel data regression, classical assumption testing, and multiple regression analysis (MRA) using Eviews 12. The findings reveal that ROA, DER, and CR significantly affect stock returns. Furthermore, the study demonstrates that the interactions between ROA, DER, CR, and stock returns in the food and beverage sector are significantly influenced by changes in interest rates.
