Still high maternal mortality caused by cervical cancer. This study aimed to study the relationship of knowledge and midwife investigation with the implementation of pap smear examination in Ponek Room of Siti Aisyah Hospital Lubuklinggau. This research was descriptive research, using cross sectional design. Population in this research was all midwife in Room Ponek Siti Aisyah Hospital Lubuklinggau with number 38 people. Technique of data retrieval in this research used Total Sampling and obtained sampel as many as 38 people. Data collected in this study using questionnaires. Data analysis technique done by univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test (c²). The results of this study were: (1) There were 50% of respondents did not do pap smears, (2) There were 71.1% respondents who were educated DI-DIII, (3) There were 39.5% knowledgeable enough. (4) There is a significant correlation between midwife knowledge and the implementation of pap smear examination in Ponek Room of Siti Aisyah Hospital of Lubuklinggau City with Category of weak relationship. (5) There is a significant correlation between midwife education and the implementation of pap smear examination in Ponek Room of Siti Aisyah Hospital of Lubuklinggau City with weak relationship category. It is expected that RSUD Siti Aisyah can improve service improvement and program improvement so that Pap smears are not only done in the morning so all the midwives get the same chance. Breast cancer is a type of cancer that is most commonly found in women. Breast cancer can be found early with conscious examination, clinical examinations, and examination of mammography. Early detection of breast cancer can give a life expectancy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in knowledge about breast self-examination between adolescent girls in high school and women of childbearing age in the area public health centers of Lingkar Timur, Bengkulu City. The type of research used in this study was Pre Experiment using the One Shot Postest Only design. The population in this study is the overall high school student, amounting to 208 and women of childbearing age amounting to 50. the number of samples in this study consisted of 50 high school students and 50 women of childbearing age,so that the total sample amounted to 100 people. The sampling technique uses the Stratified Random Sampling technique for high school students and the total population of women of childbearing age.This study uses primary data that is processed in univariate and bivariate. This research was conducted in May-June 2016. The results of univariate analysis showed that of the 50 female students, 48 (96%) had sufficient knowledge about examining their own breasts while from 50 women of childbearing age 29 people (58%) had good knowledge. The results of bivariate analysis using the Mann-Withney test obtained significant (p = 0,000) 0.05, which means that there are significant differences between the knowledge of adolescent girls and women of childbearing age. It is expected that young women will take part in health screening activities in the working area of public health centers such as Posbindu and for women of childbearing age to increase their awareness of early detection related to women's reproductive health. Class of pregnant women is a study group of pregnant women with gestational age between 20 weeks to 36 weeks (before delivery) with a maximum number of participants of 10 people. This study aims to study the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers with the participation of classes of pregnant women in the Sidodadi Public Health Center Working Area in Central Bengkulu Regency. This study used a cross sectional design. The population in this study were third trimester pregnant women who lived in the Sidodadi Public Health Center Working Area in June 2018 as many as 58 pregnant women. Taking sample cases using the Total Sampling technique is that all pregnant women in the third trimester who live in the Sidodadi Public Health Center Working Area as many as 58 pregnant women are sampled. The results were obtained: (1) there were 24 with a percentage of 41.4% who did not take classes in pregnant women and 34 people with a percentage of 58.6% who attended classes in pregnant women; (2) there are 19 pregnant women with a percentage of 32.8% who lack knowledge, there are 22 pregnant women with a percentage of 37.9% who have sufficient knowledge and there are 17 pregnant women with a percentage of 29.3% who are well-informed; (3) there are 26 pregnant women with a percentage of 44.8% who do not support, and there are 32 pregnant women with a percentage of 55.2% who support; (4) There was a significant relationship between knowledge with the participation of pregnant women with a moderate relationship category; (5) There was a significant relationship between the attitude of mothers and the participation of classes of pregnant women with the category of moderate relationships. It was recommended to Sidodadi Public Health Center to further improve health services, provide health related information during pregnancy and encourage pregnant women to take part in pregnancy exercises.] Keywords: class of pregnant women, knowledge, mother's attitude

Teenage sexual behavior at risk will have an impact on increasing teenage pregnancy transmitted infection. The purpose of this study is to determine the Relationship of Knowledge and Attitude of Teenager with Sexuality Behavior in SMA Negeri 10 Rejang Lebong Regency.This study used analytical survey with Cross Sectional design. Population in this study were all students of class X and XI from SMA Negeri 10 Rejang Lebong Regency in academic year of 2017/2018. Sampling technique in this study used Simple Random Sampling. Collection data in this study used secondary and primary data who obtained from direct interviewedto the respondents. Data analysis technique in this study used univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test.The results of this study showed there was a significant relationship between knowledge and behavior of Teenager in SMA Negeri 10 Rejang Lebong Regency with moderate category relationship and there was no significant relationship between attitude and behavior of teenager in SMA Negeri 10 Rejang Lebong Regency.It is expected that students from SMA Negeri 10 Rejang LebongRegency will read more books and seek information about sexual health. Every baby has the right to get exclusive mother's water from birth for 6 (six) months, except for medical indications. During the provision of breast milk, the family, the government, the local government and the community must fully support the mother's baby with the provision of special time and facilities. Provision of special facilities is held at work and in public places. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the provision of exclusive breastfeeding by mothers who worked in the Bengkulu Provincial Health Office. The study was conducted using Cross Sectional research design. The population in this study is all mothers who have children under the age of five years using total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using primary data by distributing questionnaires and secondary data are data obtained from the study of documents or files in the Bengkulu Provincial Health Office. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using Chi-Square statistical test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge of mothers with exclusive breastfeeding by working mothers in the Bengkulu Provincial Health Office, namely 63.6% of mothers who have sufficient knowledge not to provide exclusive breastfeeding, then there is no significant relationship between husband's support and work environment with Exclusive breastfeeding by working mothers at the Bengkulu Provincial Health Office. Hypertension is one of desease that can caused death in the world. Hypertension can be stated as a “silent killer” because someone who diagnosed wit hypertension in organ vital that severe. The aims of this study is to determine effect of music therapy on blood pressure in hypertensive patients treated at Sobirin Lubuk L, canggau Hospital.The Quasi Experimental research method uses The One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population in this study were all hypertensive patients treated in the Nusa Indah room, Sobirin Lubuk Linggau Hospital as many as 38 people. The sampling technique in this study used Total Sampling. Data collection is done using primary data, namely data obtained through direct measurement of blood pressure using sphygmomanometer in hypertensive patients in the Nusa Indah room at Sobirin Lubuk Linggau Hospital. Data analysis was done by univariate, bivariate with Chi-Square Test.The results were obtained: (1) Of the 38 hypertensive patients treated in the Nusa Indah room at Sobirin Lubuk Linggau Hospital before music therapy was given, systolic blood pressure was obtained with a minimum value of 130 mmHg, a maximum value of 160 mmHg, an average value of 142.63 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure with a minimum value of 80 mmHg, a maximum value of 100 mmHg, an average value of 92.37 mmHg; (2) Of the 38 hypertensive patients treated in the Nusa Indah room at Sobirin Hospital Lubuk Linggau after music therapy was given blood pressure was obtained with a minimum value of 120 mmHg, a maximum value of 150 mmHg, an average value of 135.79 mmHg and blood pressure systole with minimum value of 80 mmHg, maximum value of 90 mmHg, average value of 83.42 mmHg; (3) There is the influence of music therapy on the reduction of blood pressure in hypertensive patients who are treated at Sobirin Lubuk Linggau Hospital. The results of this study can be input for the SobirinLubukLinggau Hospital to be able to apply non-pharmacological therapies such as music therapy to help reduce blood pressure other than drugs. IUD contraception is a contraceptive that has a long period of time, is very effective and comfortable for nursing mothers, if released fertility will return soon. The purpose of this study was to study the relationship of counseling and motivation of midwives on IUD family planning acceptors with the use of IUD family planning in the working area of the Dermayu Public Health Center in Seluma District. The design used in this study is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all active family planning participants from January to July 2018 in the work area of Dermayu Public Health Care Center which amounted to 813 people. The sample in this study amounted to 97 respondents. Taking techniques using Accidental Sampling techniques. Data collection uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results showed that 78.4% of mothers did not use IUD KB, 21.6% of mothers used IUD KB. 41.2% of mothers did not get counseling about family planning and 58.8% of mothers received good counseling. 71.1% of mothers have low motivation and 28.9% of mothers have high motivation. There is a significant relationship between counseling midwives on IUD KB acceptors with the use of IUD family planning in the working area of Dermayu Public Health Center in Seluma District with a weak category. There is a significant relationship between the motivation of midwives on IUD KB acceptors with the use of IUD family planning in the working area of Dermayu Public Health Center in Seluma District with the moderate category. It is expected that health workers can provide socialization and counseling to couples of childbearing age so that they can determine or choose appropriate long-term contraceptives. Uric acid is the end product or a waste product resulting from the metabolism/ breakdown of purines .. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Soursop fruit juice therapy to decrease uric acid levels in the Elderly Social Institution Tresna Werdha Pagar Dewa Bengkulu year 2018. The design of this Penenlitian pre- experimental. The population in this study who had the Uric Acid in Elderly Social Institution Tresna Pagar Dewa Bengkulu which amount 17 people. The sampling technique used Total sampling technique. Collecting data in this study is the observation uric acid levels before and after therapy soursop juice for 2 minggu..Hasil research showed: (1) there are 17 people (100%) with high levels of uric acid 6 mg / dl; (2) there are 13 people (76.5%) had decreased levels of uric acid, and 4 (23, 5%) who did not experience decreased levels of uric acid; (3) No effect Soursop fruit juice therapy to decrease uric acid levels in the Elderly Social Institution Tresna Werdha Pagar Dewa Bengkulu. One of causes of the high maternal mortality rate by Indonesia Demographic Health Survey (IDHS) is post-partum haemorrhage (20%). No smooth involution adversely affects postpartum bleeding. Early ambulation such as postpartum exercise facilitates a normal involution. This study aims to study the effect of puerperal gymnastics on the reduction of uterine fundus height among post partum mothers at BPM Bidan Susi Irma Navia, S.ST Bengkulu City. This study used a pre experiment design. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers in BPM Bidan Susi Irma Navia, S.ST Bengkulu City on June 22-July 22 2018 as many as 24 mothers. The sample in this study there were 2 groups, namely the maternal maternal experimental sample that did postpartum gymnastics and the non-maternal maternity samples which did not do puerperal gymnastics. The results of the study were: (1) In mothers who did not do childbirth, on the third day the minimum uterine fundal height was 7 cm, uterine fundus height was maximum 10 cm and uterine fundal height was an average of 8.50 cm with a standard deviation of 1.087. While on day 5, the minimum uterine fundus was 4 cm, uterine fundus height was maximum 8 cm and uterine fundal height was 5.67 cm with a standard deviation of 1.073; (2) In women who had postnatal exercise, on the third day of fundus height the minimum uteri is 7 cm, uterine fundus height is maximum 9 cm and uterine fundal height is an average of 7.83 cm with a standard deviation of 0.718. Whereas on day 5 the uterine fundal height was minimum 3 cm, uterine fundus height maximum 5 cm and uterine fundal height averaged 4.00 cm with a standard deviation of 0.739; (3) On the 3rd day there was no postpartum exercise effect on the decrease in uterine fundus height in post partum mothers at BPM Bidan Susi Irma Navia, S.ST Bengkulu City; (4) On the 5th day there was the influence of puerperal gymnastics on decreasing uterine fundus height in post partum mothers at BPM Bidan Susi Irma Navia, S.ST Bengkulu City.Keywords: fundus uteri, postpartum gymnastics, postpartum mother

The bad impact caused by not giving exclusive breastfeeding is the baby's immune system decreases, disruption of baby's growth and development, increases the risk of disease, and is susceptible to bacteria causing diarrhea. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, working mothers and husband's support with exclusive breastfeeding in Padang Serai Public Health Center in Bengkulu. This type of research was an analytical survey using Cross Sectional design. The sample in this research was mothers who had babies over the age of 6-12 months in Baruna 3 Posyandu and Baruna 2 Posyandu and the sampling used Accidental Sampling techniques, which were as many as 34 mothers. Data collection used primary data and secondary data. This study used the Chi-Square test (Pearson Chi-Square) and Contingency Cofficient. The results of this research were obtained from 34 mothers, there were 17 mothers (50.0%) with less knowledge, 25 mothers (73.5%) who did not work outside the home, 19 mothers (55.9%) whose husbands not supportive and 26 mothers (76.5%) who did not give exclusive breastfeeding, there was a significant relationship between knowledge of mothers with exclusive breastfeeding, there was no significant relationship between mothers working with exclusive breastfeeding, and no significant relationship between husband's support with exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of Padang Serai Health Center in Bengkulu City. It was expected for mothers who had babies to be able to take part in health promotion activities, read books about ASI, to increase their knowledge of the importance of Exclusive Breastfeeding.
