Abstract

 The importance of improving land transportation infrastructure which can support the smooth and equitable development, therefore roads are an important facility for humans to reach an area that they want to reach. The highway is a track that aims to pass traffic from one place to another. The north coast highway (Pantura) is a highway that falls within the criteria of a road which is heavily passed by heavy vehicles because, Baluran highway is a connecting road between Situbondo district and Banyuwangi district. Baluran road conditions are winding and there are slopes (vertical). With a width of road = 7 meters, this highway is passed by heavy vehicles. This solid volume of vehicles results in overloading of the road resulting in frequent damage to the road body. In addition, sharp curves (horizontal curves) and slope and grade slopes (vertical curves) coupled with conditions around the shoulders of trees which also provide poor visibility. Considering the above conditions (geometric and flexible pavement) on the Baluran highway, re-evaluation or analysis of the length of the curvature (horizontal and vertical curves) is required, in addition to the frequent damage to the road body, an evaluation of the thickness of the flexible pavement is needed.

Abstract

Gumitir highway is a class I highway as a cross road between regencies and cities (Jember - Banyuwangi). The condition of this highway field with a width of 7 meters and winding and there are slopes. This highway is passed by heavy vehicles which can cause overloading (tonnage) loading, damage to the road body. Under these conditions a geometric evaluation (of the length of the arch) and calculation of the thickness of the flexible pavement on the Gumitir highway in Jember Regency .. This study aims to (1) analyze the performance of the Gumitir highway, (2) analyze the geometric of the Gumitir highway STA 229 + 664 - STA + 019, (3) analyzing the flexible pavement conditions with the 2013 UR 20-year bina marga method, (4) analyzing the inventory of the Gumitir highway. The research was conducted using the Full Circle method to calculate the geometric conditions of the Gumitir highway and 2013 Bina Marga UR 20 method for calculating the thickness of the pavement thickness of the Gumitir highway. The results of the 2013 Bina marga pavement thickness calculation results obtained for a flexible pavement thickness of 44 cm, a 3 cm HRS WC, a 3.5 cm HRS Base, a 25 cm LPA Class A and LPA Class B 12.5 cm. The results of planning the addition of warning signs point obtained 8 electric poles, 10 street lighting lamps, 8 traffic signs (addition 8 points) and longitudinal road markings in the form of solid lines

Abstract

Tol lenmore Kabupaten Banyuwangi merupakan jalan raya yang berbatasan dengan Tol Kalibaru dan Tol Genteng Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Seperti diketahui, Tol Glenmore Kabupaten Banyuwangi merupakan perempatan timur berbagai destinasi. Misalnya kendaraan berat (angkutan) dari pulau Jawa menuju pulau Bali atau sebaliknya yang akan melewati jalan raya Glenmore kabupaten Banyuwangi khususnya pada KM 250 - KM.252 ini. Kendaraan berat yang melewati jalan raya Glenmore di kabupaten Banyuwangi memiliki tujuan berbeda. Kendaraan berat yang melewati jalan raya Glenmore di kabupaten Banyuwangi memiliki tujuan berbeda. Misalnya truk trailer atau semi trailer yang mengangkut barang komoditas atau barang lainnya. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah lokasi strategis yang dekat atau mengarah ke gudang distributor yang berlokasi di Glenmore, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Dengan kondisi tersebut maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap ketebalan perkerasan pada jalan tersebut. Dengan adanya evaluasi perhitungan ketebalan perkerasan dan perhitungan rencana anggaran, nantinya akan memberikan alternatif baru atau memberikan kontribusi pemikiran teknis dalam penentuan ketebalan lapisan perkerasan dan perhitungan rencana anggarannya.

The  improvement of land transportation infrastructure can support the smooth and equitable development in regional and national levels.. Benculuk highway well known as highway of various destinations. With these conditions, it is necessary to evaluate the thickness of the flexible pavement on the road. Therefore a good handling construction of normalization, enhancement or rehalibitation is needed. It will be done optimally if the factors causing the damage are known. The problem in this research is how the performance of the Benculuk highway, how to evaluate the condition of the thickness of the flexible pavement using the 2013 UR 20-year Bina Marga method, and how to evaluate the dimensions of the road drainage channel. This study aims to (1) analyze performance on the Benculuk highway, (2) analyze the flexible pavement conditions with the 2013 UR 20-year Bina Marga method (3) evaluate the dimensions of the road drainage channel. The results of the 2013 Bina Marga pavement thickness calculation obtained a flexible pavement thickness  47.5 cm, WC AC 4 cm, AC BC 13.5 cm, LPA Class A 15 cm. The results of drainage dimensions b 0.9 m and 1.1 m are planned along 2 km of KM Genteng 6 + 400 (left) with a drainage gradient value of 60% and using cemented masonry material.

Abstract

Roads are infrastructure that play a very important role in traffic flow, so that during the road service period, efforts are made to avoid problems related to road damage. Road infrastructure which is burdened by high and repetitive traffic volumes will cause a decrease in road quality that can be seen from the condition of the road surface, both structurally and functionally damaged. This study aims to re-plan the thickness of the flexible pavement on the Kalibaru highway - Glenmore Banyuwangi Regency. In this study, to find out how thick the flexible pavement of the Kalibaru - Glenmore highway in Banyuwangi Regency for the next 20 years is in 2038. In this study the authors used the Binamarga Method 1987 and 2013. In this method we have to conduct LHR surveys on these roads and do CBR data retrieval. After the data data is collected, then we can determine the Index of Pavement Thickness of the road.  From the calculation results, it is known that the results of the pavement thickness with the Binamarga 1987 method are 4.5cm Lapen / Laston, 15cm Upper Foundation Layer, 10cm Bottom Foundation Layer. Whereas the thickness of road blocks with the method of Binamarga 2013 is WC air conditioner of 4cm, AC BC of 13.5cm, CTB of 15cm, LPA of Class A of 15cm.
