Abstract

The implementation of the Qur'an Tahsin training is aimed at members of Aisyiyah Pasar 4 Bandar Khalifah who are currently not fluent in reading the Qur'an properly and correctly, even though they are adults. However, it is never too late to learn. This Al-Qur'an tahsin training activity aims to be able to improve understanding in reading the Qur'an and understand the methods in reading the Qur'an properly and correctly. The method provided is in the form of short material and tips for reading with the rules of recitation. Furthermore, significant results have been obtained for Aisyiyah members in understanding and practicing the reading of the Qur'an. This shows that basically, the level of success of this training is achieved if it is learned and practiced as well as directly, so it takes consistency in reading the Qur'an on a daily basis which aims to maintain the rules of recitation and pronunciation so that they are better and of higher quality

Abstract

Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi merupakan masalah kesehatan yang ditandai dengan terjadinya peningkatan tekanan darah di atas ukuran normal yaitu tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik lebih dari 90 mmHg. Hipertensi sering kali tidak menunjukkan gejala dan jika tidak segera ditangani dapat menyebabkan komplikasipenyakitseperti jantung dan stroke. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan penderita hipertensi mengalami komplikasi penyakit, salah satunya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang cara pencegahan hipertensi serta upaya yang dapat dilakukan jika menderita hipertensi. Edukasi kesehatan perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang penyakit hipertensi dan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan media penyuluhan, yaitu leaflet. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah melakukan edukasi untuk memberikan informasi tentang pencegahan dan pengendalian hipertensi pada penderita hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mokoau. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan media leaflet Kemenkes yang dilakukan dengan cara door to door disertai memberikan penjelasan singkat dan tanya jawab. kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berjalan dengan lancar dan sangat diapresiasi oleh pihak puskesmas juga masyarakat khususnya penderita hipertensi. Perlu dilakukan edukasi secara terus-menerus agar masyarakat khususnya penderita hipertensi dapat memahami tentang cara mencegah dan mengendalikan hipertensi sehingga tidak terjadi komplikasi penyakit yang lebih berat.

Abstract

Teachers are required to write scientific papers as part of their work. Because not all teachers are proficient writers of scientific papers, this is a problem in the field of education. Most of the teachers at SDN Tambelang 1 and SDN Curahsawo 3 Probolinggo Regency still have difficulty writing scientific papers, according to a preliminary survey. As a result of these problems, teachers should be provided with training and assistance in article creation. The curriculum of the training and mentoring program is based on volunteer work in the community. The teaching team of FKIP PGSD Universitas Nahdatul Ulama Surabaya is involved in the service project. Face-to-face and online coaching and teaching activities are combined in this way. Both theoretical and practical instructions are given in the first stage; assistance on how to submit papers for publication in the following scientific publications. Teachers' understanding and scientific writing skills can benefit from this volunteer work in the community and become more refined as a result. Teachers, on the other hand, have the option of submitting papers to scientific publications as part of their duties as educators.  Abstrak: Guru wajib menulis karya ilmiah sebagai bagian dari pekerjaannya. Karena tidak semua pengajar adalah penulis karya ilmiah yang mahir, hal ini menjadi persoalan di bidang pendidikan. Sebagian besar pengajar di SDN Tambelang 1 dan SDN Curahsawo 3 Kabupaten Probolinggo masih kesulitan menulis karya ilmiah, menurut survei pendahuluan. Sebagai akibat dari masalah ini, Guru harus diberikan pelatihan dan bantuan dalam pembuatan artikel. Kurikulum program pelatihan dan pendampingan didasarkan pada kerja sukarela di masyarakat. Tim Pengajar FKIP PGSD Universitas Nahdatul Ulama Surabaya terlibat dalam proyek pengabdian tersebut. Kegiatan pembinaan dan pengajaran tatap muka dan online digabungkan dengan cara ini. Baik instruksi teoretis dan praktis diberikan pada tahap pertama; bantuan tentang cara mengirimkan makalah untuk publikasi dalam publikasi ilmiah berikut. Pemahaman guru dan kemampuan menulis ilmiah dapat mengambil manfaat dari kerja sukarela ini di masyarakat dan sebagai akibatnya menjadi lebih halus. Guru, di sisi lain, memiliki pilihan sendiri untuk mengirimkan makalah ke publikasi ilmiah sebagai bagian dari tugas mereka sebagai pendidik.

Abstract

Ketika pandemi Covid 19 muncul, guru sekolah dasar tidak memiliki keahlian yang diperlukan untuk menyusun pelajaran online. Ini mengilhami tingkat komitmen ini. Pelatihan bagi guru dalam keterampilan merakit online adalah tujuan dari layanan ini. Pelatihan dan seminar digunakan untuk menyediakan layanan ini. Guru dapat menggunakan layanan ini untuk mempelajari cara membuat pembelajaran online yang menarik dan menantang, serta cara mempostingnya di media sosial dan di LMS. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, hampir 95 persen guru telah siap mengumpulkan materi dari media sosial dan LMS dengan cara yang mudah dan menarik.

Abstract

Rokan Hilir is a district with the 4th rank out of 5 districts/cities in Riau related to stunting problems.One of the causes of stunting is inadequate intake of energy and nutrients. Foods that contain calcium and protein are found in fish. Rokan downstream is a city of fish. Fish bones and skulls can be processed into flour because this part of the fish still contains minerals, such as calcium in fish bone meal, which can be utilized. The purpose of this service is to increase the knowledge and skills of mothers in utilizing catfish bone waste to be used as biscuits in overcoming stunting. This activity was carried out in the village of Labuhan Tangga downstream with 15 participants. The methods used are lectures, questions and answers, training on making catfish bone meal and biscuit making. The results of this community activity can be seen an increase in participants' knowledge about stunting seen from the pretest and posttest scores from 47.3 to 85.0. The result of the training is that the participants have succeeded in making catfish bone meal and biscuits. It is hoped that the people of the village of Labuhan Tangga downstream can take advantage of local fish products and processing the fish into biscuits can also be used as a source of business or a side business for the family. Abstrak: Rokan Hilir merupakan kabupaten dengan peringkat ke 4 dari 5 kabupaten/kota di Riau terkait masalah stunting. Salah satu penyebab stunting adalah tidak memadai asupan energi dan zat gizi. Makanan yang mengandung kalsium dan protein terdapat pada ikan. Rokan hilir merupakan kota ikan, Tulang dan tengkorak ikan dapat diproses menjadi tepung karena bagian ikan ini masih terdapat kandungan mineral, seperti kalsium pada tepung tulang ikan yang dapat dimanfaatkan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu dalam memanfaatkan limbah tulang ikan patin untuk dijadikan biskuit dalam mengatasi stunting. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di desa labuhan tangga hilir dengan jumlah peserta 15 orang. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu ceramah, tanya jawab, pelatihan pembuatan tepung tulang ikan patin dan pembuatan biskuit. Hasil dari kegiatan masyarakat ini dapat diketahui adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang stunting dilihat dari nilai pretest dan postest yaitu 47,3 menjadi 85,0. Hasil pelatihan yaitu para peserta telah berhasil membuat tepung tulang ikan patin dan biskuit. Diharapkan kepada masyarakat desa labuhan tangga hilir dapat memanfaatkan produk ikan lokal dan pengolahan ikan tersebut menjadi biskuit juga dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber usaha atau usaha sampingan bagi keluarga

Guru SD dengan TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge). Instruksi online tersedia untuk siapa saja yang terkena dampak epidemi COVID-19. Guru harus mempelajari TPACK agar dapat secara efektif memasukkan teknologi ke dalam kelas. Anda juga dapat menggunakan sway.com untuk menonton video pelatihan sway.com, yang dapat diakses secara online. Proses pembelajaran online di SDN Bantaran 3 Kabupaten Probolinggo memiliki banyak kendala, menurut pengamatan yang dilakukan di sana: 1) proses pembelajaran hanya menggunakan grup Whatsapp, 2) pemahaman guru tentang platform pembelajaran online masih terbatas, dan 3) kapasitas guru untuk menangani teknologi masih kurang memadai. Guru di SDN Bantaran 3 Kabupaten Probolinggo akan mempelajari cara menggunakan fungsi goyang Microsoft Office365 sebagai akibat dari masalah ini. Ceramah dan diskusi, praktek, dan refleksi dan tindak lanjut adalah tiga teknik utama untuk menempatkan instruksi ke dalam tindakan. Komputer laptop dan akses ke internet adalah peralatan penting untuk kursus ini. Pendekatan yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang muncul di lapangan, misalnya dengan menambah jumlah koneksi internet yang tersedia ke jaringan. Pelaksanaannya berlangsung selama dua hari, 29 Mei dan 5 Juni 2021. Menurut temuan PPM, guru sudah bisa menggunakan sway untuk membuat materi edukasi bagi murid-muridnya.

Abstract

The Tridharma of Higher Education includes community service programs. The application, practice, and application of knowledge and technology that is utilized as a tool to enhance a nation's education is the purpose of PKM. Essentially, a teacher is the most important person in the realm of education since the instructor is the one who determines whether or not a lesson is successful. Learning will also be hindered if a teacher has a strong social spirit; this is necessary for efficient communication between students and instructors, which must be two-way. This community service allows students to put what they've learned in class into practice, apply what they've learned, and experience what they've learned.

Abstract

The English language proficiency test, in this case the TOEFL, is a language test with an international standard to measure the ability to speak English for speakers whose mother tongue is not English. In Indonesia, there are several conditions that require a person to take the TOEFL test, including to continue to higher education both at home and abroad, fulfill college graduation requirements, find out the level of language skills applying for jobs, and get promoted. In general, there are three types of TOEFL, namely IBT (internet-based test), PBT (paper-based test), and ITP (Institutional Testing Program). Each type of requirement requires a different type of TOEFL test. The output of the solution in this activity is that students gain insight, knowledge and introduction about the importance of TOEFL to be able to continue to a higher level, students can understand the benefits obtained by taking the TOEFL test and getting a TOEFL certificate, students getting tips and tricks in working on questions. TOEFL PBT questions to get the desired TOEFL score, students get TOEFL PBT test experience, students can find out their TOEFL scores by taking the TOEFL PBT test simulation. In this regard, school age is considered the right time to introduce the TOEFL test to students, especially those who will soon graduate and continue their education to a higher level.

Abstract

This community service activity (PkM) aims to improve the quality of people's education through free tutoring after school at SDN177674 Banua Futa, Shigunpa District, Toba Regency. Tutoring activities were carried out at SDN177674 Banua Futa, Shigunpa District, Toba Regency. This activity will last for a month from February 2, 2022 to February 28, 2022. Teaching hours are from 15.00 WIB to 17.00 WIB from Monday to Thursday. The teacher instructs students to complete school assignments (PR) and teaches students about material that has not been understood while studying at school. The material provided covers all subjects and all grade levels. This guidance stage includes preparation, implementation, assessment, and reporting of activities. The result of this tutoring activity is the satisfaction of parents/guardians towards improving children's academic achievement after participating in this tutoring activity. This is because after joining a tutor, students are enthusiastic about doing their homework (PR) well and don't give up doing homework because of the teacher. You can also review the material provided by the tutor in the afternoon after school to further improve your students' understanding of the material at school

Abstract

In the process of separating leaves with sticks, the community in the Timbang Lawan Village area still uses human power and is done manually with a knife or machete. The solution is to make a stick shaver machine using a mechanical system with a capacity that is tailored to the needs of the user. The aim is to help increase the yield of palm oil sticks. The implementation method begins with examining the lack of technology and equipment in palm oil palm stick extraction, with stages 1). Follow-up surveys to partner locations to find out the work process of slashing and the output capacity to be achieved to meet market demand; 2). The design of the palm oil stick shaving machine uses mechanical energy; 3) Manufacture of palm oil stick crusher machine. 4) Test and install palm oil stick scraper machine before giving it to partners. 5) Socialization on how to maintain the shaver machine in Timbang Lawan Village. 6) handover of the shaver machine unit to the community group in Timbang Lawan Village. The results obtained where the shaved stick machine that has been completed is then handed over to the PKM partner. The machine can be operated and used by partners, where the production of palm oil sticks obtained increases by more than 100% or has a capacity of 15 kg/hour sticks, compared to manual which only gets 2 to 5 kg/3 hours of clean sticks
