Abstract

This study aims to determine whether communication and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance at Selamat Sri University (UNISS) Kendal. The population and sample in this study were 60 Selamat Sri University (UNISS) Kendal employees. Data analysis in this study uses validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and test coefficient of determination.The results showed that communication and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Selamat Sri University (UNISS) Kendal both influential partially and simultaneously. From the results of the determination coefficient test shows that the communication and motivation variables have a contribution in influencing employee performance variables by 29.1%

Selamat Sri University (UNISS) Management Study Program Kendal. 2018.This study aims to determine the process of distribution of goods and loyalty of transportation services at PT. Asia Pacific Fibers, Tbk Kaliwungu. The research method used is a qualitative method. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research.The population and sample in this study are the leaders and employees of PT. Asia Pacific Fibers, Tbk Kaliwungu. Data analysis in this study uses qualitative data analysis through interviews and observations directly at the company.The results of this study indicate that the distribution process of goods has a relationship with the loyalty of transportation services at PT. Asia Pacific Fibers, Tbk Kaliwungu. This is indicated by the guaranteed delivery of yarn PT. Asia Pacific Fibers, Tbk Kaliwungu.

Abstract

Eni Kusdiyaningrum Analisis Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan Bagian Produksi PT. Bina Busana Internusa Semarang. Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis. Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Selamat Sri (UNISS) Kendal 2019.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan signifikan maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bina Busana Internusa. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 63 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Tehnik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah sampling purposive. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif responden, analisis statistik deskriptif variabel, analisis ujiasumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis.Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu 4,471 > 2,001 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu 3,092 > 2,001 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,003 < 0,05. Variabel disiplin kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung < t tabel yaitu 1,295 < 2,001 dengantingkat signifikan 0,200 > 0,05. Sedangkan variabel kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara silmultan atau bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung lebih besar dari F table yaitu 10,577 > 2,53 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai adjust R Square yang dihasilkan adalah 0,317 hal ini berarti variabel independen (kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja) memiliki pengaruh sebesar 31,7 % terhadap kinerja karayawan dan sisanya sebesar 68,3 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel independen yang ada dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

The research of organization culture and welfare rate has been done. But the research that examine what the organization culture influence to profesionalism and integrity of teacher hardly done. Primare date of this research was got from kuesionare of PMS junior high school teacher kendal.the quesionare was given are 50 and all the way back and can used. statistic method that use to examine each hipothesis is path analysis. This research indicate that not all hypothesis can be accept.in result of this analysis are: 1. The influence of organization culture to profesionalism theacher in the real is not proof. 2. The positive influence between welfare rate to profesionalism teacher is fully proof. 3. Organization culture have positive influence to integrity teacher is proof. 4. Walfare rate have direct positive influence to integrity theacher is not proof. 5. The result of this analysis inform there are positive influence between profesionalism and integrity teacher

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the existence of the influence of discipline, motivation and work environment to the working performance of the Civil Public Servant on the villages of subdistrict Kendal.The study was conducted at Civil Public Servant on the villages of subdistrict Kendal. Method used on this research is quantitative research. This research used data in form questionnaires given to 140 respondents, working as the Civil Public Servant on the villages of subdistrict Kendal.Data analysis used validity test and questionnaire reliability. The result tested using the double regression analysis with parameter test, model precision test and classic assumption. The validity and and reliability test stated that given questionnaires are valid and reliable. Data analysis result shown that discipline variable gave positive score to increase of work’s performance Civil Public Servant on the villages of subdistrict Kendal. The effect of disciplineis 4,056. Motivation variable gave positive score to the increase of work’s performance Civil Public Servant on the villages of subdistrict Kendal. The effect of motivation is 3,815. Mean while work environment variable also gave positive to the increase of work’s performance Civil Public Servant on the villages of subdistrict Kendal. The effect of work environment is 8,375. The F-test and T-test state that discipline, motivation and work environment variable have a significant and positive impact to Civil Public Servant on the villages of subdistric Kendal performance. From the result of analysis, it can be concluded that discipline, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant impact to the performance of Civil Public Servant on the villages of subdistrict Kendal. Really explained that on the three variables is59,1% and the other 40,9% is explained by other variable out of this research

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa jauh perbedaan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan sesudah merger dan akuisisi melalui Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE) , Earning Per Share (EPS), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt Ratio (DR) pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Tahun 2014 – 2017. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari 40 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode Tahun 2014 - 2017. Metode analisis kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Paired Sample T- Test. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Adanya perbedaan signifikan Net Profit Margin (NPM) sebelum dan sesudah merger dan akuisisi 2) Adanya perbedaan signifikan Return On Investment (ROI) sebelum dan sesudah merger dan akuisisi 3) Adanya perbedaan signifikan Return On Equity (ROE) sebelum dan sesudah merger dan akuisisi, 4) Adanya perbedaan tidak signifikan Earning Per Share (EPS) sebelum dan sesudah merger dan akuisisi, 5) Tidak adanya perbedaan tidak signifikan Total Assest Turnover (TATO) sebelum dan sesudah merger dan akuisisi 6) Tidak adanya perbedaan tidak signifikan Current Ratio sebelum dan sesudah merger dan akuisisi, 7) Adanya perbedaan signifikan Debt Ratio sebelum dan sesudah merger dan akuisisi.
