One important aspect of human resource management is the management of employee compensation and benefits. This article discusses the development of a web-based information system for human resource management and employee training. Prototypes are used in software development to provide silent communication between developers and system users. This information system makes it easier for employees to handle leave or permission at work without having to enter personal data and provides support to the team to meet goals.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to develop a Task Management Application to assist lecturers in managing and monitoring student assignments. Currently, communication and coordination for assignments are conducted through platforms like WhatsApp, Google Meet, and Google Classroom, leading to challenges in task monitoring, execution, file storage, communication, and task management. These issues include ineffective group chats and a lack of information on ongoing or upcoming tasks. Using the Waterfall model methodology, the research focuses on creating an application that addresses these problems by providing task monitoring, a forum for student-lecturer communication, file storage, and a time schedule feature for project completion. The application is designed to facilitate better task management and improve the learning process for both lecturers and students.]]>

<![CDATA[The Village Fund Cash Assistance Program (BLT-DD) is a government effort to provide support to rural communities affected by the economic crisis, especially due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In Sidomukti Village, the implementation of BLT-DD has been running well, but there are still obstacles in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the beneficiary selection process. This research aims to design and build a website-based Decision Support System (SPK) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method that can improve the effectiveness and accuracy of determining prospective BLT-DD recipients. Data collection methods include interviews and document studies, and use a quantitative descriptive approach to analyze data. The results showed that the implementation of a web-based system can speed up the selection process, reduce the potential for errors, and increase the transparency of information to the community, so that it can help village officials in managing social assistance more effectively, ensuring that assistance is right on target, and increasing community satisfaction with the BLT-DD program.]]>

<![CDATA[The Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach has been implemented in various developed countries to reduce the gap between education and the needs of the world of work. SKPI (Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah) is an important supporting document that provides additional information regarding graduates' abilities and achievements. However, many universities still use a manual system based on Microsoft Excel, which is prone to data duplication and less efficient. This research develops a web-based SKPI information system using the Laravel 11 framework with a waterfall SDLC approach. The system includes stages of analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance and is equipped with security features such as data encryption to protect student information. It can manage and print descriptions of achievements, organizational activities, seminars, training, and student learning outcomes. Testing was conducted using black-box testing and user testing methods, showing that the system functions optimally and meets the needs. User feedback shows the system is efficient in supporting SKPI management]]>

<![CDATA[This study focuses on the analysis of the representation of feminism and social critique of women's roles depicted in the film "Yuni" (2021) using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. The objective of this research is to identify and evaluate how issues of feminism and social critique regarding gender roles are communicated through symbolism and signs in the film. The research method used is Barthesian semiotic analysis, where the film is analyzed based on connotation, denotation, and mythology derived from visual and textual signs.The results of the study show that the film "Yuni" significantly features feminist themes, such as women's struggle for freedom and equality in a patriarchal society. Moreover, the film also provides a social critique of the norms that restrict women's roles. The conclusion of this research is that "Yuni" makes an important contribution to the discourse on feminism and social critique through its strong representation and deep narrative about women's lives in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This study explores parents’ perspectives on the role of communication in young children’s gadget usage. With the increasing prevalence of technology and gadgets among children, it is crucial to understand how parents implement communication strategies to guide gadget usage and mitigate its negative impacts. This research adopts a qualitative approach using simple interview methods involving parents of young children. Data were analyzed descriptively to understand parents’ experiences and views on the communication strategies they apply. The findings reveal that parents employ various methods, such as setting time limits and providing simple explanations to their children, although they often face challenges in implementation. This study highlights the importance of consistent and open communication between parents and children in fostering more mindful gadget usage habits]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the influence of Titan Tyra's personal brand on Instagram on consumer trust in her beauty brand, Second Date Beauty. Influencers' personal brands play a vital role in fostering relationships between brands and audiences through social media platforms. Using a descriptive quantitative method, the study collected data from 200 respondents who follow Titan Tyra's Instagram account. This research explores key elements of personal branding, such as authenticity, trust, and emotional connection, which affect consumer perceptions of product quality and brand image. The findings show that Titan Tyra's digital presence significantly impacts consumer trust in Second Date Beauty, especially in terms of brand authenticity and personal engagement. These results highlight the importance of a strong and consistent personal brand in shaping consumer trust and loyalty in beauty products.]]>

<![CDATA[Digital literacy is one type of literacy that must be mastered by Indonesian citizens. Strengthening digital literacy is inseparable from fostering a culture of literacy. The implementation of digital literacy in schools is a must in the form of informatics learning media. Information technology (informatics) subjects in schools are one of the compulsory subjects. Analysis of the application of digital technology-based informatics learning media in schools is needed. This study aims to determine and analyze ICT learning facilities in schools and the extent to which the utilization of informatics learning media is implemented at SMK Askhabul Kahfi Semarang in supporting digital literacy. Using qualitative research methods and analyzed with the Creswell model. The results showed that the informatics learning media used made students learn happily and helped educators. The impact is expected to be that students understand digital literacy as a whole so that students get benefits.]]>

<![CDATA[Early marriage and pregnancy outside of marriage among adolescents have become increasingly complex and pressing social problems in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the factors that drive early marriage and out-of-wedlock pregnancy among adolescents and understand the social impacts on the individuals involved, their families and communities. This study aims to identify and analyze the main causal factors of early marriage and pregnancy outside marriage among adolescents in Indonesia and explore their social impacts. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through news analysis, journals and relevant literature studies. The results showed that some of the main causal factors of this phenomenon include a lack of sexual education, the influence of social and cultural norms, the role of social media, and family economic factors. In addition, this phenomenon has the potential to hamper education and worsen the economic condition of families, thus risking adding to the social burden of society in the long run. This study recommends increased reproductive health education, social media monitoring, active roles of parents and communities in providing adolescents with a correct understanding of the risks and consequences of early marriage and out-of-wedlock pregnancy, and stricter policies on underage marriage as a prevention effort.]]>

<![CDATA[Digitalization and globalization have a big impact on the furniture industry, especially on the MSME scale. A big challenge in managing product inventory efficiently. Mismanagement of product stock can lead to high operational costs and decreased customer satisfaction. This research aims to develop a web-based Electronic Suppy Chain Management (E-SCM) application to improve inventory control in Furniture MSMEs. This application is equipped with main features such as managing products, managing incoming and outgoing stock items, and a dashboard tang displaying stock movements in real time. Case studies were conducted on 10 furniture MSMEs in Jepara, using sales and inventory data for 12 months. Data analysis shows that the application of the E-SCM application increases the accuracy of stock management, reduces the amount of dead stock and accelerates the process of making business decisions. This research is expected to be a reference for E-SCM-based technology development for other MSME sectors.]]>
