Abstract

This research is expected by investors to get long-term benefits by obtaining dividends. In this era of globalization, the economy is increasingly unstable. Where the weakening value of investment in Indonesia and the instability of the dollar against the rupiah. In investing, investors must have a goal to get the return they expect. But there are also investors who want short-term profits that can be obtained by getting capital gains. So that investors who have such goals see the development of fluctuations in the market. Lack of information obtained by investors in conducting analysis will result in inappropriate decisions in making investment decisions. Investors must consider and understand the company's financial statements and ratios that can help ease investment, including financial ratios that calculate expected returns. The fundamental and technical information can be used as a basis for investors to predict returns. Risk or uncertainty with one of the considerations is financial ratio. The population of this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with sampling from several criteria. The sample of this study is 65 manufacturing companies from 2013 to 2017. The results of the study state that partially the current ratio, total debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, earnings per share, return on assets have a significant effect on stock returns. While the simultaneous current ratio, total debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, earnings per share, return on assets have a significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study is to examine whether the financial statements made by the issuer have provided reliable and relevant information. Investors, securities sales agents and creditors are the respondents who will answer the questionnaire. The respondents were asked to comment on the reliability and relevance of the company's financial statements used as the basis for their decision making. The research sample was selected randomly based on the group of financial report users who periodically use the issuer's financial statements in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for decision making. questionnaires were sent to 200 respondents. There were 50 respondents' answers that were analyzed using the match pairs sign test method. The results showed that the issuer's financial statements on IDX tended to present information that was less relevant but the user considered that the accounting information presented was still reliable.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to study and analyze the effect of digital marketing and capacity building on the performance of SMEs in Medan City simultaneously, examine and analyze the effect of digital marketing on the performance of SMEs in Medan, study and analyze the influence of capacity building on the performance of SMEs in Medan. The method used to analyze the data is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research conducted by researchers prove that there is an influence of digital marketing on the growth of SMEs. This can be seen from the results of the partial test (t-test) where the value of tcount> t table (8.962> 1.979) and the significance value of 0,000 <0.05. So the results of the study reject H0 and accept Ha. The results of the research prove that there is an influence of capacity building on the growth of SMEs. So the results of the study reject H0 and accept Ha. The results of this study mean that SMEs need capacity building or capacity building.

Abstract

Haemoglobin level is the measuring of pigmenrespiratoricin red blood cells. Mothers’ haemoglobin level effect the weight of the baby. The pregnant women with low Haemoglobin level will danger the mothers and the babies. It is caused by the less of nutrition supply and oxygen to the placenta and effect the function of placenta for the fetus. This is an observasional analitic study with cross sectional approach. This study is aimed to find out the effect of mothers’ eating pattern and the obidience of consuming Fe tablet to the haemoglobin level in Puskesmas Hutabaginda Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara.The population is all pregnant women who examined their pregnancy and got Fe tablet in Puskesmas Hutabaginda Kecamatan Tarutung in 2017 around 60 persons, and they become the samples. The data were collected by questionaire ans interview. The data were analyzed usingunivariate, bivariate, and multivariate. The result of the study show that there is effect between eating pattern pattern and haemoglobin level with p value = 0,000, and there is effect between mothers’ obidience in consuming Fe tablets and haemoglobin level with p value = 0,000. He most effected variable is the mothers’ obidience in consumingg Fe tablet (p = 0,000; OR = 17,6). It means that the mothers who don’t consume the Fe tablet regularly have the risk17,584 bigger to have low haemoglobin level than the mothers who consume regularly. Therefore it is suggested to the Puskesmas Tarutung staff to give counselling about eating pattern and the obidience of consuming Fe tablets so the pregnant women and the babies will be healthy.

The trial is one of the official situations, so the language used is Indonesian. But sometimes in the trial process, this code mix is ​​very common. Based on observations and observations of researchers when the trial took place in court found mixed code. Based on this background, the author is interested and interested to examine the mixed language code trial in Payakumbuh district court. Abstract

This study aims to find out the correlation between Self-Regulated Learning Strategies (SRLS) and Students’ English Achievement. The knowledge and application of SRLS will significantly influence learners academic achievement due to their autonomously participation and involvement in regulating their own learning. Research methodology used is descriptive quantitative study with 100 participants from grade first high school students, collected using random sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires and English proficiency test. The result of this study shows that there is positive correlation between SRLS and Students’ English Achievement. Students who have better knowledge and use SRLS in their study are getting better achievement in English test because of their responsibility in learning. The refore, it is important for teachers to apply SRLS in the teaching and learning process to increase and foster the students’ implementation of SRLS in their learning.

Abstract

Indonesia Language has an important role in implication of character values to early chilhood because Indonesia Language is used as a tool for the dissemination and absorption of knowledge, tools for self-development in general, tools for thinking reasoning, communication tools and socio-cultural development and educational tools. By using qualitative descriptive method, the function of language as a communication tool and teacher's self-expression in the classroom gives an overview of the use of verbal and nonverbal language teachers of early childhood education in the classroom clearly seen. The speech used by the teacher influences students to apply character values in the form of politeness in language. The use of polite verbal and nonverbal language can help teachers of early childhood education in the application of character values.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and discover how the implementation of the clause "controlled by the state" in article 33 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in the practice of Indonesian integrity. And what factors influence the implementation of the clause "controlled by the state" in article 33 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in Indonesian constitutional practice. This research is a normative study using a statute aproach approach, and a conceptual approach. By using a qualitative descriptive analysis model as an analysis knife. Abstract

At present the region must conduct its own planning, implementation, and supervision activities. With the increasing workload, human resources must be prepared, both in quantity and quality, meaning that empowerment of the community must be the main priority. Whereas in terms of financing sources, regions are required to be able to finance most activities, so that again creative human resources are needed that can generate thoughts, concepts, and policies. As for the flow of thought in this study, which concerns independent variables namely the role of village officials with the indicators are Coordinator (X1), Motivator (X2) and Communicator (X3). While the dependent variable is Community Empowerment with its indicators are Education (Y1), Economy (Y2), Health (Y3). The role of village officials with three indicators, namely: Facilitator, Motivator, and Communicator. An in-depth study of the role of village officials in community empowerment in a scientific study.
