Abstract

Each rubber farmer has different results. The difference is influenced by several factors. In the production procces the output is strongly influenced by this inputs, in which the context between output and input is describes in the production function. The purpose of this research is to see the effect of land area, labor and fertilizer on rubber production.The research uses primary and secondary data which is quantitative research. Sampling amounted to 64 farmers. Data collection techniques using questionnaire, in depth interview and observation. Analysis technique using Cobb-Douglas function that has been transformed into natural logarithma that is using multiple regression.And the result of this study is the land area(X1), labor(X2) and fertilizer(X3). Simultaneously affect the production of rubber(Y). But partially only the area of land affecting the production of rubber. In this study the significant and most dominant production factors affect the rubber production in the village of Sungai Bokor, Mataraman, Banjar Is Land Area.Keywords : production(Y), land area(X1), labor (X2) and fertilizer(X3).

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether income, land area, land location and the type of work to people’s have significant effect simultaneously and partially to the people's decision to convert agricultural land into non-agricultural land in Gambut Sub-District, and to know its impact on the welfare of the land owners.This research is a quantitative research, using primary data in the form of interviews with 80 communities that have agricultural land in Gambut Sub-District in 2016 until 2017.The result of logit model regression shows that all variables have significant effect simultaneously to people's decision to convert agricultural land into non-agricultural land in Gambut Sub-District, whereas only partially significant influence is income and land area, where income and land area have negative relation with conversion rate of agricultural land. Different test results show that there is a marked difference between the income of the community before and after converting agricultural land. Average community income before converting agricultural land is greater than after converting agricultural land.Keywords: Agricultural Land, Conversion, Income, Land Area, People’s Welfare

Abstract

This research is done for to find out whether goods and services expenditures,  capital expenditures, employee expenditures, and investments have an effect on Economic Growth in South Kalimantan Province with dependent variable of Economic Growth and the independent variable is Expenditure of Goods and Services,Capital Expenditure, Employee Expenditure and Investment.The data used is time series data that is the period 2006 until 2011. The analysis used is multiple linear regression method.The results of this study indicate that the variables of Capital Expenditures and Employee Expenditures Significant Influence on Economic Growth in South Kalimantan Province, the government's suggestion to overcome the economic slowdown of South Kalimantan is the Expenditure of Goods and Services accompanied by efforts to improve the quality of policy support programs such as increasing the quantity and quality of facilities and infrastructure to increase investor interest to invest so that good impact on economic growth, while the value of determination coefficient of 0.776 this means that together independent variables affect the dependent variable.Keywords: Economic Growth, Capital Expenditure, Employee Expenditure, Goods and Services Expenditure, and Investment.

Abstract

This research is conducted (1) To know how the effect of per capita income on public consumption in Banjarmasin ; (2) To know how CPI to public consumption In Banjarmasin.This researchh was conducted to measure the variables that influence the consumption pattern of society by using macro economic concept. Economic variables that investigated are income Per Capita and CPI from 2000-2016 by using multiple linear regression analysis.Based on hypothesis testing it can be seen that the influence of income of CPI consumption in the city of Banjarmasin positively and significantly influence public consumption expenditure. Keywords: Income, CPI, Consumption

Abstract

This study almed to (1) analyzentheneffect of capital, labor, andnraw material tobthe income of wooden furniture industry; (2) to find out which factors dominantly infact the income of wooden furniture industry.The scope of this study took the case study area in Kelurahan Alalak Tengah, Kecamatan Banjarmasin Utara, Kota Banjarmasin. Thendata sources are primaryndatanobtained through interviews and questionnaires to be processed by using multiple regression analysis which will be tested through fbtest (simultaneously) and t test (partially).The resultsnofmthisbstudynindicate that the capital, labor, and raw materials individually (partially) and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the income of wood furniture industry. The most dominant factor affecting the income of wooden furniture industry is raw material.Keywords : Capital, Labor, Raw Material, Income of Wood Furniture Industry.

Abstract

A country or territory will not develop if it is not supported by economic growth. Economic growth is one of the indicators to measure the success of development. The purpose of this research is to know the superior sectors of economy in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, so that it can assist in development and priority of government in development. To answer the problem, then used some method of data analysis that is: Location Quotient Analysis (LQ) and Shift-Share Analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data in the value of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency at constant prices year 2012-2016. The result of the research based on Location Quotient (LQ) analysis shows that the main base sector in Hulu Sungai Tengah is the sector of accommodation and drinking (1.97%), government administration, defense and compulsory social security (1.87%), agriculture, forestry and fisheries (1.82%), education services (1.72%), real estate (1.58%), waste water management and recycling (1.32%), information and communications (1.32 %), procurement of electricity and gas (1.31%), other services (1.27%), large and retail trade and auto and motorcycle repairs (1.21%), construction (1.19%), (1.19%), health services and social activities (1.11%). The result of Shift-Share analysis shows that there has been a shift of economic structure from the primary sector to the secondary sector.Keywords: Commodity Sector, Location Quotient, Shift Share

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine Factors Affecting Indonesia’s footwear export to the United States and to know which variables are most influential on footwear exports.The location of this research is in Indonesia, and the data source used is secondary data obtained from The Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics, World Bank, and Bank Indonesia where the data are analyzed using multiple linear regression model to determine whether the variables of footwear export such as exchange rate, the gross domestic product of the United States, and the inflation set affect to  the export of Indonesian footwear.The results of this study indicate that the variables of exchange rate, US GDP, and inflation simultaneously have significant effect on the export of Indonesia’s footwear that can seen from the test f that obtained significant value. Partial test of variable of exchange rate and inflation show insignificant result because when exchange rate or inflation weaken price will rise hence export will decrease, but the price of the competitor's country exports also increases, the price of Indonesian goods becomes less expensive and export destination countries of Indonesia will continue to purchase products while for US GDP variables showed significant results because when the United States income increased then the purchasing power of the community also increased and positively affected the export of footwear. Abstract

The purposes of this research are (1) To understand the effect of production, land area and human resources to the development of agriculture sub-sector in Tanah Bumbu District; (2) Which sub-sector is the most important to the development of agriculture sub-sector in Tanah Bumbu District.         The object of this research are three sub-sectors in Tanah Bumbu District (agriculture, forestry and fishery). The method of this research is regression analysis of panel data with the Common Effect model.         The result of this research that production, land area and human resources both individually (partial) and together give positive effect and significant to the development of agriculture sub-sector in Tanah Bumbu District. Abstract

This research unducted to (1) analyze the influence of interest rate, consumer price index, gross domestic product of real estate in Indonesia; (2) to know the most dominant factor that influencing property price in Indonesia at 2010-2016. The Scope of this research is Indonesia as the research area. The data sources of this research come from secondary data that will proussing using multiple regression analysis by F-test (simultaneously) and T-tes (Partially). The research’s result proves that simultaneously gross domestic bruto of real estate is influencing property price. And partially proves of real estate and consumer price index are influencing property price significantly.Keywords:Interest Rate, Counsume Price Index, Gross Domestic Bruto of Real  Estate, and Property Price.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the factors that influence absolute poverty in Barito Kuala Regency. One of the causes of the still high population is poor due to the rapid population growth. The still high number of poor people is indicated by a large number of poor people, economic growth, high unemployment rate, and low level of education.This research is located in Barito Kuala District, as well as data source used is secondary data consisting of time series data during the period 2004 to 2015 which the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression models. To find out whether economic growth, open unemployment rate, population growth and education level affect the number of poor people in Barito Kuala District. The results of this study indicate that the variables of the open unemployment rate, economic growth , and education level do not significantly affect the number of poor people, while population growth significantly influences the number of poor people.Keywords: Number of poor people, economic growth, open unemployment rate, population growth and education level.
