<![CDATA[The implementation of forestry development programs must be evaluated to achieve the targets that have been set during the forestry development implementation period. This study aims to determine the performance of forestry development and improvement strategies for implementing forestry development in the Long Term Forest Management Plan (LTFMP) in Forest Management Units (FMU). The data sources of this research are secondary data and primary data in the form of Tangi Timber Forest Management Unit (LTFMP) Long Term Management Plan (FMU) and interviews using a SWOT questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is program evaluation, namely comparing the plan with the realization of the implementation of forestry development and then analyzing with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 86 of 2017 to measure the performance interval in its implementation. And a SWOT analysis to determine strategies for improvement in the implementation of forestry development.This study indicates that the implementation of the forestry development program results in a predicate or achievement in 8 (eight) programs selected based on what can be measured in general that the implementation is still not optimal, so an improvement strategy is needed in its implementation. And for the improvement strategy, it is found that the most appropriate according to the circumstances is the S-O strategy, which is to use strength to take advantage of opportunities so that they can make targeted improvement policies.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to (1) find out the primary and non-base sectors in Banjarmasin City and (2) find out the right policy strategy for developing potential sectors in Banjarmasin City. This study uses analytical tools to determine the basis and non-base sectors through the calculation of Location Quotient and Shift Share, then for development strategies through descriptive analysis, with the uses of secondary data in the form of gross regional domestic product according to employment at constant prices.The results showed seven basic sectors, namely the electricity and gas procurement sector; Construction; Financial and insurance services; Real estate; Company services; Educational services; Health services, and social activities. And for the sector being developed is the electricity and gas procurement sector as the leading sector, as well as the water supply, waste management, waste, and recycling sectors as potential sectors.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) on Regional Expenditure and the effect of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) on Regional Expenditure in districts/cities in Central Kalimantan and find out whether there is a flypaper effect on District / City Regional Spending in Central Kalimantan in 2016 -2018. The objects in this study are all regencies/cities in Central Kalimantan. This study uses secondary data from the Realization of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Report in the District/city Government in Central Kalimantan Province in 2016-2018. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Regional Original Revenue (PAD) partially does not affect Regional Expenditure in Regency / City in Central Kalimantan Province from 2016-to 2018 because the probability value is 0.4656> 0.05. While the General Allocation Fund (DAU) partially has a significant positive effect on Regional Expenditure in the Districts / Cities in Central Kalimantan from 2016-to 2018 because the probability value is 0.0000 <0.05. (2) PAD and DAU simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Regional Expenditures, and the results are that the flypaper effect phenomenon occurs.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the factors that affect crude palm oil exports in South Kalimantan province, knowing the influence of production amount, dollar exchange rate, and CPO price on CPO exports in South Kalimantan Province. In increasing CPO production for the future, Indonesia is still superior because of the availability of sizeable tropical land for planting oil palm trees. Indonesia's CPO production, especially in South Kalimantan, continues to increase. It can be identified because of the influence of the amount of output, dollar exchange rate, and CPO price on South Kalimantan CPO exports?This research is research that uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Linear regression is one of the statistical tools used to describe the relationship between variables; the dependent and independent variables are used. The results showed that the amount of production (X1)) and the exchange rate of the Dollar (X3) together did not significantly influence the CPO Export of South Kalimantan (Y).]]>

<![CDATA[It is prominent to note that supply for money has become the most saturated literature amongst researchers. Therefore, our study is designed to investigate the money supply in Indonesia.We use five variables in our models: real GDP as a proxy of output, 3-month interbank interest rate, exchange rate, and two measures of money supply: narrow money (M1) and broad money (M2). We compile our data from Indonesia's economic and financial statistics, published by Bank Indonesia, and incorporate quarterly data, encompassing the 2011:1 to 2019:4 period of time. The multiple linear regression method is deployed to assess the effect of real GDP, interest rate, and exchange rate on M1 and M2 money supply. The estimation is executed separately following two proxies of the money supply.Our results imply that real GDP and exchange rate positively affect both M1 and M2 Money supply, while interest rate generates a negative effect. These results consider that Keynes's liquidity preferences theory is suitable to examine the money supply behavior of Indonesia, in addition to the exchange rate]]>

<![CDATA[The objectives of this study were (1) to analyze the feasibility of cultivating kelulut honey in Layuh village, Batu Benawa sub-district, Hulu Sungai Tengah regency (HST); (2) to Analyze the economic potential of kelulut honey cultivation in Layuh Village, Batu Benawa District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency (HST); (3) To find out the strategy for developing kelulut honey cultivation in Layuh Village, Batu Benawa District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency (HST). This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The location of this research is in Layuh Village, Batu Benawa District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency (HST).This study uses a feasibility analysis and a SWOT analysis. The results obtained in this study show that the cultivation of kelulut honey (Trigona Itama), which is managed by the local community, can be run and is feasible to manage. The development strategy in this SOWT business analysis must overcome existing weaknesses by taking advantage of emerging opportunities.]]>

<![CDATA[The objectives of this research are (1) To find out whether Health Sector Expenditures and Education Sector Expenditures are Persistently Influential on Human Development Index in South Kalimantan Province for the period 2010-2019; (2) To find out whether Health Sector Expenditure and Education Sector Expenditure Simultaneously Influence Human Development Index in South Kalimantan Province for the period 2010-2019; (3) To find out what variables are dominantly affecting Human Development Index in South Kalimantan Province 2010-2019. This research is expected to understand local governments, private groups, and community agencies' interest in economic development in South Kalimantan Province. This research method uses data collection methods by obtaining data from central statistical agencies and related agencies. After that, regression analysis is performed to see the influence of the independent variables on the dependent. The software used for regression analysis is Eviews. The results of this study indicate that regional spending on the health sector has a significant effect and a positive direction on the index of human development, and regional expenditure on the education sector has a significant effect and positive direction on the index of human development]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to see how the variables of gross domestic, regional product, wage, and inflation influence unemployment in regencies/cities in South Kalimantan and which factor has the most dominant influence on unemployment itself. This study uses secondary data from 2014-2019; the research area includes 13 districts/cities in South Kalimantan. This study uses cross-section data and time-series data, so the data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis with fixed effect model estimates. Multiple linear regression analysis of panel data shows that the gross regional domestic product variable has a significant and positive effect on unemployment. In contrast, other variables, namely wages and inflation, have a negative and insignificant impact on unemployment in the Regency / City of South Kalimantan Province.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to (1) develop strategies that need to be carried out in developing Bukit Matang Kaladan Tourism Object, (2) know the contribution of Bukit Matang Kaladan Tourism Object to the village's original income, and (3) know the role of government in developing Bukit Matang Tourism Object Kaladan. Respondents in this study were six respondents who were considered influential and experts. They knew the tourism situation, especially in Banjar District, which was used in data processing using the SWOT method. This study provides the results of developing the strategy that best suits the situation is the SO strategy (1) With the superiority of the landscape and maintaining a conducive tourist environment; tourists will continue to visit these attractions, plus a strategic location. (2) Maximizing the role of POKDARWIS and training provided by the Banjar Regency Culture and Tourism Office to promote tourism objects with the opportunities that are already available. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to determine how much the people of Panjaratan Village felt the impact of the development of the Bekantan Habitat Ecotourism in terms of income and job opportunities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive technique in collecting data, namely by observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with influential parties in the village who felt directly the impact they received from the tourism development.The results showed that the respondents agreed that tourism development impacted income and job opportunities for the community. However, the existence of tourism has not been able to increase the community's standard of living because tourism is still under development.]]>
