Abstract

This study aims to determine which factors have the most dominant influence on HDI disparities. The analysis used is the two independent sample difference test, namely to determine the condition of the HDI disparity between Banjarmasin City and Banjarbaru City and also uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of economic growth, employment opportunities, and poverty on HDI disparity and also to determine the most significant factors. dominantly affects the HDI disparity..Based on the research results, it shows that the HDI of the cities of Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru has always increased every year, thus human development in the cities of Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru is quite good, which means that in general the quality of education and health services is getting better. However, based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, only the poverty variable has a significant effect, while economic growth and job opportunities from both the city of Banjarmasin and the city of Banjarbaru do not have a significant effect on HDI, this happens because the purchasing power index of the city is insufficient, causing inequality. and also in large employment opportunities are more filled by outsiders or migrants, so that the job opportunities available do not affect job opportunities in the city.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) Determine the level of elasticity of changes in GRDP caused by changes in BPHTB revenue in Banjarbaru for the 2011-2020 period and (2) To determine the tax efforts of BPHTB in the City of Banjarbaru for the period 2011-2020. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The data used is secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agencies of Banjarbaru in 2011-2020. The results of the study show that from 2011-2020 as follows: (1) the elasticity level of GRDP changes caused by changes in Banjarbaru City BPHTB revenue has an average of 0.38% which means it tends to be inelastic or a value of less than 1 (E<1) . This indicates that BPHTB will experience a change of 1% due to an increase or decrease of less than 1% by GRDP. So that the growth of BPHTB revenue does not cause significant and significant changes (inelastic) due to changes in GRDP. (2) The level of tax effort also has an average value below 1, namely 0.404 (close to 0). The ability of the local government of Banjarbaru to collect BPHTB taxes is still low because it is far from the perfect value of tax effort, which is 1.

Abstract

LFPR is an important factor that can show how large the workforce is already working. The large number of workers who do not work causes the burden of dependence to be greater. In this study, it is shown that LFPR is influenced by growth in the number of MSMEs, household consumption, and minimum wages. In data processing, an ECM (error correction model) approach is used which looks at its long-term and short-term effects. In the long term and in the short term, the growth in the number of MSMEs and the minimum wage has a significant negative effect, while household consumption has a significant positive effect simultaneously or partially, except for the minimum wage variable in the short term which has an insignificant negative effect.
