Abstract

This study aims :(1) to determine the potential advantages of the hill Matangkaladan tourist attraction in the new average era. (2) To analyze the strategies that must be carried out to increase the number of tourist visits to the hill Matang Kaladan tourist attraction in the new average era. In this study, six respondents were considered to have an influence and role in developing the Matangkaladan Hill tourist attraction. The results of this study indicate that the potential advantages of the tourist attraction of Matang Kaladan are its beautiful natural scenery and complete facilities. The strategy that was produced in this study was the S-O. (1) strategy continues to maintain the unique and attractive natural beauty and hold attractions to increase tourist visits with easy-to-reach locations of the CHSE program to improve the safety and comfort of visitors during the COVID-19 period 19. (2) Increasing the achievement of leading tourism is capital to compete with other leading tourism throughout Indonesia through extensive social media and implementing the CHSE program to ebecome a leading tourist in the Covid-19 period.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the population number, human development index, GRDP per capita, and unemployment rate on the number of poor people in South Kalimantan from 2010 to 2019. The analytical method used in this research is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and panel data (pooled data), which is a combination of time-series data began in 2010 to 2019 and cross-section data in the form of 13 districts/cities data in the province South Borneo. The analysis in this study was carried out with Eviews 10 software. The results in this study are the Population Variable has a positive and significant effect on the Poor Population in South Kalimantan province, the Human Development Index Variable has a negative and insignificant impact on the Poor Population in South Kalimantan Province, the GRDP Per capita Variable has a negative and little effect on the Number of Poor population in South Kalimantan province, and the Number of Unemployment Variable has a positive and significant impact on the Number of Poor Population in South Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the growth rate of PAD revenue and PAD sources is, find out the low contribution of PAD sources and analyze the effectiveness and contribution of PAD and Balancing Fund revenues to North Barito Regency Regional Income in 2016-2020. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods using primary data sources and secondary data. The results showed that: (1) The growth rate of PAD was 8%, and the sources of PAD were taxes 16%, user fees 13%, legitimate wealth management 11% and other legitimate PAD 6%, all with unsuccessful criteria. (2) Regional retribution revenue is a source of PAD revenue with the lowest contribution of 9.17% (very low) in 2016-2020. (3) The average effectiveness of PAD in 2016-2020 is 96.46% (effective), and the average effectiveness of balancing funds in 2016-2020 is 99.88% (effective). (4) The average contribution of PAD revenue to regional income in 2016-2020 is 5.93% (very low) and the average contribution of balancing funds to regional income in 2016-2020 is 82.88% (very good).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between GRDP, Education Level, and Minimum Wage on Workforce Absorption in South Kalimantan Province in 2016-2020 and choose the most dominant factor influencing employment in regencies/cities in South Kalimantan Province. During the 2016-2020 period. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique that has been obtained uses a panel data regression analysis tool, and the fixed effect application model Eviews 10 is selected. These results show that GRDP, Education Level, and Minimum Wage affected Labor Absorption in South Kalimantan Province in 2016-202. Minimum Wage Variables are The most dominant variable influencing labor absorption in South Kalimantan Province in 2016-2020.

Abstract

This study shows the influence of the quality of human resources as measured by indicators of the human development index on economic growth Kalimantan. This study uses secondary data with quantitative types obtained from the Central Statistics Agency from 2013 to 2021. The data is a new method of mean years of schooling, life expectancy rate, per capita expenditure, and economic growth. This study uses panel data regression from 5 provinces in Kalimantan using classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, and coefficient determination. Partially, education level has a significant and negative effect on Kalimantan's economic growth, health has no significant and negative effect on Kalimantan's economic growth, and the economy has a significant and positive effect on Kalimantan's economic growth. Simultaneously, three independent variables significantly influence Kalimantan's economic growth. The most dominant variable is the economic variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the value of depletion and plantation degradation and the growth rate of Green GRDP in the current price of the Plantation Crops Sub-Sector in Kalimantan Region 2010, 2015, and 2020. The secondary data is collected from Badan Pusat Statistik. The analysis technique is used in the Green GRDP calculation method. The results show the regional depletion value of Kalimantan was Rp 14.56 trillion in 2010,  Rp 28.72 trillion in 2015, and Rp 53.37 trillion in 2020. The value of regional degradation in Kalimantan in 2010 was Rp 1.57 billion, then Rp 35.52 billion in 2015, and Rp 4.78 billion in 2020. The growth rate of Green GRDP in current price tends to weaken where the growth rate in 2010-2015 was 55.52% and in 2015-2020 dropped to 12.23%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting fish traders' profits in the Kalindo Banjarmasin market. The research location is in the Kalindo Market Banjarmasin, with a population and sample of 31 traders. They are using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The data in this study were sourced from primary data from interviews and questionnaires. Variables consist of profit, working capital, working hours, labor, and types of merchandise. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis (OLS) with a significance level 0.05. The results of the study indicate that the factors of working capital, working hours, labor, and the type of merchandise together significantly affect the profits of Kalindo fish traders. Factors of operating money, working hours, and labor partially affect traders' profits. The influence of working capital factors, working hours, labor, and types of merchandise on fish traders' profit is 70%, and other factors explain 30%.

Abstract

Research shows the effect of investment, labor, and education level on gross regional domestic product in Kalimantan. The data used in this study are quantitative secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the One Stop Integrated Investment Service from 2014 to 2020. The data in question are investment realization data, the the number of people working in the workforce, the average length of schools, and gross regional domestic product at constant prices. This study uses the Ordinary Least Square method using panel data from 5 provinces in Kalimantan from 2014 to 2020 by testing classical assumptions and hypotheses. Partially, investment and education level have an insignificant positive effect on gross regional domestic product, while labor has a significant positive impact on gross regional domestic product in Kalimantan. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly affect the gross regional domestic product. The most influential variable on gross regional domestic product is labor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the restaurant tax, the contribution of the restaurant tax to local revenue, and the elasticity of the restaurant tax on GRDP in Banjarmasin from 2011 to 2020. This research makes use of descriptive and quantitative research methods. The data is secondary from the Central Statistics Agency and BPKPAD. The results showed that the extent of the effectiveness of restaurant tax revenues was categorized as very effective, with a mean of 112.85%. In the meantime, the contribution of restaurant tax to local revenue remains less significant, with a standard of 14.27%. The elasticity of restaurant tax revenue on GRDP has a standard of -79.25%, which is classified as inelastic, meaning that every 1% change in GRDP can lessen the realization of restaurant taxes using -79.25.

Abstract

Many factors cause the distribution of positive cases and deaths of Covid-19 in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of welfare, Education, and health services on positive cases and fatalities of COVID-19 from 128 regencies and municipalities in Java and Bali islands. Data were collected from BPS and kawalcovid19.id. This study applied the Ordinary Least Squared method in two models. The variables are converted into Natural Logarithmic. The results of the regression of Model I show a high determination coefficient value of 0.718 with the value of the Regional GDP income per capita of (-0.389), Regional GDP (0.739), and Education (2.139) affect the distribution of the positive cases of Covid-19, except variable of Poverty (0.045) whose results are not significant. Meanwhile, Model II shows a regression result of Positive Covid-19 cases (0.999), Regional GDP income per capita (1.052), Regional GDP (-0.955) can affect the death cases of Covid-19 (0.151), Education (0.-431), and Health (0.-165) with nonsignificant results. Moreover, in this Model, the independent variable can affect the spread of death cases of Covid-19 by 59.3%.
