Abstract

This study aimed at determining : the effect of absorption, the effect of budgeting clarity on budget absorption, and the effect of budgeting participation and budget absorption with budget clarity as the moderating variable. The Population in this study amounted to 35 people consisting of the Deanof the Faculty, Deputy Dean of General Administration and Financial Planning, Head of General Academic and student Administration Bereau, Head of Division, Head of Subdivision, Head of Department and General Functional position especially in education fieldsat state Islamic Insitute of Ambon. With Purposive Sampling technique, a sample of 35 people was obtained. Techniques of data analysis used in this study were multiple linear regression analysis and T test to examine the effect of independent variables, moderate variables, and dependent variables. The result of this study showed that : 1) budgeting participation did not affect the budget absorption because the significant value exceeds alpha 5% which is 41,3%.  2) budget clarity affected budget absorption because the significant value is less than alpha 5% which is 0%.  3) budgeting participation affected budget absorption with budget clarity  as the moderating variable because the significant value is less than alpha 5% which is 0%.   Keyword : Budgeting Participation, Budget Clarity, Budget Absorption.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and provide evidence of the influence of machiavellian nature, moral development, and locus of control on dysfunctional behavior both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study with several hypothesis tests. The sample was 55 BPK auditors and BPKP Maluku Province Representatives in Ambon City. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. Primary data were obtained from questionnaire measurements with a Likert scale to test the validity and reliability of the data.The results of the study based on the validity and reliability test showed that the data was valid and reliable. Based on the t test and F test shows that the nature of Machiavellian, Moral Development, and Locus of Control influence partially and simultaneously on Dysfunctional Behavior. Variable Machiavellian Properties and Locus of Control have a positive correlation with Dysfunctional Behavior, while moral development has a negative correlation with Dysfunctional Behavior. These three variables have a strong and direct relationship and have a high percentage of dysfunctional behavior. Keywords: Machiavellian Traits, Moral Development, Locus of Control, and Dysfunctional Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of developing a GPM Rumah Sakit Sumber Hidup (RSSH). To achieve the above objectives the Capital Budgeting Approach is used which includes the Calculation of Payback Period, Calculation of Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return. In the Calculation used moderate, pessimistic, and optimistic conditions.The results obtained are that the mederat and optimistic scenario of the development effort is feasible to be carried out, whereas in the pessimistic scenario the effort to develop RSSH is not feasible in calculating the Payback Period and the internal rate of return. While the current value approach (NPV) is feasible.Based on the results of these calculations it can be concluded that the effort to develop RSSH is feasible to be carried out because the calculation results show profitable results. Keyword: RSSH Development Opportunity - Feasibility Analysis - Eligible To Be Done

Abstract

The Global Fund is a non-governmental international organization engaged in the health sector, which aims to attract, channel and manage resource to fight against HIV / AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. The management of the Global Find is under supervision of the Health Office of Maluku Province. The aims of this study was to determinate the effect of planning documents, administration records, human resources competency, and inventory money on the absorption of the Global Fund grant budget for TB Patiens in Health Office of Maluku Provincial both partially and simultaneously.This study was a descriptive quantitative research using survey menhod. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis, conducting classical assumption tests first.The results showed that: Planning documents affected budget absorption. This showed the good or bad planning documents presented by Health Office of Maluku province would affect budget absorption; Adminitration records did not affect budget absorption. This showed that the good or bad administrative registration system at Health Office of Maluku Province did not budget absorption. Human resource competence did not affect budget absorption. This showed that the grant did not depend on human resources competency at health Office of Maluku Province. Planning documents had a positive effect on budgetabsorption. This showed that the more payment form would affice absorption Province. Inventory money did not affect the absorption budget. This showed that the better the inventory money mechanism for Global Fund grants for TB patien at the Health office of Maluku Province did not necessarily increase budget absorption. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of SOCO (Service orientation customer orientation) on increasing sales performance at Sophie Paris in Ambon City. Test and analyze the effect of adaptability on increasing sales performance at Sophie Paris in Ambon City. Test and analyze the effect of communication quality on improving sales performance at Sophie Paris in Ambon City. The sample is a portion or representative of the population surveyed totaling 50 respondents or at best more than 100 respondents. For this reason, the sample in this study was 100 people and the purposive sampling method was used as a sampling technique with special consideration so that it was suitable to be sampled. Considerations taken in determining the sample are: (1). Consumer users of Sophie Paris products. (2). Men & women aged 17 years and over. (3). Based in the Ambon city area.The results obtained are SOCO influencing the adaptability of Sophie Martin products in Ambon City. SOCO affects the quality of communication on Sophie Martin products in Ambon City. SOCO influences service performance on Sophie Martin products in Ambon City. Adaptability influences service performance on Sophie Martin Products in Ambon City. Abstract

    This study aims to find out partially the effect of transparency, value for money, and income on financial management of IAIN Ambon. And to find out transparency, value for money, and income jointly affect the financial management of IAIN Ambon. The population in this study amounted to 60 people consisting of all Echelon II, III and IV officials and JFUs in particular the education sector as well as the entire Chair and Secretary of the departments at IAIN Ambon. With a Purposive Sampling technique, a sample of 30 people was obtained. The data analysis technique used is path analysis, for hypothesis testing using the T test, which is to find out the effect partially between the independent variable and the dependent variable, and the F test to know the effect simultaneously of all independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is no positive and significant effect between transparency and financial management in Ambon IAIN. 2) There is a positive and significant effect between Value for Money and Ambon IAIN financial management. 3) There is a positive and significant effect between Revenue and Ambon IAIN financial management. 4) There is a positive and significant effect together between Transparency, Value for Money, and Revenue with the financial management of IAIN Ambon. Keywords: Transparency, Value for Money, Income, and Financial Management

Abstract

The rise of competition in the culinary field today, makes entrepreneurs to innovate and be creative in order to continue to increase their selling value and positioning among other competitors. One important factor that needs to be considered by culinary entrepreneurs is the atmosphere of the cafe. It is inevitable that the cafe atmosphere is one of the factors of visitors when choosing a place to gather because the cafe atmosphere is a physical characteristic that is very important in creating a comfortable atmosphere for consumers who are in the cafe and can indirectly affect the consumer picture and buying behavior. This study aims to determine customer loyalty based on the influence of the café atmosphere and customer satisfaction so that customers make transactions on an ongoing basis. The population in this study were all customers of the White Sand Cafe. From this population 100 customers were selected to be the sample in this study. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis process uses IBM SPSS ver. 23 and PLS-SEM approach with XLSTAT. As a result, the café's atmosphere has an effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty of the Pasir Putih Cafe in Ambon City. Keywords: Cafe Atmosphere, Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital adequacy, liquidity and credit risk on financial performance measured using ROA and lending.The population in this study is the Maluku Maluku bank in the period 2008-2015. The number of samples used is 10-year quarterly data. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, T test, F test using SPSS program.This shows that the CAR variable has no effect on ROA, the LDR variable has no effect on ROA, the NPL variable has no effect on ROA, the CAR variable has no effect on total credit, the LDR variable has an effect on total credit, the NPL variable has no effect on total credit. Keywords: CAR, LDR, NPL, ROA, TOTAL CREDIT

Abstract

Civil Servants as government servants and public servants are required to show performance and provide an optimal role in national development. Good employee performance with a high work ethic will help agencies to be able to meet the agency's targets, whereas if employee performance decreases and is bad it will harm the agency. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of discipline on employee work performance at the Balai Great Conservation of Natural Resources (KSDA) of West Papua. This research method is a quantitative method. The population used is employees to find out and analyze the effect of discipline on employee work performance at the West Papua Natural Resources Conservation Center (KSDA). The sample used was employees to find out and analyze the effect of discipline on the work performance of employees at the West Papua Natural Resources Conservation Center (KSDA) with 42 people. The result of this research is that there is a significant influence between discipline and employee performance in knowing and analyzing the influence of discipline on the work performance of employees at the West Papua Natural Resources Conservation Center (KSDA), it can be seen from the partial test results (t test), resulting t - count 5,290> t-table 1,683, meaning that it is significant (df1 = 2 - 1 = 1 and df2 = 42 - 2 = 40). Significant here means that the Hypothesis is accepted. That is, because t-count> t-table. Keywords: Discipline and Work Performance

Abstract

Pottery industry has existed in Ouw village since long time ago, and the people of this community work as sempe – belanga (clay pot) craftsmen. It is a traditional business inherited from their ancestors and has been passed down from generation.This business is the only home industry growing in the District of Saparua in the Central Molluccas Regency and is one of the sources for the locals’ income.This research, conducted in the District of Saparua especially in Ouw village in Central Moluccas, this reseach aim to describe the effect of job skills and work experience on the performance of craftsmen. To find the answer, some craftsmen, totaling 50 people, Primary data collection method used is the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is the technique of multiple regression analysis. The results of the regression used that job skills and work experience have a positive and significant influence of the performance of craftsmen. Keywords: Skills, Work experience and Performance
