Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pengendalian internal dan komitmen organisasi terhadap pencegahan fraud pengadaan barang pada rumah sakit pemerintah Kota Ambon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Objek yang diteliti adalah karyawan bagian keuangan, bagian perencanaan dan bagian logistik (pengadaan barang). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif terhadap pencegahan fraud pengadaan barang, (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap pencegahan fraud pengadaan barang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style and work stress on the performance of banking employees moderated by motivation. This study is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires directly to employees of Bank Maluku, Bank Mandiri, BNI, BTN, and BRI. Data processing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis and MRA. The results in this study show that leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, work stress has a negative effect on employee performance, based on the moderating test of work motivation moderates leadership style on employee performance, and work motivation moderates work stress on employee performance.

Abstract

The research carried out to know the influence of local tax and retribution on the improvement of local government original receipt (Pendapatan Asli Daerah/PAD). The population of research are whole of regency/municipality in Provinsi Maluku, by eleven samples of regency/municipality. The research’s data taken from the actual of local government budget (Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah/APBD) that taken from five years, starting from 2011 until 2015. Data achieved from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Republik Indonesia with total samples are fifty-five. Regression shown that there are the influence among local tax and retribution on local government original receipt. This case shown that local tax and retribution give high contribution to improve the local government original receipt.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of the presentation and accessibility of regional financial reports on the accountability of regional financial management. This research is a quantitative research with several hypothesis testing. A sample of 87 respondents consisting of heads of offices, secretaries, heads of divisions, heads of sections and staff from each OPD of the Ambon City Government, who are involved in the process of managing regional finances. Based on the t test, it shows that the presentation of regional financial reports has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of regional financial management, while the accessibility of regional financial reports has no effect on the accountability of regional financial management. This is because regional financial reports have not been published openly through the mass media and information on regional financial reports is difficult to access by external parties.

Abstract

Senda Yunita Leatemia, in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, a business is required to adopt existing technology to run its business. This study aims to determine the benefits that are felt after adopting e-commerce, the technology capabilities of UMKM to adopt e-commerce, and the level of application of e-commerce adoption to UMKM. The research method in this study is a quantitative method. Data analysis method used in descriptive statistical analysis using frequency tables. The results of this study state that the benefits of e-commerce are classified in the useful category, the technology capabilities are in the low category, and the level of e-commerce adoption is in the category low.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the user’s technical ability, the effectiveness of accounting information systems, and the suitability of technology tasks on individual performance in the Regional Apparatus Organization of the Maluku Provincial Government. This study uses a purposive sampling technique, where the sample taken is a sample that has the criteria determined by the researcher, namely employees who work in the accounting and finance divisions who use information technology. This results of this study partially show that the technical ability of the user, the effectiveness of accounting information systems, and the suitability of technology tasks affect individual performance in the Regional Apparatus Organization of the Maluku Provincial Government. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and provide evidence of the influence of machiavellian nature, moral development, and locus of control on dysfunctional behavior both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study with several hypothesis tests. The sample was 55 BPK auditors and BPKP Maluku Province Representatives in Ambon City. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. Primary data were obtained from questionnaire measurements with a Likert scale to test the validity and reliability of the data.The results of the study based on the validity and reliability test showed that the data was valid and reliable. Based on the t test and F test shows that the nature of Machiavellian, Moral Development, and Locus of Control influence partially and simultaneously on Dysfunctional Behavior. Variable Machiavellian Properties and Locus of Control have a positive correlation with Dysfunctional Behavior, while moral development has a negative correlation with Dysfunctional Behavior. These three variables have a strong and direct relationship and have a high percentage of dysfunctional behavior. Keywords: Machiavellian Traits, Moral Development, Locus of Control, and Dysfunctional Behavior.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems and internal control systems on the quality of financial statements with the quality of human resources as a moderating variable. This research uses population studies or census studies. This study are primary data obtained from direct distribution of questionnaires. This result of the study partially show that the effectiveness of accounting information systems and internal control systems has an effect on the quality of financial statements. Analysis of moderating variables using the absolute different  value  approach  shows  that  the  quality  of  human  resources  is  able  to  moderate  the effectiveness of the accounting information system but is not able to moderate the internal control system on the quality of financial statements. Keywords: Effectiveness of Accounting Information System, Internal Control System, Quality of Financial Statement, and Quality of Human Resources.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion on the performance of MSMEs. This research is a quantitative research that uses primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires that are distributed directly to MSMEs in Aru Islands Regency, Maluku. Data processing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs and financial inclusion does not affect the performance of MSMEs. Implications of the research for MSMEs who have the ability and knowledge to manage finances effectively wiil be able to improve the performance of the businesses they run and the result of this research are used as input for MSMEs to pay attention to financial literacy and financial inclusion to improve the current performance.

Abstract

Senda Yunita Leatemia, this study aimed to determine the effect of training andwork experience to the performance of employees in Badan Pusat StatistikMaluku. This type of research used in this study is quantitative and researchmethods used is the method of explanation (explanatory research). In this studyused all population as sample and obtained 61 valid sample. The analyticalmethod used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. Theresults of this study prove two things, there is a simultaneous effect betweentraining and work experience of the performance and there is a partial effect workexperience on the performance, while training has no effect on the performance.This means that work experience can significantly improve the performance ofemployees who worked at the Badan Pusat Statistik Maluku.
