This study aims to describe the value of heroism in Tere Liye's novel Rindu. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data source is the novel Rindu by Tere Liye published by Republika in 2014. In this novel, it tells of a large ship that makes a pilgrimage for 9 months, and inside it is full of happy stories and tears. The research data is in the form of quotes in the form of words, phrases, sentences or paragraphs that show the classification of heroism values ​​in Tere Liye's novel Rindu. The data collection technique in this research is library technique. Through the reading, listening, and note-taking stages used as a reference in relation to the research subject to be studied. The data analysis technique used is the content analysis technique which includes repeated reading activities, data collection and classification, data presentation and analysis, as well as rechecking and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the value of heroism in the novel Rindu by Tere Liye includes (1) sensitivity, (2) sincerity, (3) love, (4) sacrifice and patience, and (5) unity.

The purpose of research is (1) to describe and describe the class of the main character in Andrea hirata’s Padang Bulan novel, (2) describe and describe the moral character of the lead character in Andrea hirata, (3) describe and explain the value of character education and relevance in Andrea hirata’s Padang Bulan novel. It is kind of qualitative study with content analysis and with an approach to literary psychology. The object of this research is Andrea hirata’s Padang Bulan novel. Data obtained is analyzed with qualitative descriptive techniques. The emotional development on the protagonist named Enong in a prairie novel based on love or affection in fear and sadness. The result includes a (1) person’s emotional development in a Padang Bulan novel based on the findings of love or affection, fear and sadness. (2) The moral development of the character in Andrea hirata’s prairie novel is that the religious, esteem has a death-fear, fear of loneliness and a strong friendship with friend’s and family. The value of karakter education and relevance contained in Andre hirata’s Padang Bulan novel the religious independent hard work of the democratic collegiate discipline of creationism and nationalistic fervor.

This research departs from the lack of teacher ability in making Learning Planning Administration (APP) that matches the instrument of acridiation in 2017. It was discovered when carrying out coaching tasks to teachers in target schools. There are still many teachers who do not understand what it takes to create an APP. Therefore, this study aims to: (1) improve the ability of teachers in making APP according to the instrument of akriditasi; and (2) improved teacher ability to make APP according to acrydition instrument. The research method used is School Action Research (PTS). The stages of the method are: (1) Planning; (2) Implementation; (3) Reflection; and (4) Observations. After the implementation of supervision on the analysis of high school accreditation instruments / MA to the teachers of target schools in Sambas District through the supervision of individuals and groups. Results obtained: (1) There was an increase in teacher ability in making APP in the even semester for the annual program from 77.2% to 83.2% increased by 6.0%, semester programs from 75% to 82.3% increased 7.3%, syllabus from 70.7% to 84.1% increased 13.4%, RPP from 66.8% to 74.6% increased 7.8% and KKM from 37.5% to 75.0% increased 37.5%; and (2) The average value of teacher ability in making APP from 65.4% to 79.8% with an increase of 14.4%.

Humans are social beings who have a variety of traits, characters and behaviors. Human personality is influenced by himself or another individual around him which results in their behavior of daily life. The purpose of this research using qualitative descriptive method using Alfred Adler's theory of personality psychology is to describe: (1) personality deviations of the main character in the novel Perempuan di Titik Nol by Nawal el-Sadawi, (2) factors causing the personality deviation of the main character in the novel Perempuan di titik nol by Nawal el - Sadawi. The data collection techniques used in this research are (1) literature study (2) documentation study. the results of research analysis show that various personality conflicts and psychological pressures experienced by Firdaus causes major changes in the main character, various behavioral deviations resulting in fundamental changes in the character of the main character which will last until the end of his life.

This study entitled the Use of Speech Actions in incantations in the "Didin Kota" Ritual of the Matabesi Makerek Badaen (Lidak) Tribe, Belu Regency, Nusa Tenggara Timur Province. This re-search is based on the reality that incantations are still used by the people of Nusa Tenggara Timur, especially Belu Regency in the Didin Kota ritual. Research to describe and explain the use of speech acts in incantations in the ritual "Didin Kota" in the Matabesi Makerek Badaen (Lidak) Tribe. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this research is the city didin ritual. The techniques used in this study were interviews, recordings, and documenta-tion. So that the results of interviews with informants can be transcribed. The data of this re-search is the use of speech acts in the incantations in the ritual "Didin Kota" in the Matabesi Makerek Badaen (Lidak) tribe, Belu Regency, Nusa Tenggara Timur. The results showed the use of illocutionary speech acts in the form of directive speech acts. Based on the use of speech acts in incantations in the ritual "Didin Kota" from the transcripts of interviews with informants, it is hoped that the public can deepen and understand more about the use of speech acts in incanta-tions in general and in detail. So you can find out the intent and purpose of the incantations spoken.

This study aims to describe: (1) the value of character education in the novel Perempuan Berkalung Sorban (2) the novel as a teaching material for literature learning in class XII SMA. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data source in this study is a document in the form of the novel Perempuan Berkalung Sorban by Abidah El Khalieqy. The data collection of this research includes reading, recording, and analyzing documents. The data analysis technique used in this study is a content analysis technique which includes data reduction, data presentation, and data inference. The results of this study (1) the value of character education that appears in the novel Perempuan Berkalung Sorban is religious, hard work, democratic, curiosity, fond of reading, and social care (2) the novel Perempuan Berkalung Sorban can be used as teaching material for learning literature in the classroom. XII SMA with basic competency in analyzing the contents and language of the novel.

This study aims to: (1) improve students' learning activities in the Indonesian language learning process using scanning techniques. (2) improve learning outcomes through speed reading. The research method uses quantitative descriptive through the analysis of learning outcomes activities collected through reading comprehension tests with scanning techniques. The subjects studied were students of class 1 MI P2A Meri totaling 30 students. Instruments used through tests or questions. The study was conducted in two cycles, the first cycle obtained data on the average score of learning activities 7.8 with good category. The second cycle an average score of 8.9 in the very good category. In the learning outcome activities also showed an increase, namely in the first cycle the comparison between students who had increased and decreased was 30% and 70%, meaning that there were still many students who did not understand the reading material in cycle one. After using the scanning method in the second cycle, there was an increase in student learning outcomes, namely 90% of students with increased results and 10% of students experiencing steady and decreasing results. Based on the data, this study shows that reading comprehension with scanning techniques is very appropriate to improve learning activities and student learning outcomes.

This study aims to provide an overview of the application of distance learning with the blended learning method in Istiqomah Sambas PAUD. The research method used is a qualitative method. Interviews and documentation are the main techniques for collecting data in research. The collected data were analyzed using steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The result of the research is Blended learning which is implemented in PAUD Istiqomah Sambas, namely the full blended learning model. With a time allocation of 66.67% for online learning and 33.33% for offline learning. Online learning is carried out through Google Classroom and zoom meetings while offline learning is carried out individually through a home visit. Learning assessment is carried out through observation of photo documents or videos of student activities and observation of the process of playing activities by parents. The results of the learning implementation are as follows: The activeness of students in sending learning assignments through Google Classroom is 76.56%, the attendance of students in virtual learning through zoom meetings is 86.99%, while in home visit learning is 94.2%. The achievement of students' development in the first semester of the 2020/2021 school year was 63.69%.Blended learning, PAUD, Covid 19

SIBAMAS magazine is an early childhood magazine used in learning activities in PAUD, especially banyumas regency. In SIBAMAS magazine there are various indicators with images that can develop the emotional social value of early childhood according to their age. Social emotional values which are to provide knowledge and skills to children through habituation and example. These emotional social values that will later form a positive attitude for children, so that children can adjust to themselves and the community environment. Based on my research, that the emotional social value in SIBAMAS magazine is in accordance with indicators of early childhood emotional social development in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 137 of 2014 on national standards of early childhood education. The scope of social emotional development in it there is the value of self-awareness, a sense of responsibility for oneself and the human being. This research uses qualitative methods that seek to understand field phenomena descriptively. The research location taken was at an early childhood education institution, RA Bani Malik Ledug, Twin of Banyumas. RA Bani Malik is still carrying out learning through whatsapp application. The data source collected comes from interview, observation and documentation data. For data verification is done using Miles and Huberman analysis, from data collection to data presentation, and triangulation methods are carried out. The results showed that the implementation of distance learning with the theme of The Universe and My Body is Healthy and Strong, done with the whatsapp application through the video call feature, because it can only use video calls with eight users, RA Bani Malik divides each class into three groups. Before the learning with this theme was carried out, RA Bani Malik first carried out the planning. This planning is carried out every week, to determine the activities that will be carried out in accordance with the theme.
