Abstract

SMK Negeri 7 Samarinda aspires to be a world-class information and communication technology school. It is important for students to understand about technology advancements in order to become employable human resources in the workplace. Teachers' roles in schools are critical in helping students learn this, hence vocational school teachers should have Internet of Things (IoT) training. The workshop will take place entirely online, utilizing Google Meet. Following the training, it can be inferred that partners will have a simple understanding of the IoT technology work system, particularly when the pilot is deployed. Partners can learn and grasp the notion of blended learning models with IoT through workshops and facilities.

Abstract

An exam is a type of examination or evaluation used to assess a person's abilities. Meanwhile, developing an online exam system in schools can help with the correction process. The waterfall method was utilized to design the system. The waterfall approach is used to carry out the procedure in a sequential manner. The system can be accessible by three types of users: administrators, teachers, and students. The implementation of an online exam system in schools has shown to aid teachers in the correction process, allowing grades to be acquired immediately following the exam.

Work activities resumed in the office at the beginning of 2022, although productivity remained low. As a result, initiatives to encourage employee performance development, such as through training to increase employee work ethic, are required. Identification of partner issues, training, and evaluation are the three stages of this program. Participants were satisfied with the substance and design of the training delivered, according to the evaluation results.
