Abstract

The incidence of allergic disease in children has been increasing in the last 2 decades worldwide, including Indonesia. The increase in the incidence rate is estimated due to lifestyle changes and pollution. Allergic diseases can have a long-term negative impact, thus disrupting the quality of a child's life and disrupting the growth process. In various regions of Indonesia, the incidence of allergies varies from 30% to 60%.This research uses quantitative research explanation with case study method approach.The results of this case study where all action plans have been implemented ie in this case encourage the mother to continue breastfeeding to her child and stop giving formula milk. Cow milk allergy in infants can bertatasai by collaborating with dr. Children in terms of drug delivery and care provided. Keywords : Baby, Cow's milk allergy

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the use of the injectable contraceptive menstrual disorders in family planning acceptors syringes in health centers-Bone Bone North Luw.This type of research is quantitative research with cross sectional. The sample in this study are acceptor injections that come to visit at the time of the study in Health Center  Bone-bone North Luwu in 2015 as many as 41 people with purposive sampling techniques.The results showed there is a relationship between the use of injectable contraceptive with menstrual disorders on injecting kb acceptor- Health Center Bone Bone North Luwu in 2015, where the value of p = 0.000 <value α: 0:05.For midwives who work in the health center Bone-bone further improve the coverage of family planning acceptors and counseling about the side effects of injections on the acceptors. Abstract

Indonesia is one country that is now entering a new phase, a variety of things that were once not a child's behavior - children, now prevalent in our country. Crime and violations of public life as well as deviant behavior by adults only done when it is now in almost every area we have encountered in the lives of children - children of Indonesia, and we can not deny that many children - children who commit criminal acts.In line with the times, followed by the development of various aspects of life, such as the economy, science and technology and then giving both positive and negative impacts. The positive effect is the creation of a wide range of quality products and technology, openness and ease of information obtained through the mass media, electronic media or through the Internet system that aims to enable people to access the information needed. While the negative impact of the current era of globalization, among others, an increase in value crisis of ethics and morals, a lack of a sense of togetherness in public life, concern for fellow human beings thinning, where it has the potential to grow and improve posture against the law in various forms of life both by adults even done by children - children. Establishment of Law - Law No. 23 of 2002 on Child Protection suggests that the Republic of Indonesia is obliged to ensure the welfare of each - each of its citizens, including the protection of children's rights are a basic human right, but the reality is far desire from what is described in the constitution and laws - laws that apply in the country of Indonesia. In accordance with the Act - Act N0. 11 of 2012 on Juvenile Court expressly pointed out that the investigator who handled the case child should be experienced as an investigator, has an interest, attention, dedication and understanding the problems of children, and no less important is have followed technical training on juvenile justice. In response to these conditions, to note the legal protection of children and juvenile justice systems.This study is a doctrinal and non-doctrinal combines normative research and empirical research using annotations through library research methods and field research method. Keywords : Legal Protection, Criminal acts of child, Police investigation.

Abstract

Background: Iron deficiency anemia is a disorder that most often occurs during pregnancy. Pregnant women generally experience depletion of iron, so just give a little iron to the fetus is required for normal iron metabolism. Hereafter, they will be anemic at the time of maternal hemoglobin levels fall below 11 g / dl. Objectives: To determine the effect of giving iron tablets for hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in Kamanre Public Health Centers in 2016. Methods: This research is an evaluation study on the provision of iron tablets to pregnant women, where measurements were taken before and after giving of hemoglobin iron tablets. This research used 30 samples that had not received iron tablets during pregnancy. Results: There was no effect of giving iron tablets with status between the initial and finalhemoglobin (p = 0563 > p = 0.05) which proves that there is a distribution change of patients with anemia after giving iron tablets in pregnant women. Suggestion: During pregnancy, pregnant women taking iron tablets according to standard antenatal care during pregnancy is 90 tablets. Key words: Tablet Fe, Hb,Pregnant women

Abstract

This thesis is aimed to describe the role of Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah (IMM) in changing the religious behavior of the students of Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah Palopo, in which its problem is described in three sub-problems, as follows: to find out the role of Darul Arqam Dasar, Darul Arqam Madya, and Islamic studies toward the change of the students' religious behavior at Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah Palopo, to find out the supporting factors and the obstacles of the change of the students' religious behavior at Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah Palopo, to find out the solution to cope with the obstacles of the change of the students' religious behavior at Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah Palopo.This research is a qualitative research with primary data source taken from Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah Palopo through the interviews with the main informants, and the secondary data are the literatures and the related questionnaires. The data collecting instrument is the researcher as human instrument to determine the research focus, to collect the data, to assess the data quality, to interpret the data, and to make conclusion. The interview guide, observation, and documents are the complements.The findings and the data analysis show that there is a significant influence of the formal trainings and Islamic studies of Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah (IMM) " toward the change of the studentligious behavior at Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah Palopo. This is because of the training process and studies are conducted to encourage the students to improve their faith, worship, and morality. The outputs the training are expected to have tauhid-based aqidah, consistency in performing worship, high morality, and fighting spirit or spirit of movement. Key words : Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah, Change, behavior, religious

Abstract

Health services are any efforts that are held personal or together within an organization to maintain and improve health, prevent, and cure diseases and restore the health of individuals, families, groups, or society. Buntu Sarek villageis is one village in the village Latimojong district with the general state of the topografi. Buntu Sarek village is a plateau area and the hills and located at an altitude between 600-2500 m above sea level. Health services are always concentrated in urban areas alone and while it was preliminary study found the lack of utilization of health care services in the district Latimojong reasons long distances and can still be treated traditionally.The aims of the research to analyze the factors that influence decision of communities on the selection of a health care services in Latimojong district 2016. Descriptive analytic design with cross sectional study approach, the number of respondents as many as 61 heads of families who are assigned using method simple random sampling . Data collected by a questionnaire and analyzed using univariate and bivariate using Chi-Square statistical test.Conclusion of the research was prove there are significant influence on the distance of health care services selection (p= 0.006), there is a significant influence on the culture of health care services selection (p = 0.000) and there is significant effect on the information of health care services selection (p= 0.000). Suggestions in this research will wish governments and communities work together, care services in Latimojong district, so that people have the ability to reach quality health services and obtain health insurance.Key words : Distance, Culture, Information, Health Care Services Selection

Abstract

The research aimed at investigating the effect of the cork fish extract delivery on the interleukin-6 content change on the parturition women with the rupture perineum in the Specific Hospital of Mother and Child, Sitti Fatimah, Makassar. This was the quasi experimental research with the pre-post tes group design taken from the parturition women with the rupture perineum. Sample were as many as 30, in wich 15 the parturition women with the rupture perineum of degree II who were given the cork fish extract as the intervention were give Health Education as the control group. The measurement of IL-6 content was conducted one day post partum and after 7 das treatment. The data were analysed using Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney test. The research result indicated that there is the significant effect of the cork fish extract delivery on the decrease of IL-6 content namely: the intervention group is p= 0.02 and control group is p=1.00. Keyword : Cork fish extract, IL-6 content, parturition women
