Abstract

Research has been carried out on a Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) at the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) Jambi Province Semester II in 2021. The survey was carried out as an effort to improve the quality of public services in accordance with PERMENPAN RB RI Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Compiling a Satisfaction Survey Community Public Service Implementation Unit. SKM is one of the tools used by the public service unit to evaluate the performance of the services carried out by the unit, in this case the Jambi Province Investment and One Stop Service (DPMPTSP). This study uses a descriptive approach with mixed methods and research instruments, namely the distribution of online and offline questionnaires, review of documentation and observations. The population is people who have received licensing services in Jambi Province and data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. The survey was conducted based on Permenpan RB Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Compiling a Community Satisfaction Survey using 9 indicators in the Likert scale interval range of 1-4. The results obtained that the average value of the Community Satisfaction Survey in the Jambi Province DPMPTSP in 2021 for the second semester period was the Very category. Good (A) with a score of 91.64. Most of the relationships between elements have been correlated, from 36 relationships there were 27 relationships or 75% had correlations while 9 (nine) relationships were not significant so they had no correlation. The priority scale for service improvement is contained in elements of systems, mechanisms, and procedures, elements of completion time, elements of implementing behavior, elements of handling complaints, suggestions and inputs, as well as elements of product specifications for types of services.

Abstract

Online learning events carried out for students with ADHD certainly cause children to experience more difficulties, but parents also experience complex problems in assisting children's online learning during Covid-19. According to Ryff, mental well-being consists of six distinct dimensions. This study aims to determine the mental well-being of parents of ADHD children aged 6-12 years who are undergoing online learning based on Ryff's theory. This study uses a qualitative research design. The results of this study indicate that the parents' condition of mental well-being is quite low. Parents are still able to organize and make decisions when there is online learning. However, online learning affects the acceptance of their situation, fosters good relationships with others, manages and takes advantage of existing opportunities, sees the meaning of experiences before and after accompanying children to learn online and is not aware of their potential.

Abstract

Keluarga merupakan pendidik yang pertama untuk anak-anak dan penentu kebijaksanaan, kebolehan dan kepintaran anak-anak. Lingkungan keluarga dapat mencontohkan di rumah dengan membiasakan membaca apa saja seperti koran, majalah, tabloid, buku. menyediakan bahan-bahan bacaan yang menarik dan mendidik, mengajak anak berkunjung ke pameran buku sesering mungkin dan memasukkan anak menjadi anggota perpustakaan dan lain sebagainya. Hal tersebut adalah upaya untuk bagaimana anak menjadi gemar membaca untuk menunjang pengetahuannya dan mengembangkan wawasan anak. Persentase kegemaran membaca di Indonesia menurut berbagai penelitian masih terbilang jauh dari membanggakan, oleh karena itu keluarga sangat berpengaruh penting dalam hal membudayakan membaca kepada anak. Sesuatu yang ditanamkan dan dibiasakan oleh orang tua sebagai dasar karakter anak itulah yang kelihatan dalam diri anak pada tahap berikutnya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa tinggi tingkat motivasi dan kinerja tenaga kerja honor. Fenomenanya di entitas pemerintah tinggkat motivasi kerja tenaga kerja honor sulit di jelaskan, dan aspek motivasi kerja mereka rendah. Dari sisi tanggungjawab, tupoksi dan gaji tidak memiliki kesamaan dengan tenaga kerja tetap. Perbedaan ini menjadi gap yang perlu dijelaskan dalam mengukur kinerja tenaga honor. Secara teori motivasi tinggi dipengaruhi oleh aspek kebuetuhan yang berasal dari dorongan eksternal dan internal diri sesorang. Namun penelitian fokus pada aspek motivasi kebutuhan eksternal. Model penelitian regresi berganda, dengan pengumpulan data memberikan kuisioner kepada 100 tenaga kerja honorer pada 20 Organisasi Pemerintah Daerah Jambi dengan purposive sampling. Analisa data deskriftif dan analisis tabulasi silang (Crosstab) regresi berganda menggunakan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja honor di OPD moderat, yaitu sebesar 59,2 % dengan kontribusi tertinggi oleh motivasi fisiologis. Rekomendasi untuk peningkatan kinerja tenaga kerja honor dengan memberikan motivasi terkait kebutuhan fisiologi, rasa aman dan pengakuan.

Abstract

Abstract The learning strategy/method is the most important part in the implementation of teaching and learning activities. Teaching and learning activities for children with special needs certainly have special handling. For students with autism or autistic students, teaching and learning activities emphasize visual learning methods. Learning strategies can be determined based on various aspects such as methods, media, implementation leaarning and teaching processes, learning materials, and most importantly good cooperation between schools, teachers and parents is needed to create effective online teaching and learning activities for autistic students. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the learning strategy followed the policy set by the government, namely distance learning with an online system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection methods through interview techniques with resource persons, namely the principal and teachers of class XII autistic students and observations made by observing the implementation of teaching and learning activities. This study aims to identify challenges and obstacles in the implementation of online teaching and learning activities during the pandemic for autistic students and to describe strategies/methods for implementing learning for autistic students during the pandemic at SLB Dharma Bakti Patianrowo. Visual learning strategies/methods are maintained as well as adapting the character of autistic students and the role of parents is very much needed in online teaching and learning activities during the pandemic. This is due to the conditions and characteristics of autistic students who have not been able to carry out their own teaching and learning activities without assistance.

Abstract

Abstract The quality of an educational institution, one of which is a boarding school, is influenced by the quality of the main program at the pesantren. A main program will determine the output of the pesantren. This study aims to explore and identify the superior main management of the Al-Madani Islamic Boarding School Cikalong, Majalengka. Management studies emphasize the planning, implementation, and evaluation of flagship programs. This research uses a qualitative research approach with the type of case study research. Collecting data in this study using in-depth interviews and literature study. The results of this study include: (1) the flagship program of the Al-Madani Islamic Boarding School, namely the Tahfizul Qur'an program, (2) the implementation of the Tahfizul Qur'an program has been carried out intensely since the 3rd grade of junior high school, (3) the evaluation of this program is carried out with the parents of students . Keywords: Management, Featured Program, Tahfizul Qur'an, Islamic Boarding School Abstrak Kualitas sebuah lembaga pendidikan, salah satunya pondok pesantren dipengaruhi oleh kualitas program unggulan di pesantren tersebut. Sebuah program unggulan akan menentukan output dari pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplor dan mengidentifikasi manajemen program unggulan dari Pondok Pesantren Al-Madani Cikalong, Majalengka. Kajian manajemen ditekankan pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program unggulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini diantaranya: (1) program unggulan Pondok Pesantren Al-Madani yaitu program Tahfizul Qur'an, (2) pelaksanaan program Tahfizul Qur'an dilaksanakan secara intens sejak kelas 3 SMP, (3) Evaluasi program ini dilaksanakan bersama orangtua santri.
