Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of green technology in the hotel industry in Bali Province from an internal and external perspective. This type of research is a multi case study. Data collection was carried out in 2022, through interviews from internal parties at Grand Hyatt Bali (five stars), Sheraton Bali (four stars), and Aston Inn Hotel (three stars); guests and the surrounding community from the third hotel, the Bali Provincial Environmental Service; observations and documentation. The results of this study indicate that three, four and five star hotels in Bali Province have implemented several green technology accounting activities. The third hotel has also incurred some costs in order to reduce pollution and the environment. From the external side, no party feels disadvantaged from the hotel's operational activities,

Abstract

This literature review explores the role of local governments in enhancing local innovation capabilities in the context of Asian regions, and specifically identifies the challenges local governments face in this endeavor, as well as solutions to overcome these challenges. Using a systematic literature review approach, this study critiques selected articles that are highly dominated by studies in China in addition to Taiwan and South Korea. Over the past decade, studies on this topic have continued to emerge and be published in high quality publication sources. The results of the critical review of the selected articles show that the main role and challenge of local government in enhancing local innovation capability is highly dependent on the ability to manage various innovation resources. To overcome these challenges, local governments are encouraged to promote cooperation and collaboration with key stakeholders in the regional innovation system, namely universities and industry. This paper contributes to the growing literature on regional innovation policy and motivates the practice of place-based innovation policy in the context of Asian regions. Future research directions are encouraged to focus on a broader range of Asian regions or on specific innovation contexts that reflect the characteristics of Asian regions.

Abstract

Rain is a source of water where water is an important element in life, one of which is in the agricultural sector. High rainfall can cause floods which cause damage to agricultural crops so that farmers will experience crop failure. In 2021, 2,591 hectares of rice fields in Muaro Jambi Regency experienced crop failure due to flooding caused by high rainfall. This is an important reason to predict the amount of rainfall in Muaro Jambi Regency so that it can help in making decisions to anticipate crop failure. Rainfall is often difficult to predict, so it is necessary to identify data patterns to determine the appropriate method and determine the best model that can be used to predict the amount of rainfall in Muaro Jambi Regency. The results of identifying rainfall data patterns in Muaro Jambi Regency show that the rainfall data in Muaro Jambi Regency contains seasonal patterns. SARIMA is a forecasting method that is suitable for application to data that contains seasonal patterns. The best model that can be used to predict the amount of rainfall in Muaro Jambi Regency is the SARIMA(1,0,0)(1,0,0)12 model with forecasting accuracy classified as very good with a MAPE value of 0.05041% and an MSE of 8959 .8 which is obtained from calculating the error value between the actual data and the forecast results on outsample data.

Abstract

Abstract The problem of public satisfaction with civil population registration administration agencies has the impact of inefficiency in making KTP, Family Cards, Birth Certificates and updating data on civil registration in the city of Bandar Lampung. There is an online service program to provide convenience and efficiency from the presence of a third party in civil registration administration, Researcher want to know the purpose of the program, namely the chocolate program, namely. online system without queues, and get the order of community management and candysweet programs, namely. an online management program that can be managed anywhere online via websites and applications. Population and Civil Registration Service as an administrative service agency for population registration. This research using SEM-PLS is quantitative research with a sample size of 100 people using the structural equation model method. The empirical conclusions obtained show that the chocolate program's online service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, the Permenmanis program's online service quality has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction. People who do not understand technology well will have an impact of dissatisfaction, while there are often problems with website maintenance and management, giving rise to public complaints demanding better system improvements, so that the efficiency of updating data in the population system is easier, and the data available to the public is up to date. .. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of GRDP per capita, expenditure on health expenditure on social protection and the human development index on poverty in regency/city in South Sumatra Province in 2015-2021.The type of research is descriptive quantitative with panel data regression analysis method. The results showed that GRDP per capita and the human development index had a significant negative effect on the poverty rate. Expenditure on health and expenditure on social protection has a positive but insignificant effect on poverty rate in districts / cities in South Sumatra Province in 2015-2021.

Abstract

Fertility is the ability of a woman to give birth to a child alive during her reproductive years, the baby born shows signs of life, including heartbeat, moving, breathing, crying and others. This study was conducted to identify Factors affecting Fertility in Orang Rimba in Jambi Province. The research design used was an Observational Analysis Study, with research locations in Jelutih Village, Batin XXIV District, Batanghari Regency and in Bukit Suban Village, Air Hitam District, Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province. Sample determination using the Proportional Simple Random Sampling method, with data analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model with the SmartPLS application. The results of the analysis showed that demographic, conception and environmental variables (programs) proved to have a real and significant effect with fertility variables (p-value< 0.05). Specifically, there is a structural relationship (p-value 0.062) between Intercourse-> Conception-> Fertility. Increasing the intercourse variables (first HUS age, first marriage age) will reduce conception variables (use of birth control devices, the length of vulnerable HUS time after childbirth and increasing the first age of childbirth) thus having an impact on decreasing fertility rates in SAD in Jambi Province.
