Palmyra Fiber as Additional Materials on Solid Concrete Brick of Aggregate
The use of waste as an additional material on the building work was increasingly actively developed, such as straw, styrofoam, bagasse, cow manure. The key drivers of the use of waste is the potential for waste is increasing, due to the depletion of non-renewable resources. Papyrus rod diameter 60 cm, length 30 meters, has a volume of 5,652m3 as well as the edges of the Rods that can be used for construction with a thickness of 3 cm has a volume 0,942m3, Pith and fiber volume content of the stem 4,71m3/rod, then in one rod, there are 2 to 3 bunches each fruit bunches yield as much as 20 to 30 items for one harvest, by weight of fruit fiber 101.2 gram / fruit, Fiber characteristics are round and smooth is expected to reduce cracks in solid concrete brick and also can reduce the use of sand. This study aims to determine the compressive strength of the composition of the additional material of Rods fiber content and Fiber of palmyra fruit with a percentage 3%, 6% and 9%, mixing ratio; 1 cement and 5 sand in the manufacture of solid concrete brick. Rods fiber content used the average Ø1,031mm with a tensile strength of single fiber 39,305N / cm and fruit fiber to an average value Ø0,40mm with a tensile strength of single fiber 33,691N / cm. Making test specimen with a length of 20cm, width 10cm and thick 8cm. The test results of compressive strength after 14 days with the lowest value at 3% of additional material combination of fiber content of 6% fiber stem and fruit by 70,384Kg/cm²with a water content of 15,254% In weight position 2,935Kg as well as the highest value on the combination of additional material 0% rods fiber content and 3% fruit fiber by 98,821Kg/cm² with a water content of 15,031% In weight position 3,058Kg. While N (without additional material) with a compressive strength below the average id 63,704Kg/cm2 with water content of 10,167 in weight position 3,072Kg. Research result of solid concrete brick with additional material of rods fiber content and palmyra fruit fiber was included on the type B70, the average value of the compressive strength of 78.57 Kg / cm² (SNI-03-1348-1989) with a water content of <25%.

The experiment with the new election system created some anomalies which are reflected to the entire model of democracyAlbania is applying. The election final result resembles more to a majoritarian product than a proportional one. The new election systemalso produced ideologically questionable fragile majority and a very strong opposition in terms of number of mandates in the parliament.Permanent institutional crisis, lack of mutual trust and understanding between the main political parties, dysfunctional parliament, andfailure to reach the candidate status as the next step to EU membership are key indicators of the impacts that the new election systemhad on entire political system. Due to that, there are a lot of initiatives coming from different actors aiming the modification of the actualelection system in order to increase the proportional nature of it. The political discourse in Albania is coming back to the starting pointwhere new modifications of the election system are required in order to minimize the negative impacts of the actual one, without takinginto consideration the country profile. In case there are modifications, the main parties remain the key designers of them, which meantheir immediate interests are fully respected. The question is what is considered a good election system for Albania? As long as thequestion is not correctly addressed the best change political actors can do to the election system is for the first time after twenty yearsnot changing it.

In order to establish a concrete basis for the frequently mentioned but superficially investigated ties between Continental andAmerican Expressionist drama, this study endeavors not only to examine the expressionistic elements in native plays but also todetermine the extent to which American playwrights were inspired by the works of Continental-chiefly German-Expressionists. This studyfocuses on the nonrealistic dramaturgy of Georg Kaiser, Walter Hasenclever, and other Continental Expressionists, which inspired manyAmerican playwrights such as Tennessee Williams, Arthur Miller, Elmer Rice, and John Howard Lawson. It shows their attempts to fuserealistic and expressionistic elements into esthetically satisfying dramatic works and how American Expressionism has tended to followmore the examples set by the German Expressionists than that by Strindberg, in whose "dream plays" the author's consciousness reignssupreme. Moreover, most of the American Expressionist plays are tempered with realistic elements in the manner characteristic ofGeorg Kaiser or Ernst Toller.

The standard of the profession of psychologist is moving towards a clear objective: the role of psychologists should be put inthe function of upgrading the quality of people’s life in individual and social context. To upgrade the quality of life psychologists have togive directions how to reduce prejudices which have been formed during the new urban and sub urban developments. (Dovidio, 1994).This article will explain why the psychologists are investing big efforts in the methodology related with the identification of the causes ofprejudice. However result of the recent studies underline the fact that psychological instruments often do not always reach to predicthuman behavior. On the other hand before accepting that intergroup prejudices is an integral part of human psyche created by thenorms and cultural values, should carefully examine the effectiveness of institutional norms and values nurtured by psychologicalservices. This psychological "anti-virus" will serve to control the intergroup prejudice. Also, the article emphasizes the role ofpsychological techniques in the reduction of intergroup prejudices.

In the world scenario communication have an important role within the globalization. But this cannot be successful unlesseducation. As we know all the people are not able to learn foreigner second languages during a long term process so they need to choosean institute as a replacement for schools or university education in order to learn language as short as he/she can. So it is important to choosethe successful institute but how he can choose the successful institute? By which factor he is able to realize this institute? So I decided tostudy on the interfering factors which affect the learning languages process. According to my last paper" Alarm! Language Learning Instituteor sales room" we suppose some factors including: teacher, facilities, student, manager, space, methods, and learning/teaching strategiesin this study in order to evaluate the effect of these factors in learning language as a whole. According to the results the aim of theexaminers of learning language was obligation (15%), the role of the teachers and her/his methodology (53%), the facility of the institutes andschools/universities were 46% and 0% respectively, 92% of teachers of schools and universities just try to teach grammar and structure alonewithout any new methodology.

The purpose of this study was to understand how level of satisfaction with improved (IIS) and traditional irrigation systems(TIS) influences the level of participation in participatory irrigation management (PIM). Data was collected from 78 farmers selected bysystematic random sampling technique from two villages (Sultanabad and Parri) belonging to the IIS and TIS from Gilgit district in Gilgit-Batistan northern region of Pakistan. The descriptive analysis shows that four important variables such as adequacy of irrigation water, water availability on fixed turns and condition of present irrigation systems are main factors influencing satisfaction in IIS. However, levelof participation except at the main channel is not significantly different between the two systems. The indices of participation in the mainand field channels in the IIS are positive, while in the TIS these indices are negative which implies that the level of participation by theTIS farmers is low. Finally, by using regression analysis it is statistically confirmed that farmers’ satisfaction, family size, family labour, agricultural income and status of the irrigation system are significant factors influencing farmers` participation in PIM. Moreover, farmertraining and guidance provided to the IIS farmers by the NPIW through the WUAs also contribute to enhance the IIS farmers`participation in PIM. Therefore, strengthening of the institutional arrangements in both systems can enhance farmers` participation inPIM in Northern Areas of Pakistan.
