Family Planning (KB) is an action that helps married couples to avoid unwanted pregnancies, get the desired birth, regulate the interval between pregnancies, control the time of birth in a relationship with husband and wife and determine the number of children in the family. Population increase is a big problem in developing countries in the world, one of which is Indonesia which is a developing country with the largest population after China, India and the United States. The MKJP method is expected to regulate the rate of population growth. This type of research is quantitative using analytical survey methods, namely surveys or research that finds how and why health phenomena occur with a "Cross Sectional" approach where the independent variables (knowledge, husband's support, mother's attitude, parity, the role of health workers) and the dependent variable Long-Term Contraceptive Method (MKJP) Acceptors. The population in this study were active family planning acceptors in the Tanjung Raja Health Center from January to July 2021, opening 1809 people, stratified random sampling technique. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between knowledge, husband's support, mother's attitude, parity, the role of health workers with Long Term Contraception Method Acceptors (MKJP). Suggestions are expected that health workers are expected to always provide counseling about contraception. and the role of midwives (p value = 0.038) with adherence to vitamin A consumption in the Talang Pangeran District Health Center Work Area. Hypertension has resulted in the death of around 8 million each year, 1.5 million deaths occur in Southeast Asia where a third of the population suffers from hypertension. Objective: To determine the effect of giving 150 grams of tomatoes on the blood pressure value of hypertensive patients. Methods: The design of this study used a quasi-experimental design, namely the pre and post test approach without a control group. Population: the sample is selected by purposive sampling according to predetermined criteria. The research was conducted to 17 respondents. Case criteria are all suspected patients with hypertension who are not and or are currently taking hypertension medication. Research instruments: Tools and materials: tomatoes, blender, scales, sphygmomanometer (sphygmomanometer). Choose fresh red tomatoes, weigh the tomatoes weighing 150 grams, then put them in a blender, given with a dose of 2 times a day. The collected data were then analyzed using a paired t-test. Results: the average systolic blood pressure before being given tomatoes was 174.24 mmHg with the lowest number being 140 mmHg and the highest being 259 mmHg, while the average systolic blood pressure after the intervention was 158.06 with the lowest number being 121 mmHg and the highest being 256 mmHg. The average diastolic blood pressure before the intervention was 98.82 with the lowest value being 73 mmHg and the highest being 146 mmHg, while the average diastolic blood pressure after the intervention was 92.18 with the lowest value being 62 mmHg and the highest being 136 mmHg. Conclusion: there is a significant difference between systolic blood pressure before and after giving tomato therapy to hypertensive patients with a p value = 0.001 and there is a significant effect on diastolic blood pressure before and after giving tomatoes to hypertensive patients with a p value = 0.042. Suggestion: it is recommended that sodium intake should be limited to <100 mmol (2 grams) / day equivalent to 5 grams. Keywords: Tomato therapy, pre test, post test, hypertension, blood pressure

Pneumonia is an acute infectious disease affecting the tissues of the lungs caused by several microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms. Ventilator-associated Pneumonia (VAP) is still a serious matter that must be treated and prevented. One of the ways to prevent VAP is through oral care or oral hygine. The use of honey in oral hygiene is useful for overcoming oral health problems. Honey contains antibacterial substances, antibiotics as well as disinfectants which are very effective at inhibiting the growth of pathogenic bacteria in the mouth. A pre-experimental design approach (One Group Pre Post Test Design) was used in this study. The subjects of this case study were a pneumonia patients who were intubated. The author conducted 4 observations of oral health status using the Oral Assessment Scale (OAS) observation sheet. The results of this study revealed that the parametric statistical test resulted in a p value = 0.000 (p value <0.05) indicatingthat there was a significant different effect between oral hygiene before using honey and after using honeyon the oral health status of pneumonia patients who were intubated in the ICU of Siti Fatimah Hospital, South Sumatra Province. It is suggested that the medical personnels, especially nurses, apply oral hygiene interventions using honey to improve oral health status of intubated patients who are treated in the ICU.

ABSTRACT The Government's efforts to support the increase in exclusive breastfeeding have resulted in agreements or various recognitions, both globally and nationally, which aim to protect, promote, and support breastfeeding. It is hoped that every baby has the right to get exclusive breastfeeding and every mother can give breast milk. This is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the three second targets, namely by 2030, ending preventable infant and under-five mortality, with all countries trying to reduce neonatal mortality to at least 12 per 1000 live births. This study aims to determine the relationship between health worker support, family support and mother's knowledge with exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the Muara Enim Health Center, Muara Enim City in 2022. The method in this study used a cross sectional with a population of 467 respondents and a sample of 82 respondents. Data analysis used chi square statistical test with p value value (0.05). The results of this study of 49 respondents who received positive support with exclusive breastfeeding were 29 people (59.2%%) with p value = 0.002, of 31 respondents who received positive family support with exclusive breastfeeding were 19 people (61.3% ) p value = 0.02, meanwhile, from 27 respondents who have good knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding, 19 people (70.4%) p value = 0.002. Midwives are expected to increase counseling and socialize the exclusive breastfeeding program to the community.

complementary foods (MP-ASI) are foods or drinks that contain nutrients, given to infants or children aged 6-24 months to meet nutritional needs other than breast milk. MP-ASI in the form of solid or liquid food is given in stages according to the age and digestive ability of the baby. At the age of 6-24 months ASI only provides ½ the nutritional needs of infants. And at the age of 12-24 months ASI provides 1/3 of its nutritional needs. So that the MP ASI should be given when the baby is 6 months old (RI Ministry of Health, 2014).By using an analytical survey research design. The population in this study were mothers who had babies 6-12 months in the Mitra Ananda Maternity Hospital in Palembang totaling 52 respondents. The sample in this study was accidental sampling, namely mothers with babies aged 6-12 months totaling 52 respondents in the Ananda Mitra Maternity Hospital in Palembang in 2019.Above of 35 respondents, respondents who gave timely exclusive breastfeeding in giving MP-ASI were 30 respondents (85.7%), who were not on time were 5 respondents (14.3%), and respondents who did not give Exclusive breastfeeding on time for MP-ASI is 17 (100%). From 35 respondents who gave exclusive breastfeeding which was the right way in giving MP-ASI as many as 30 respondents (85.7%) and those who were not right in giving MP-ASI were 5 respondents (14.3%). Respondents who did not give Exclusive ASI the right way in giving MP-ASI as much as 1 (5.9%) and the incorrect way as many as 16 respondents (94.1%). Above of the respondents giving MP-ASI, the number of working mothers with the right type in giving MP-ASI is 16 (72.7%) and the wrong type is 6 respondents (27.3%). There were 15 (50.0%) mothers who did not work in the right type of MP-ASI and those who did not have the right type (15.0%).It is expected that health workers at Mitra Ananda Maternity Hospital can provide information about the importance of providing of giving MP ASI for babies. Anemia can occur due to a lack of iron or Fe, a lack of Fe can cause a lack of Hemoglobin (HB). The dominant factor affecting the lack of hemoglobin is the knowledge factor. With counseling about anemia during pregnancy, it is hoped that pregnant women will pay attention to how important the health of pregnant women themselves and their fetuses is. Media that can be used in health education are video media and booklets. The research objective was to determine the effect of providing counseling using video media & booklets on increasing knowledge of Fe tablet consumption in anemic pregnant women at the Soraya Clinic Palembang in 2022. This type of research is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental research design and with a pretest-posttest with control design. group design with a sample of 30 people. The results obtained by the paired test statistical test obtained a p value = 0.000 <0.05 meaning that there was an effect of providing counseling with video media and booklets on knowledge of consuming Fe tablets in anemic pregnant women at PMB Soraya 2022 Palembang. Suggestions for health workers, especially midwives, can use video media and booklets in providing counseling to pregnant women, especially to increase knowledge of Fe tablet consumption in anemic pregnant women, so that pregnant women know the importance of consuming Fe tablets regularly and avoid anemia.stage can apply a massage counter pressure as a method of reducing labor pain in the first stage of labour.

Lactation management is an effort to support successful lactation starting during pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding. The implementation of education on lactation management that has been taking place in health services is considered less successful because the education provided is less attractive to mothers. The purpose of this study was to find out in-depth information about mothers' experiences with lactation management. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Informants in this study amounted to 3 informants consisting of 2 postpartum mothers who breastfeed their babies as main informants and 1 midwife as key informants. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. Based on the results of interviews and observations of Informant 1; Mrs. H who always gave only breast milk to her baby while being carried and lying down, Mrs. H's baby seemed to be suckling strongly and fell asleep after feeding. Mrs. H never expresses breast milk, never does storage and never thaws breast milk. While Mrs. L always feeds her baby while being carried and if she is tired she will breastfeed lying down, Mrs. L's baby seems to be suckling strongly and falls asleep after feeding, sometimes Mrs. L does attachment by bringing the nipple closer to the baby's mouth . Mrs. L never expresses breast milk because her milk has come out so she has never stored and never thawed breast milk. Suggestions are expected that health workers, especially midwives, can further improve health promotion regarding lactation management to mothers as early as possible, starting from pregnancy, childbirth and post partum so as to improve the quality and coverage of exclusive breastfeeding for infants.

The low knowledge of mothers about antenatal care causes low participation of mothers in making pregnancy visits. With this knowledge of antenatal care, it is hoped that the mother will be strongly motivated to take care of herself and her pregnancy, so that the mother can pass her pregnancy well and produce healthy babies. Husband's support in antenatal care can be shown by taking his wife to check during pregnancy. The success of antenatal care visits must also be supported by great compliance from pregnant women themselves. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between knowledge and husband's support for pregnant women's compliance with antenatal care visits. The sample in this research were all third trimester pregnant women who had their pregnancy checked. The scope of this research is the adherence of pregnant women to antenatal care. The design in this research uses an analytical design with a Cross Sectional approach and the number of samples is 30 people. The results obtained from the chi-square test obtained p = 0.009

Patient satisfaction is still a problem in several hospitals in Indonesia and even the world. Service qualityNursing as an indicator of the quality of health services is one of the determining factors for the image of health care institutions in the eyes of the public. The aim is to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing services and the satisfaction of elderly patients. This type of quantitative research uses relationships through a cross sectional approach, using analytic descriptions. The population is elderly polyclinic patients in internal medicine at the Siti Fatimah Hospital in South Sumatra Province in 2023, the sample size is 44 respondents. Determining the respondents by accidental sampling technique, data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire which was then analyzed by statistical tests using the chi square test with α = 0.05. Those who get poor service quality and are not satisfied are 29.5% with a total of 13 respondents. Good service quality and satisfaction of 45.5% with a total of 20 respondents. Obtained a ρ value of 0.002 with a strong level of closeness. Based on the results of statistical tests using the chi square test ρ value 0.002 < α = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. There is a relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction in internal medicine polyclinics at Siti Fatimah Hospital. It is hoped that the quality of hospital services will be improved again, especially in the five quality indicators so that patients feel satisfied with the services they receive.
