Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of a quality management system (QMS) and machine layout on the quality of drinking bottle packaging production with the application of good manufacturing practice (GMP) as a moderating variable at PT. Diamonds. The results showed that the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) had a significant and positive effect on the quality of plastic bottle packaging production. Machine Layout has a significant and positive effect on the production of plastic bottle packaging. The Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) system has a significant and positive effect on the production of plastic bottle packaging. The Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) system has an insignificant and positive effect and is unable to moderate the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) on the production of plastic bottle packaging. Abstract

Technological advances and the increasing needs of society make companies complete to crete good relitionships with consumers and potential counsumers as well as form brandawareness in consumers. This study aims to: 1) To determine the effect of television advertising one the formation of brand awareness in the Tokopedia Bangtan Sonyeondan series; 2)To determine the influence of brand ambassador on the formation or brand awareness in the Tokopedia Bangtan Sonyeondan series; 3) To determine the effect of television advertising and brand ambassadors on the formation of brand awareness in the Tokopedia Bangtan Sonyeondan series. This research is descriptive and verification with a sample of 100 people in the city of Cirebon aged 20-50 years form a total of 145,993 inhabitants. This data was analyzed by multiple linear regression, correlation and determination. The results showe the partially television advertising has and effect on the formation of brand awareness (sig= 0.002 0.005); brand ambassadors influence the formation of brand awareness (sig= 0.001 0.005). television advertising has a strong relationship with brand ambassadors with a correlation coefficient value of 0.657. the higher the correlation coefficient, the better the correlation model because the independent variables can explain the dependent variabel better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether (1) there is a positive relationship between product quality on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles, (2) the effect of price on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles and (3) the effect of product quality and price simultaneously on purchasing decisions of bicycles. Honda Scoopy in Cirebon district. The population in this study were residents of several sub-districts in Cirebon district who had Honda Scoopy automatic motorcycles. The sampling technique used the slovin formula with a total sample of 100 people with 20 people per sub-district. The data collection technique uses a Google Form questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles (t count 4,457; sig. 0.000 0.05; = 0.210) , (2) there was a positive influence on price on motorcycle purchasing decisions. Honda Scoopy ((t count 4.029; sig. 0.000 0.05; = 0.94), (3) ) there is a positive effect of product quality and price simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles (F count = 60.609; Sig. .000 0.05) .Keywords: product quality, price and purchase decision.

Abstract

Prismatic behavior is the behavior of people who have both traditional and modern characteristics, in other words, people who are undergoing a transition are people who are moving towards a modern society. The purpose of this study is to explain the behavior of administration in public services to the community at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Malacca Regency. This study uses Riggs' theory on Prismatic Behavior, especially in the aspects of Formalism and Overlapping. This research is qualitative research with post positivism paradigm. The research location is in the Dispenduk of Malacca Regency, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results is still prismatic behavior in public services in the Malacca District Dispenduk, with the findings in the research, namely: the behavior of the apparatus that is not in accordance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures, the lack of public awareness of the importance of having population documents, human resources inadequate, and there is still discrimination in services. It is recommended that the Malacca Regency Dispenduk Government comply more with the applicable SOPs, it is necessary to disseminate information to the community, increase human resources and other public service support facilities in order to realize excellent public services at the Malacca Dispenduk. Keywords: Behavior, Prismatic, Formalism, Overlap

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of location on purchasing decisions for Puri Hijau Housing in Cirebon district, the effect of price on purchasing decisions for Puri Hijau Housing in Cirebon district, the influence of location and price simultaneously on purchasing decisions for housing Puri Hijau Cirebon housing. The population studied in this study were 125 consumers of Puri Hijau Housing. The sampling technique used the slovin formula with a total sample of 56 consumers. The data collection technique uses a Google Form questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: there is an influence of location on the decision of Puri Hijau Housing in Cirebon district, there is an influence of price on the purchasing decision of Puri Hijau Housing in Cirebon district, there is a simultaneous influence of location and price on the purchasing decision of Puri Hijau Housing in Cirebon district Key words: Location, Price and Purchase Decision
