Abstract

Abstract. Every organization wants its employees to have a high ability to work discipline, and retain employes. High turnover rate which will cause negative impact to the organization , it is like creating instability and uncertainty of the condition of labor , the organization also lost experienced employees who have been getting a lot of training and ultimately need to retrain new employees. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of work load and work discipline on turnover intention. Sampling method using all population. The data is taken directly using a questionnaire with 120 respondents employees at YANIIBS Parung-Bogor. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression, analysis of data using SPSS software. Workload and discipline with the same affect turnover intention by 56.2% and 43.8% is explained by other variables. Research shows work load and work discipline togather significantly influence turnover intention. This means that variable turnover intention (Y) can be explained by the two independent variables work load (X1) and disciplin (X2). The results of analysis, showed that work load and discipline is a possitive significant effect on turnover intention. Work load variables are variables that most influence on turnover intention,also stated that increased workload contributed toincreasing turnover intention.

Abstract

This paper wants to explore the obsession of formalization of Islamic law that must be formalized in the state system and the obligation to establish an Islamic state. This is important to remember, because until now there are still parties who want to include the Jakarta Charter into our Constitution. With the claim of establishing a state for the sake of Islam it is clearly contrary to democracy. Because the understanding is based on the rule of law on the one hand and the equal treatment of all citizens before the Law on the other side. Indonesia is a state of law, so the formalization of Islamic law must refer to state law. Therefore, the transformative paradigm for efforts to formalize Islamic law in the National legal system isn’t the right choice and provides greater prospects. Thus, formalizing Islamic law formally symbolically especially with the effort to establish an Islamic state of Indonesia, will only experience distortion and not give much good to Indonesian Muslims.

Abstract

The grand conlusion of this thesis from da’wa etics perspective is that the da’wa method being used by FPI (the Islamic Defenders Front) is inaappropriate with norms and ethics of Islamic da’wa, as it is carried out with violent and anarchism resulting in public fearand unfriendly image of Ilsam. The religion looks aggressice and vicios in the wyes of other Muslims and non Muslims. In the West, Isla is considered radical, it is full of anarchism and terrorism and gets across other religion beliecers. Consequently, that somebody stating that Islam image is violent is not totally incorrect as some of the realities justify it. Such image is sent publicly by radical Islam group such as FPI

Abstract

This paper describes the social piety of the Prophet which is applied by the Muslim community Indramayu in the life of neighbors. In the hadith dicipline, it is called ‘living hadith’. Most Muslim scholars argue that if someone has faith and submit to God, then he would also be compassionate toward others, and even perceive others as his brother. While others argue that religious piety contained in a person is not always in line with the social piety in his life. Therefore, the hadith of the Prophet of neighborliness understood by the Muslim community Indramayu is one instrument that is significant enough to test the validity of those two opinions. It was concluded that the public piety Indramayu basically in line with the hadith of the Prophet about the neighbors; which gives debts to the neighbors, help, visit neighbors who are sick, administer and deliver the dead bodies of his neighbors, and give each other food at certain moments. So this proves that individual piety is directly proportional to the social piety.

Abstract

Kegemilangan peradaban Islam ditandai dengan kemajuan dunia pendidikan. Pendidikan Islam menciptakan produk-produk budaya tinggi, seperti ilmu pengetahuan, karakteristik pendidik dan pelajar, sistem dan manajemen pendidikan serta perkembangan di bidang materi pembahasannya. Untuk mewujudkan pendidikan Islam yang efektif tentu dibutuhkan campur tangan pemegang kekuasaan sebagaimana yang telah dilakukan oleh para khalifah di zaman keemasan Islam. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana khalifah Harun AL Rasyid dan Al Makmun pada zaman Bani Abbasiyah ikut mewarnai dunia pendidikan Islam sehingga menjadikan zaman tersebut menjadi The Golden Ages of Islam (Masa Keemasan Islam). Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penulis menggunakan penelitian yang bersifat library research dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan tertulis yang telah dipublikasikan dalam bentuk buku melalui pendekatan historis sosiologis. Hasil penelitian dalam makalah ini menunjukkan bahwa kemajuan dunia pendidikan Islam pada zaman keemasan Islam tidak dapat terlepas dari campur tangan sang penguasa kala itu yang memang di samping menjadi penguasa pemerintahan (Umara) juga menjadi ahli ilmu (Ulama). Integrasi kedua sifat mulia ini terdapat pada diri Harun Ar-Rasyid dan putranya, Al-Makmun. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari sejarahnya yang sejak kecil sudah mencintai ilmu dan rela mengorbankan kesenangan duniawi demi ilmu

Abstract

Kepemimpinan Bani Quraisy mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari Rasulullah Muhammad Saw. Perhatian ini dituangkan dalam hadits yang banyak diriwayatkan oleh perawi hadits. Imam Ahmad, Imam Bukhari, dan Imam Muslim adalah ulama-ulama yang juga meriwayatkan hadits tersebut. Hal ini juga mendapatkan perhatian dari pemikir Islam. Al-Farabi, Ibnu Thaimiyyah, Al Farabi dan Nashiruddin Thusi memiliki pendapat yang berbeda. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan pendapat para ulama hadits dan pemikir Islam bahwa; Pertama, secara tekstual tidak terjadi perdebatan tentang hadits kepemimpinan Bani Quraisy dan pemikir Islam menerima hal ini. Kedua, Bani Quraisy menjadi ketentuan yang sunatullah, menjadi pemimpin dalam cakupan global, tetapi tidak regional. Ketiga, kepemimpinan dalam cakupan regional memberikan peluang bagi pemimpin yang berasal dari non Bani Quraisy untuk menduduki jabatan kepempimpinan. Keempat, kesempatan untuk menjadi pemimpin bagi kalangan non Bani Quraisy harus tetap memperhatikan kriteria-kriteria atau syarat-syarat menjadi pemimpin. Mulai dari siapa yang memilih kemudian siapa yang akan dipilih.
