Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of online claims on the level of BPJS Employment Participants in the Meulaboh Branch. The method used is a quantitative method. This study uses primary data, namely distributing questionnaires, distributing questionnaires online by sharing a google link from the use of wattsap social media. secondary data were obtained from research method books, journals, participant documents and related literature. The research was conducted at BPJS Employment Meulaboh Branch. Research samples from BPJS Employment Meulaboh Branch participants who made online claims. The number of respondents in this study which was used as a sample was 41 respondents. The research sample was taken with the type of probability sampling using the simple random sampling method. The data analysis used is the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, hypothesis testing using t test, and the use of the SPSS version of the application 20.0. The results of the simple linear regression analysis show that Rsquare is 0.710 nominal. This indicates that the influence of the Online Claims variable (X) on the level of participants (Y), which is 71%, not 100%, the remaining 29% is influenced by the factors discussed in this study. From the hypothesis of using the t test, it is known that the online claim value is significant 0.000<0.5 value tcount>ttable (9.777>2.02439) from these results it is concluded that there is a significant influence between online claims on the satisfaction level of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants Meulaboh Branch.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is the most important main thing to be considered by business people or businesses in order to maintain a sense of trust and consumer comfort. The government issues various policies, such as social distancing, work from home, and invites people to stay at home. Restrictions on activities carried out by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan branch meulaboh by using online services in the form of LAPAK ASIK (service without physical contact) to reduce the spread of covid-19 to participants. The satisfaction of participants can be considered by the quality of service provided, the quality of service that meets the expectations of participants becomes important. This research aims to find out the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of participants BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Meulaboh Branch. Service quality variables consist of Tangible Indicators, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Assurance. The type of research used is a type of quantitative descriptive research and the sample used amounted to 20 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires using google from. Data analysis uses multiple linear regressions. The results showed that the service quality variable was declared to affect the satisfaction of participants BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Meulaboh Branch simultaneously. Independent variables are able to explain the relationship and its effect on dependent variables by 87.7%. There was a partially significant influence on service quality variables on customer satisfaction with a significance yield of t(0.000) < α 0.005.

Abstract

In this study, high employee performance can be achieved from every element in the organization both in carrying out the role as employees who improve quality and performance according to the influence of the leadership style of a leader on employee interactions at BPJS. This research method uses quantitative data collection techniques through questionnaires on a sample of all 20 employees. From the results of multiple linear regression research shows that the variables in the study have a positive effect on employee performance. The results of the leadership style t-test are positive and have a significant effect, while workload is positive and has no significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that leadership style and workload simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on employee performance. And the results of the coefficient of determination test show that 76.40% of employee performance can be influenced by leadership style and workload factors.

Abstract

This is a lesson aims to confirm and check the impact of incentives and work discipline in the workplace employee show productivity. This special location study finished in land office (BPN) of West Aceh Regency. This study's sample consisted of all employees land office (BPN) of West Aceh Regency, totaling 37 people, sampling Saturated Sampling was used in this study (Non Probability Sampling). The variables in this study are as follows reward (X1), work discipline (X2), as well as employee performance productivity (Y). The result of multiple linear regression analysis in this research explain that the prize and work Variable discipline has positive influence on employee performance productivity with the equation Y = 8.096 + 0.483X1 + 0.315X2 + e. Based on t and f. test outcomes is stated that reward variable as well as several work disciplines or simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant and positive influence in terms of employee performance productivity, this can be proven by the reward variable tcount > ttable (4,651 > 2.03224), and the work discipline variable tcount > ttable (2.584 > 2.03224), and the f test results are proven by Fcount > Ftable (76,359 > 3.27) and the significance level is less than 0.05. And The coefficient of determination test results show that ability of the reward variable (X1) and exertion discipline (X2) in explaining the employee productivity variable (Y) was 80.7% and the remaining 19.3% was not explained as determined by another variable discussed in this research. As a result, the West Aceh Land Office can conclude that there is a positive interaction between reward and work discipline variables on employee performance and productivity variables (BPN). As a result, as the reward and work discipline increase, so will the productivity of employee performance.

Abstract

This is the lesson was conducted to find out whether Personal characteristics and workplace environment affect employee efficiency in West Aceh District Land Office. This study was conducted at the West Aceh District Land Office (BPN). All employees at the Land Office of West Aceh Regency are the population, and the sample tested is 37 respondents. The variables in this study are Individual Characteristics (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Employee Performance (Y). This study applies a questionnaire or questionnaire method for data collection. The data collection method multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), t test, and F test which will be processed with SPSS version 20. Results of the research conclude: Individual Characteristics variable has a significant and positive influence related to employee performance number of b1 = 0.843, the number of t count = 4,800 and significant = 0.000. Employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by the work environment total b2 = 0.318, total t count = 3.510 and significant = 0.001 Personal characteristics and also The work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the same time and the number of F count = 53.255 significant amount = 0.000 and the adjusted R2 value is 0.744. Meaning 74.4% Employee performance is explained by individual characteristics and work environment, and the remaining 25.6% is explained due to other factors not tested in this research. So, it can be concluded that there is a positive interaction between the variables of Individual Characteristics and Work Environment on the Employee Performance variable at the Land Office of West Aceh Regency. Thus, if the individual characteristics and the work environment are getting better, the employee's performance will increase.
