Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation on the quality of work of employees at PT.Agro Sinergi Nusantara. Data collection methods used are: Observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis model. The results showed that the quality of work of employees is very dependent on the motivation given by the leadership. Because the leadership has provided appropriate motivation, the quality of the work of its employees continues to increase. This shows that there is a relationship between motivation and the quality of employees' work, which is very reciprocal, meaning that an increase in the quality of employees' work will have a positive effect on business income and will support the company's profits very large. Suggestions in this study are for the leadership of PT. Agro Sinergi Nusantara Meulaboh to have been able to provide appropriate motivation even though the motivation given must be maintained and further improved so that employees continue to improve performance in order to produce more optimal work results in accordance with what has been expected. by the later leadership for future researchers who take similar themes, it is better to add a longer research period to produce more significant data.

Abstract

Food is the main source of energy for the human body to perform its activities. Food eaten is transformed into calories. Caloric intake for labor is aimed to maintain and improve the health and seeking optimum working power, for it needs to be in accordance with the workload. The purpose of this research is to determine workload based on the classification workload (% CVL) on workers and determine the number of calories in food intake worker. Results of this study are expected to determine the workload so as to measure employee productivity can next evaluation to improve the productivity of the company's work.Keywords: Calorie, workload, productivity, CVL.

Abstract

Perkuliahan online atau yang biasa disebut daring merupakan salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan internet yang dapat meningkatkan peran mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Analisis deskriptif pada penelitian ini mengkaji persepsi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas TeukuUmar mengenai model pembelajaran daring terkait pemanfaatan media, gaya belajar, dan jenis komunikasi tertentu yang digemari mahasiswa untuk membantu mereka menghasilkan output yang lebihbaik dari kegiatan belajar mengajar secara daring. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 165 mahasiswa FakultasEkonomi Universitas Teuku Umar yang telah terlibat dalam pembelajaran daring selama masa karantina Covid-19. Hasilnya didapatkan bahwa media pembelajaran daring yang paling digemari ialah whatsapp dan Google Classroom. Sebesar 53% dar imahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Teuku Umar sudahmengenal berbagai media pembelajaran daring tersebut sebelum perkuliahan daring dimulai. Selain itu, pola komunikasi yang paling diminati oleh mahasiswa ialah pola semi dua arah. Diperlukan adanya penelitian lebih lanjut terhadap penelitian pembelajaran daring dengan berbasis masalah, kolaboratif, dan model lainnya.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of marketing mix strategy consisted of product, price, location, people, process, and tangibles on decision to choose at STIMI, Meulaboh.The research used descriptive statistical method with descriptive explanatory approach. The data were gathered by conducting interviews, questionnaires, and documentary study. The population was all students of STIMI, Meulaboh, in the academic year of 2013, and 106 of them were used as the samples. Measuring scale used interval scale and analyzed by using multiple linear regresstion. The result of equation showed that, simultaneously, the variables of product, price, location, people, process, and tangibles could influence decision to choose STIMI, Meulaboh. Partially, product had positive and direct influence on decision to choose at STIMI, Meulaboh. price had positive and direct influence on decision to choose, location had positive and direct influence on decision to choose, people had positive and direct influence on decision to choose, process had positive and direct influence on decision to choose, and tangibles had positive and direct influence on decision to choose at STIMI, Meulaboh.

Abstract

Pandemi yang menyerang sejak 2019 telah mengubah banyak aspek kehidupan, tidak terkecuali perekonomian masyarakat. Salah satu kategori masyarakat yang sangat terdampak ialah para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Butuh banyak upaya dalam beradaptasi dan memeprtahankan kegiatan bisnis di masa pandemi, salah satu upaya ialah dengan kerap melakukan inovasi dan kreativitas. Kreativitas dapat ditingkatkan jika sumber daya manusianya memiliki komitmen, khususnya komitmen afektif. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menganalisa pengaruh komitmen afektif terhadap kreativitas para pelaku UMKM sebagai upaya mempertahanakan kegiatan bisnisnya. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan pada 34 orang pelaku UMKM di Gampong Peuniti, Banda Aceh, peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwa komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas. Namun hanya sebesar 15.8% variabel kreativitas dapat dijelaskan melalui komitmen afektif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat banyak variabel lainnya yang bisa digunakan oleh peneliti selanjutnya dalam menganalisa faktor yang mempengaruhi kreativitas SDM. Kata Kunci : Komitmen Afektif, Kreativitas, UMKM

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' perceptions of the quality of academic services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Faculty of Economics, Teuku Umar University. To measure the quality of service, researchers used a descriptive method. Assessment of service quality is reflected in students' perceptions based on five dimensions of service quality evaluation according to Kotler (2007), namely the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible dimensions. The population used in this study were all students of the UTU Faculty of Economics consisting of three study programs, namely Development Economics, Management, and Accounting. The sampling technique was proportional simple random sampling with a sample size of 15 percent of the total population. The sampling technique uses an online questionnaire. The reliability test used the Cronbach Alpha correlation formula, while the data analysis used descriptive statistics with the SPSS application. The results obtained from the analysis of each of the variables of reliability, assurance, empathy and tangible during the Covic-19 pandemic as a whole the respondents perceived it was good, but for the responsiveness dimension, there were four items in sufficient value for the other three items, the responsiveness dimension was the same as four. Another dimension where students perceive the quality of academic services at the Faculty of Economics, Teuku Umar University during the Covid-19 pandemic is good.Keywords: service quality, student perceptions

Abstract

Sasaran dalam sosialisasi ini adalah siswa tingkat sekolah dasar, khususnya siswa SDN 06 Kecamatan Johan Pahlawan Kabupaten Aceh Barat, untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran mereka akan bencana. Melalui manajemen resiko yang komprehensif dampak bencana dapat diminimalisir dengan adanya pengetahuan dan wawasan terlebih dahulu. Materi dan video dokumenter yang disampaikan saat sosialisasi berisi informasi yang berupaya ditanamkan agar para siswa sekolah dasar memiliki persiapan diri dan mengetahui langkah awal yang harus dilakukan ketika terjadi bencana. Kuesioner pun digunakan untuk mengukur pemahaman mereka terkait pengetahuan tentang bencana, rencana kegiatan dari bencana, peringatan bencana, dan mobilisasi sumberdaya. Setelah mengikuti sosialisasi siswa dapat mengetahui mana tindakan yang boleh dan tidak boleh dilakukan di lingkungan agar tidak merugikan diri sendiri dan orang disekitar yang kemudian dapat menimbulkan bencana, secara aktif mengambil langkah tepat dan menjadi lebih siaga saat terjadi bencana, serta dapat memanfaatkan pengetahuan semaksimal mungkin sehingga dapat membantu diri sendiri dan orang sekitar saat terjadi bencana

Abstract

This is the lesson was conducted to find out whether Personal characteristics and workplace environment affect employee efficiency in West Aceh District Land Office. This study was conducted at the West Aceh District Land Office (BPN). All employees at the Land Office of West Aceh Regency are the population, and the sample tested is 37 respondents. The variables in this study are Individual Characteristics (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Employee Performance (Y). This study applies a questionnaire or questionnaire method for data collection. The data collection method multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), t test, and F test which will be processed with SPSS version 20. Results of the research conclude: Individual Characteristics variable has a significant and positive influence related to employee performance number of b1 = 0.843, the number of t count = 4,800 and significant = 0.000. Employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by the work environment total b2 = 0.318, total t count = 3.510 and significant = 0.001 Personal characteristics and also The work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the same time and the number of F count = 53.255 significant amount = 0.000 and the adjusted R2 value is 0.744. Meaning 74.4% Employee performance is explained by individual characteristics and work environment, and the remaining 25.6% is explained due to other factors not tested in this research. So, it can be concluded that there is a positive interaction between the variables of Individual Characteristics and Work Environment on the Employee Performance variable at the Land Office of West Aceh Regency. Thus, if the individual characteristics and the work environment are getting better, the employee's performance will increase.

Abstract

Panggong Village is located on the coast of the city of Meulaboh where many residents earn a living as fishermen who often bring instant food supplies when they go out to sea and throw plastic containers and cans into the sea as rubbish where they find fish. The purpose of this activity is to provide counseling to increase the knowledge and awareness of the fishermen so that they throw garbage in its place. Community service activities begin with the preparation, outreach, outreach and discussion about waste management. The result of this community service activity was an increase in understanding from the level of 71.05 percent before the training was held to 96.71 percent after the implementation of the program and the awareness of the fishing community regarding waste disposal.
