Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is an absolute necessity for humans when working. The purpose of this study is to determine the identification of negligence at work that results in errors and causes accidents and determine prevention strategies. The HFACS method is an accident analysis tool used to analyze an accident on the Human Factor aspect. Then continue with limiting the event of mishaps with the HIRARC technique which comprises of Peril Distinguishing proof, Chance Evaluation, and Hazard Control. HIRARC's point is that the perils that exist in each activity can be recognized and controlled rapidly so the potential for work mishaps can be restricted, then endeavors are made to order wellbeing utilizing the fluffy rationale technique. Abstract

Alya Clothing Store has been selling clothing products since it was first established in 2020. During these two years there have been ups and downs in the process of selling clothing products as an effort to make a profit. The evaluation was carried out in 2022 where in that year there was a decline in sales which had an impact on the decline in store turnover. This study aims to help the management of Alya Clothing Store make the most appropriate marketing strategy in the current situation. The method used in this research is to approach Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis. Data processing is done by mapping using SWOT analysis, where internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) can be known precisely. Based on the SWOT analysis, the Alya Clothing Shop is located in the 4th quarter, namely the diversification condition. The four alternative strategies obtained are narrowed down to one strategy with AHP analysis, which is to focus on improving service quality in terms of security, environmental cleanliness and friendliness of service to visitors.

Abstract

PT.CNC experienced quality problems in its Handle Comp 2DP product with a current defect percentage of 4.2% where the defect tolerance target is 2.0%. The purpose of this study was to identify the causes of defects in the Handle Comp 2DP product and to provide suggestions for improving the quality control of the Handle Comp 2DP product with a tight stay mirror problem. In this study the method used is Six Sigma.. Factors that cause defects in Handle Comp 2DP are influenced by angle shifts of 11.3 ° ± 3 which are not detected on the inspection. After the sigma calculation, the sigma value before the repair was 3.2 and after the repair was made it became 3.9. Attempts to reduce the Handle Comp 2DP problem, the stay mirror problem is tight by doing a number of things repair among the process jigs plus blocks and made exactly the same as the tools in the process check finish good, added clamp toggle in position upper body racket handle cover 2 and 3 so it doesn't slide when assy process and make tool poka yoke to cover the 11.3°±3.

Abstract

In the pursuit of business activities, companies require various resources such as capital, materials, machinery, and notably, human resources represented by employees. Employees, possessing talents, energy, and creativity, play a crucial role in achieving the company's objectives. This reciprocal relationship is driven by the employees' needs, motivating them to work. In this research, one shot time horizon is used with cross-section data type. Descriptive hypothesis testing using the technique of determining the average score. In verification research, the modeling approach and solution technique that will be used as an analysis tool is the variant or component-based structural equation modeling (SEM) method, namely PLS (partial least square). The results include that competitive salaries are an important component of an effective compensation strategy. Attractive perks and benefits can help organizations attract and retain the best employees. An objective and transparent performance appraisal system can help to ensure that high-performing employees receive appropriate compensation.

Abstract

The Ayam Bakar 'Mat Negro' culinary business has been established since 2018. Having four employees in running the business, the business owner experienced a decrease in sales turnover in 2021. The research focuses on increasing sales through the application of the right marketing strategy in marketing the business products of this Ayam Bakar 'Mat Negro' culinary business. The approach used is the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method. The preparation process of the method uses the IFAS matrix, EFAS matrix, and SWOT diagram. There are three alternative strategies, namely providing special discount prices if there are large orders, opening new branches in locations close to office areas, and maintaining the quality of the grilled chicken flavor. The main priority that can be done by business owners is to implement strategies to maintain the quality and taste of grilled chicken.

Abstract

The development of the surrounding environment with the operation of the toll road section provides benefits to the community including travel time to the destination closer and faster and at night enough to provide lighting for residents along the toll road section. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and accidental sampling for the impact on the community. Furthermore, an evaluation of the tendency (trend) of changes in environmental quality in a certain range of space and time is carried out. To conduct this evaluation, monitoring data from time to time (time series data) is absolutely necessary, because the assessment of changes in trends can only be done with data for different monitoring times. The results of the analysis will provide information on follow-up efforts to improve the environment.
