Abstract

Analysis Du Pont is an integrated approach to financial ratio analysis. Research purposes to obtain empirical evidence and to determine whether a significant difference between the positive influence either directly or indirectly between the Economic Value Added (EVA) and Return on Assets (ROA) for the performance of the company. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach. The data used in this research is secondary data by using the company's financial statements have been published in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Du Pont analysis use in analyzing the performance of the company is to determine what components that affect the value of return on equity (ROE). The results show the value of ROE ten companies Tbk from December 2011 to March 2014 is positive and continuously increasing from year to year. EVA results illustrate that the ten companies Tbk managed to create value-added.

Abstract

This research investigated the association between five self-efficacy variables namely; past performance, vicarious experience, verbal persuasion, internal physiological states and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). OCB was made up of five components namely; altruism, conscientiousness, civic virtue, sportsmanship and courtesy. A questionnaire survey was conducted on thirty employees XL Axiata Provider in Jakarta with purposive sampling. The results show that vicarious experience is all significantly correlated with all components of OCB. Overall, the study contributes to theories and application of self-efficacy and OCB.

Abstract

Boarding school education system created programed to form a well-disciplined students in learning activities and religious activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and personal approach to the interest in. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling amounted to 150 respondents. The results of this study are: (1) There is a positive and significant effect on the interest in communication students; (2) There is no significant positive influence and personal approach to the interest in students; (3) There is a positive and significant influence of communication and personal approach together towards an interest in students.

Abstract

This study aimed to find effects of climate organization, motivation and job satisfaction to the internal audit commitment of private bank foreign exchange Jakarta. This study used a survey method with causal quantitative approach. The population in this study was all internal auditors in the Internal Audit Division of private Foreign Exchange Bank in Jakarta, which amounted to 70 respondents. Sampling technique using census determined that the same sample as in the population. From the test results of the analysis are described as follows: (1) There is a positive effect of organizational climate on commitment; (2) There is a positive effect of motivation on commitment; (3) There is a positive effect of job satisfaction on commitment.

Abstract

This explanatories research is aimed at obtaining information related to possibility whether job performance is affected by training and motivation with balance scorecard approach. The research was conducted at the secretariat KPU by using survey method with correlational applied in testing hypothesis. Fifty participants were selected as samples by boring sampling. The result indicates that task job performance affected directly by motivation has the greatest influence. Based on the findings it could be concluded that variation of the performance might have been affected by the variation of training and motivation. Therefore, training and motivation with balance scorecard approach should be put into consideration in developing job performance.
