In this era of digitalization, there is no denying that all daily activities are made easier by technological advancements. Not spared from the current learning activities have almost used the progress of digitalization in the delivery of information and learning materials efficiently and effectively. But the more rapid and development of learning methods are not matched by unique creations so that learning becomes boring and can reduce the attractiveness of learning. With the existence of visual communication that has developed, the animation media can be one of the efforts to attract and improve reading and learning, comic animation can be relied upon in the current era where it can cover all groups. The method used in this research is data collection and system design. This web design was created using Yii Framework and Adobe Illustrator. The results of this study aim to improve the quality of learning, making it easier for users to create comics, especially for beginners.

Nowadays it is inevitable in the development of the necessities of life, information technology that meets the requirements. There are programs that are made from a computer in making software. Community is a group of people who have the same taste and vision. The problem issued by the community is the large number of media that can accommodate every activity that can inform and can be seen by many people. Very limited media information provided is less updated and maintenance costs are very expensive compared via the website. Social communities are in dire need of information that supports and provides satisfying services for donors. Then a web-based community information system design was made. This design uses the RAD method. The stages of this RAD are covering information needs and interface requirements. Design phase of the interface design itself. This information system is designed to provide solutions as problems that exist in the community with a computerized system to be developed.

Multi-criteria decision-making is one of the techniques in determining a choice of several alternative options. There are several methods in making decisions, one of which is ANP (Analytic Network Process). ANP is a development of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. AHP is a hierarchical method in which any existing criteria will be compared first which will produce an ordinary matrix. While ANP is a network method that compares all things including criteria and alternatives that exist so as to obtain a super matrix is very complex. Currently ANP method is not only calculated but already there is software support one of them is Super Decisions. The software can be used to generate a decision by the ANP method. Every software must have advantages and disadvantages. That's why there is a need for software development that has been there before to appear new software better.

Internet of thing (IoT) is a concept that aims to expand the benefits of internet connectivity that is connected continuously. Internet of things (IoT) can be used in buildings to control electronic equipment such as room lights that can be operated remotely via a computer network. This study aims to build a remote control device by utilizing internet technology to carry out the mobile-based light control process. The research was conducted by building a prototype and mobile-based application using the python programming language. In this study, there is a control feature, namely one light control which is used to turn on one lamp and two controls used to turn on the lamp simultaneously.
