Abstract

Point of Sales application is a system used for transaction data into the database both by input and output, so that there are no errors in input, output data, and report generation based on the corresponding data, thus it can produce accurate output data. PT Esensi Solusi Buana is a company engaged in the field of technology and information. Based on surveys and interviews with clients of PT Esensi Solusi Buana, it is obtained the information about the operating system that is still manual and less than optimal.This causes frequent errors in recording sales transaction data, archiving that still uses the traditional system, as well as access to obtain information about the transaction history that requires a lot of time. Therefore, the system to be made is an improvement of the system that was previously made for the clients of PT Esensi Solusi Buana. It is expected that with this system, it can minimize errors that may occur. This system is also expected to be able to improve the process of input, output, and report generation, which in turn can help data collection of sales transactions on the clients of PT Esensi Solusi Buana

Abstract

Asset Management at PT. Indonesia Toray Synthetics is still done manually, it also burdens admin in inputting and searching for asset data. The utilization of information technology in managing the asset management system will greatly assist PT. Indonesia Toray Synthetics by scanning items using barcodes, displaying the history of incoming and outgoing goods, and being able to manage asset management reports based on certain periods in real time. In making this system and research, the writer uses the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats) method, and UML (Unified Modeling language) for system design oriented which has been implemented in the PHP (Hypertext) programming language and Sublime Text applications. With the application of this asset management system, it will be able to facilitate the data collection and data search of assets as well as to control the stock rotation of goods in the company.

Abstract

Era teknologi internet of thing terkini menuntut para orang tua untuk bisa mengikuti perkembangan anak dan juga jaman, dikarenakan sejak jaman dahulu di Indonesia banyak para orang tua tidak mengetahui dan menyadari pola gaya belajar yang tepat pada saat itu. Untuk mengenal karakter anak melalui gaya belajar, orang tua wajib mengenal gaya belajar anak. Adapun jenis-jenis dari gaya belajar pada anak yaitu visual, auditory dan kinestetik. Setiap gaya belajar memiliki ciri-ciri tertentu, hal ini wajib diketahui orang tua dengan serangkaian pertanyaan. Penelitingnya pengetahuan tentang gaya belajar anak ini masih sedikit dari para orang tua yang mengenal hal ini. Hal ini menjadi permasalahan terbesar yang dialami bangsa ini dan penting untuk diketahui oleh para orang tua dalam mengenal karakter anak mengetahui gaya belajar anak. Ada pepatah mengatakan “Tak kenal maka tak peneliting”, kenali anak melalui pola gaya belajar sebagai modal hingga besarnya nanti. Metode analisa yang digunakan pada sistem pakar ini adalah metode forward chaining dan pohon keputusan sebagai landasan dari sistem pakar. Perancangan model sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language), implementasi menggunakan bahasa PHP dan MySQL. Manfaat dari sistem ini dibangun untuk menciptakan orang tua yang mengenal karakter gaya belajar anak dikarenakan kemampuan mereka menyerap dan beradaptasi di era disruptive. Abstract

Sejalan dengan arah perubahan dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi, saat ini penyebaran informasi dilakukan dengan sangat cepat dan teratur. Proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan menjadi lebih sistematis dan dapat memberikan hasil yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Begitu juga dalam hal penyebaran ilmu atau pengetahuan yang dimiliki Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Saat ini telah berkembang sistem penyebaran ilmu yang telah dikelola secara teratur. Sistem tersebut dikenal dengan Knowledge Management System (KMS). Unit Donor Darah PMI Kabupaten Tangerang saat ini belum memiliki suatu sistem tata kelola sharing knowledge SDM yang memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan, yang membuat sebagian SDM selalu kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang di hadapinya di lapangan. Untuk itu, Knowledge Management System dapat menjadi solusi dari masalah tersebut. Knowledge Management System dapat membantu terlaksananya program pembelajaran bagi SDM secara lebih mudah karena telah terdokumentasi secara rapi dan teratur. Lebih lanjut, penulis menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) sebagai salah satu alat bantu untuk memodelkan secara visual yang dapat digunakan dalambahasa pemograman yang berorientasi objek dan metode analisis PIECES untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi PMI saat ini dalam pembelajaran SDM. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang tersebar pada Unit Donor Darah PMI Kabupaten Tangerang dapat terindetifikasi, terdokumentasi dan termanfaatkan secara lebih optimal. Abstract

Access to information is now a very important thing, because the information everyone will know. SMA Mandiri Balaraja has many facilities and and has different belacar way. SMA Mandiri Balaraja is an education that has the authority to promote SMA SMA Mandiri Balaraja tangerang district. Currently SMA Mandiri Balaraja not have a media information that explains in detail that can attract prospective students to register and recognize the existing facilities in SMA Mandiri Balaraja. This designed information and promotional video explains the excellence of learning, school facilities, extensive building, extracurricular activities at the present time, so it can be an attraction for prospective students and high school students of Balaraja Mandiri as well as the community, to find out information and promotion of SMA Mandiri Balaraja. The purpose of this study is to achieve the target of SMA Balaraja Mandiri High School in terms of conveying information and promotion about SMA Mandiri Balaraja, and increasing the number of prospective students and students who will enroll in SMA Mandiri Balaraja every year. The research methods used in this study include Data Collection, Media Design Analysis, and Concept Media Production (KPM) which includes: pre production, production, and post production. Through the media information and promotion SMA Mandiri Balaraja designed will be informed through: Youtube, SMA Mandiri Balaraja Website and facebook. The expected target is, prospective students and students who will enroll in SMA Mandiri Balaraja and the community can know SMA Balanganja Mandiri Tangerang district, and can increase the number of prospective students and girls who visit Balaraja Mandiri SMA every year.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a decline in motorcycle sales produced by PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG in the 2014-2018 period. In this research there was a decrease in the decision on the power of interest in customer purchases on PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG so that later can be analyzed in the formulation of this paper, that how customer take motorcycle purchase decisions amid the phenomenon of competition and increasingly crowded sales rivalries. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of motivation, perceived quality, and customer attitudes toward decisions in purchasing Yamaha motorbikes. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The respondents in this research were 100 people who could meet one to five criteria consisting of; initiator (initiator), influencer (influencer), decision making (decider), purchase (buyer), user (user) motorcycle production PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG. There are 3 hypotheses formulated and tested using the Regression Analysis method. In qualitative analysis it is obtained from the interpretation of processing data by providing information and explanation. In the results of this research shows the results of Motivation, Quality Perception, and Customer Attitudes have a relationship that has a significant impact on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Computer is a tool to carry out activities in the field of administration or a place to store thousands of data that can be processed at any time without requiring a long time to do so.Payroll system is something that is very fundamental to the financial activities on a corporate or industrial establishments, because it affects the performance of the employee.Remuneration is a routine activity carried out for companies that are spending a relatively large company because it needed a good payroll system for the implementation of the payroll calculation until payment can be run efficiently and smoothly.So that in determining the salaries of the leaders should know about poduktifitas, office or class, length of work, and the work performance of each employee.Thus, the payroll system PT. Surganya Motor Indonesia must gain control and precise handling in the payment of salaries to prevent fraud and abuse. The method used in this research is the method of data collection including interviews, observation, and literature. The analytical methods used are the SWOT analysis, while the method of design using UML. The test method using black box method.The system is expected to reduce errors in the calculation of salary and can save time in the calculation of employees’ salaries. So as a facilitate a mechanism to solve a problem for those involved in the implementation of the payroll system employees at PT. Surganya Motor Indonesia.

Abstract

In this era of digitalization, there is no denying that all daily activities are made easier by technological advancements. Not spared from the current learning activities have almost used the progress of digitalization in the delivery of information and learning materials efficiently and effectively. But the more rapid and development of learning methods are not matched by unique creations so that learning becomes boring and can reduce the attractiveness of learning. With the existence of visual communication that has developed, the animation media can be one of the efforts to attract and improve reading and learning, comic animation can be relied upon in the current era where it can cover all groups. The method used in this research is data collection and system design. This web design was created using Yii Framework and Adobe Illustrator. The results of this study aim to improve the quality of learning, making it easier for users to create comics, especially for beginners.

Abstract

This qualitative literature review examines the role of strategic communication and persuasive signaling in syndicated capital raising. Drawing from interdisciplinary sources in finance, economics, and organizational behavior, the review synthesizes how lead investors utilize narrative framing, information asymmetry reduction, and trust-based messaging to influence co-investor commitment. The findings reveal that persuasion in syndication is not only a matter of financial signaling but also a communicative process that shapes collective investment decisions. Furthermore, the review highlights the critical role of communication strategies in aligning investor interests, mitigating uncertainty, and facilitating decision-making under bounded rationality. Implications for investor coordination, capital structuring, and future research directions are discussed

Abstract

This qualitative literature review explores the ethical challenges associated with transparency, trust, and accountability in AI-driven accounting. The study synthesizes findings from recent research to highlight the complexities of integrating AI technologies into accounting practices. Transparency is identified as crucial for ensuring that AI systems are understandable and scrutinizable by stakeholders. Trust is essential for the acceptance and effectiveness of AI systems, necessitating clear communication about AI processes and limitations. Accountability requires robust governance frameworks and shared responsibility between humans and AI systems. The review underscores the need for interdisciplinary collaboration to develop comprehensive frameworks addressing ethical, legal, and technical aspects. Despite its contributions, the study acknowledges limitations, including the evolving nature of AI and the need for empirical studies to examine long-term impacts. Future research should focus on developing practical solutions to enhance transparency, trust, and accountability in AI-driven accounting.
