Abstract

This research discusses the development of a model that can be used to detect hate speech in Indonesia's popular social media. Several methods are collected, analyzed, and implemented to build a framework that is practical and can be used to detect hate speech. The research methodology starts with the study of literature, analysis, and design of the model. From the analysis results, N-Gram, Word2vec, LSTM and emotion classification is used as part of the process of the model. This model consists of ten processes that are carried out sequentially so that comments collected through Facebook and Whatsapp social media can be identified when they contain hate speech. The model also considers the applicable law in Indonesia to facilitate the legal handling of perpetrators.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Tahuna is one of the Educational Institutions that aims to develop the potential of the nation's children so that they can compete at the world level. To meet these objectives Educational Institutions need to be equipped with adequate computer networks. This study aims to manage the computer network system in SMK Negeri 1 Tahuna so that it can be optimally utilized by teachers and students. The research method used in this study is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). Steps being taken are: Analysis, Design, Prototype Simulation, Implementation, Observation, and Arrangement. There has been an increase in network quality after this study. Such as the delay value on the TKJ LAB SSID decreased by 47%, the value of packet lost by 67%, the difference in the value of downloads rose by 1.17 Mbps, the difference in the value of uploads rose by 0.99 Mbps and the delay value on the SSID SMK 1 year decreased by 47%, the value of the packet lost 33%, the difference in the value of downloads rose 0.74 Mbps, the difference in the value of uploads rose 1.75 Mbps. Abstract

Abstract—Fire is one of the disasters that comes difficult to predict, aside from being unwanted by the community, it is also often difficult to control if the fire already becomes large. As for the obstacles that often occur, firefighters are late getting fire reports and also difficulty in finding the location of fires due to lack of information. system development is done by the writer in this study using the Waterfall model (Presmann, 2010). system modeling is documented using DFD (Data Flow Diagrams). The results of this study are a mobile-based early fire disaster detection system with several features to overcome community problems in reporting a fire disaster and help firefighters to get an accurate location and the fastest route to the fire location.

Abstract

Lecturer Workload (LW) and Lecturer Performance Report (LPR) is an illustration of the measurement of the "Tri Dharma Lecturer" in each semester. The filling of LW-LPR at Manado State University until the beginning of the even semester of the 2019-2020 school year still uses desktop-based applications that have not been integrated, so the assessment procedures cannot be carried out effectively and efficiently. This study aims to develop a web-based BKD-LKD filling and inspection application that can facilitate the input of workload and lecturer performance reports. The development of this system uses a research method namely the Prototype model which consists of the stages of listening to customers, building/repairing prototypes, testing customers. Testing this system uses the blackbox testing method.
