Abstract

This study aims to describe the magnitude of the influence of work motivation and competence on teacher work performance in the State Senior High School 08 Lubuklinggau City. In this study using primary and secondary data sources, namely data collected by the author from the results of questionnaires and books and literature that are relevant to work motivation and competence and work performance. Based on the results of the research and discussion that the researcher did, it can be concluded that Based on the calculation results obtained the value of fcount = 44.475 greater than the value of ftabel = 3.33 and the probability (sig. 0.000) is smaller or less than 0.05, then Ha: Accepted and H0: Rejected. Which means that there is a significant effect of work motivation and teacher competence together on teacher work performance in SMA Negeri 08 Lubuklinggau City.teacher work performance in State High School 08 Lubuklinggau City. The results of this study are supported by the driving force that is in the teacher, a strong willingness to carry out the task well. Likewise with efforts to increase knowledge, skills and change attitudes, so that it can become the most valuable organizational wealth because with all its potential, employees can continue to be trained and developed, so that they can be more efficient and have optimal achievement in achieving organizational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the emotional intelligence of teachers in terms of student learning motivation. The theory used is Human Resources related to Emotional Intelligence in terms of student learning motivation. The method used in this research is observation, interviews, and documentation, this type of research is qualitative analysis and the nature of this research is descriptive (illustrated). The data source used in this study is primary, which is about interviews with regard to research. The number of samples used purposive sampling technique consisting of 4 samples. Data analysis model used through structured interviews to participants. The conclusion of this study is the analysis of teacher emotional intelligence is quite good at the Muhammadiyah Megang Sakti Vocational School, Musi Rawas district. Abstract

PT. X is a company that produces straws and sticks for lollipops. The raw materials used for production are plastic ores. Demand for plastic ore is currently high and volatile. This makes it difficult for the company to determine how much raw materials it needs to get suppliers that match the company's criteria. Therefore, supplier performance appraisal is required. The result of supplier performance calculation using Balanced Scorecard shows that supplier 4 is the best supplier owned by PT. X. By applying supplier performance appraisal, it will help PT. X in decision making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial statements of the Sustainable Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) in fulfilling all obligations if the cooperative is liquidated using three ratios, namely the current ratio, the debt to assets ratio, and the debt to equity ratio in the period 2011-2015. The financial statement measurement standards in the study are based on the Regulation of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 / Per / M.KUKM / XII / 2008. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the financial conditions in the Lestari savings and loan cooperatives (KSP) were seen from the Current ratio level of 2011 at 28.5%, 2012 at 557%, 2013 at 32.9%, 2014 at 151%, and 2015 by 311%. So, according to the established standard the current ratio is at the HEALTH standard. (> 200%). Viewed from the level of Debt to assets Ratio in 2011 of 31%, 2012 at 1.6%, 2013 at 27%, 2014 at 6%, and in 2015 by 2.8%. Being at the HEALTH standard (<100%), because the cooperative is less than ten percent financed by total debt in its operational activities. And seen from the level of Debt to Equity Ratio in 2011 of 62.5%, 2012 of 2.2%, 2013 of 66%, 2014 of 88%, and in 2015 of 4.3%. Based on existing standards, Debt to Equity is at the HEALTH standard (<100%), due to the decrease in the use of capital to pay the total debt. The suggestions for this study, namely the Sustainable Savings and Credit Cooperative (KSP) which has reached a standard with satisfactory value, for that cooperatives have more responsibility to maintain good conditions by re-evaluating the finances of each period. only assets owned can still be operational. Because it is feared it will only add to the burden of cooperatives in repaying debt and interest on loans.

Abstract

The study entitled Effect of leadership and organizational culture on the performance of employees in the industrial and trade offices of Lubuklinggau City. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. The sample in this study is 65 employees. Data was collected through questionnaires answered by respondents and then analyzed by multiple regression analysis techniques, using a computer program "Statistical Product For Service Solaction" (SPSS) for Windows Release 17.00. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the R2 value is 0.365, this indicates that the leadership variables and organizational culture together provide controversy on employee performance variables of 60.4% and after adjusting the remaining value of 39.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. The results of the analysis show that: the results of the regression analysis obtain a regression equation: Y = 8.149 + 0.463X1 + 0.349X2. From the estimation equation of the regression function above, it can be seen that the value of the constant (a) obtained is 8.149, the value b1 = 0.463, b2 = 0.349, and the value a = 8.149. This illustrates that without being influenced by the independent variable (X), the performance of the employees of the Lubuklinggau City Office of Industry and Trade is 8,149. Regression coefficient values ​​represent leadership variables obtained at 0.463 indicating that each change in leadership teacher performance will change proportionally, that is equal to 0.463 assuming other independent variables are constant. The value of the regression coefficient represents the organizational culture variable obtained at 0.349 indicating that each change in organizational culture, the employee's performance will change directly, which is equal to 0.349 assuming the other independent variables are constant. Based on the results of the analysis obtained, the value of Ftable is 2.75, while Fcount is 17,825 with sig 0,000 if Fcount = 17,825> Ftable 2.75, Ha is accepted. So that it can be concluded that leadership and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City.

Abstract

Lack of direct training processes, lack of rotation, lack of training in a learning class with a trainer, lack of simulation training, lack of training as tourism workers / managers play a role as visitors, lack of case studies, and lack of training involving mentoring in Lubuklinggau city attractions. Based on these problems, the objectives to be achieved through research is to determine the effect of human resource development on the performance of tourism managers in Lubuklinggau City. The research period was conducted for six months from November 2016 to April 2017. Techniques for collecting data with documentation, interviews and dissemination questionnaire. This research was carried out in tourist attractions in Lubukinggau City such as Nature Tourism including Sulap Resot Hill, Temam Waterfall which is housed in the Lubuklinggau City Culture and Tourism Agency. Using simple linear regression techniques, correlation coefficients and t test. The study uses SPSS 22, partial regression testing (t test) training on performance obtained df = (n-1) = 30-1 = 29 so that the value of ttable is 1.699 and the value of tcount = 4.538. Thus, the value of tcount (4,538)> t table (1,699) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. it means that there is the influence of the development of human resource training on the performance of tourism managers in Lubuklinggau city with a correlation coefficient of 0.651. From the results of the study, it should be from the side of the Lubuklinggau City Culture and Tourism Office to be able to develop the quality of tourism managers through training.

Abstract

With the aim of the study is to determine the relationship of leadership to teacher performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Lubuklkinggau. To find out the relationship of Supervision of Teacher performance in the Tsukawiyah Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau Madrasah. The results of this study used 45 respondents with data analysis techniques used using quantitative data. From the analysis of quantitative data there is the test result of t X1 test is a significant level of leadership variable (X1) on the performance variable (Y) which shows a calculated value of 4.209> Ttable = 1.68107 and X2 test is a significant level of supervision variable (X2) against performance variable (Y) which shows the value of Tcount equal to 5.606> Ttable = equal to 1.68107 and the F test is the leadership variable (X1) and supervision (X2) jointly on the performance variable (Y) which shows the calculated F value of 26.022> Ftable = equal to 3.22. R determination test is 0.744 and R Square is 0.553 so that the contribution of R variable (X1) and supervision (X2) to Performance (Y) is 0.744 x 100% = 74.4% and R Square is 0.553 x 100% = 55.3 The remaining% of the percentage is influenced by other variable factors outside the research.
